I love the game and everything, but everytime I go to the gacha or to different places it keeps kicking me out like every second, as an iPad user. It’s really getting annoying and I really want it to be fixed it always kicks me out of the game the second I open it. Like when I do a pull in one of the gachas, it kicks me. It’s really irritating, I only give 4 stars since it keeps crashing out.I hope this gets fixed for us iPad users. I’m honestly getting annoyed, irritated. If you can see this devsis, I hope you fix this. I cant even play normally since it KEEPS kicking me out. I might have to delete this game honestly, I’m dissapointed on how it keeps kicking me. I know I have been saying this a lot but PLEASE fix this game. It’s so hard to play when it keeps kicking me. The game is REALLY, REALLY fun and awesome I love everything but except for the fact that i kept getting kicked. But whenever I’m playing in my phone, it doesn’t kick me, but when in my iPad, it kicks me out in the game when I go to the Gacha/Arena. Please fix this i would be really thankful.

This game is genuinely so good, the designs are amazing, effects are wow, gameplay is okay and the events are so fun and overall just a good game, however I noticed a problem, ever since I redownloaded this app on my new and current phone, sometimes the game crashes and exits whenever I’m doing something, at first I assumed it was just my internet since I don’t have wifi in my home yet, but when I did a 10 pull at the regular banner (retired genshin player core) I was SUPPOSED to get Golden Cheese Cookie because I saw her opening “My greed is eternal” I even managed to get an ss of it, but after the ss; the game crashed and closed, I logged back in and I did not have Golden Cheese Cookie, I checked my gacha history and there it was, I did get her however for some reason I don’t own her, it can’t be my storage either because I have a good chunk of 60gb left in this phone, and as I mentioned it’s new so it’s not the device itself, I closed the app and opened it again, no golden cheese cookie, reset my phone, opened crk again, no golden cheese cookie, waited for a day, opened crk again, still no golden cheese cookie and every time I check my history it still remains the same, I was supposed to have Golden Cheese Cookie but I don’t have her. Speaking about the game randomly crashing, it can’t be my internet because if it was the game would tell me “waiting for internet connection” but no it just happens with no warning whatsoever, pls fix it and pls give me my golden cheese cookie😞😞

Idk why they started being bored at crk also when i started telling them crk they were sooooo happy and excited and they get good lucks than me :( i wish i were more luckier than them i mean like i have been playing for 2 years and i havent gotten frost queen or sea fairy i dont want hollyberry cuz its too impossible to get her i have like 17 soulstones of frost queen and my cousin also got bored at crk idk why they have gotten bored but i still love crk i dont hate it i never gotten bored at this yet but im so so so sooooo sorry that they almost deleted it my cousin deleted it and she told me “its toooo boring roblox is moreeee cool” and my friends were like “toca boca is more cooler than crk and theres also a new update at toca boca maybe u can also play it “ i refused i still beg them to not delete crk and do not hate it and dont get bored but i guess they still wont let toca boca down i hope everyone and their friends wont be like my cousin and friends well anyway tho im so so sorry that they got bored but dont worry i will never get bored i would never delete crk ily devsisters sm i wont ever give up on what i wanted for life i can get frost queen yknow theyre sooo lucky that they even got 2 ancient and legendary like i only have pure van the othe one got hollyberry and the other has frost queen and pure van and i got a lil jealous but nevermind for that i can get frost queen i have like 17 soulstones of her :D i can get it at the trading harbor ^^ but anyways bye have a nice weekend or day or year or smth heh :> and stay safe!! I hope the new update is small gb lol byee!!

I LOVE this game, I highly recommend downloading it! This game is really free to play friendly, also for Pay 2 wins haha. There is a lot to do with the amount of free items the game gives time to time such as a lot of crystals for gacha. We can also decorate our kingdom, world exploration, finding solutions to beat a certain level, they give a lot of free items to help you clear a certain level in world exploration. And there is a lot more! However, I must say.. 2 problems. Number 1. Could you please make the topping pieces more easier to obtain? It is very difficult for me to even upgrade toppings with damage resist and it costs A LOT OF GOLD, to upgrade and remove toppings, could you please lessen them down? And second. The amount of crashes. It’s kind of annoying, and it’s testing my patience here. Every time I move from arena to kingdom, it just crashes. And when I play cookie alliance, the app suddenly crashes. And I have to open it again. And in my guild battle I suddenly lose a ticket because my app crashes. I am using a BRAND NEW IPad I bought 2 weeks ago. I do not consume much memory. Please Devsisters, I love your updates but before releasing another update, please fix the CRASHES and LAG. Thank you.
