I’ve played many other merge games, and this one is ok, but not the best. Good: nice graphics, flambé mode is unique. No pop-up ads. Bad: Not free-to-play friendly. Energy runs out quickly and is restored with gems / real money. The price doubles every time, so you run out of gems very quickly. There are no optional ads to restore energy. Usually I pay for some gems, especially a good beginner bonus. But in this game the value is not worth it because of how quickly they run out. I’ve played other games that offer very generous beginner packs to get new players into the game, but this one is stingy. No customization options for the “restoration”. What’s even the point? The orders are set per level and there are never any new orders. There are no side quests, and events rely on main orders. This creates an annoying bottleneck where sometimes there is literally nothing to do unless you wait a few hours or pay. This game gets boring and annoying super fast because you can only play for a few minutes at a time. Even if you pay, you only get a few more minutes. There are lots of better merge games than this.

I love this game, it really is addicting, however, I got so energy in the beginning but it takes forever to recharge now and it gets to a point where I’m waiting 20 minutes to recharge for 10 energy. It’s kind of frustrating.
