I am loving this app since this is where 2 of my much awaited kdramas were shown. I subscribed to Standard VIP so I could continue watching but up until this writing I still have restrictions and my QIY account still has “click to go VIP”. I checked my bank account, I have been deducted for the subscription fee. I sent a message to Customer Service but I have not received any feedback yet. I am from the Philippines.UPDATE: I received a reply from the Customer Service already. I was advised to log in using my Facebook account since I registered via my Facebook account. I did and it worked! Yayy! Thank you Customer Service for helping me out. So guys if you happen to register using your Facebook account and you encounter the same, go and log in via your Facebook account and it will work 🥰 Enjoy watching!

I have been a paid subscriber for almost 5 years and considering from when I started, aesthetics greatly improved, selection of series and movies got better, subbed selections got bad. Navigation became much easier tho it can still improved by having an option to marked what was seen already so it won’t get added to the selection presented to you.English subbed selection got bad because it used to have a feature for viewers to submit a translation while watching which viewers can still do BUT they don’t even use anymore. It’s like wasting your time submitting a translation for nothing. You would think they will utilize this and reward viewers who’s translation submission got used with a point or coins to use for renewals or early viewing. A lot of anime and movies takes years to have an English sub. And when they do, most times, they are AI translated sub that makes no sense. However, they do have a feature that allows you to submit a complaint that it’s not subbed - no one responds to you tho. Not even an email. IQIYI also didn’t have paid early viewing before but now they are with other platforms requiring additional money from paid viewers if they want to see the last 2-3 episodes right away.

I rarely write reviews so I guess we could say that this is urgent (jk). I started using this app more and more after knowing that iQiyi added animes in their library and I really appreciate that. But one thing I have trouble with is the fact that how episodes you want to watch are sometimes hard to find especially if that series has over 20+ episodes. I have to manually watch every episode just to be able to know which episode was the one I was looking for. I really hope iQiyi would add description in every episode or at least put thumbnails in each one so we can at least have the idea about the episode because all I could see was the episode numbers. Thank you!

Overall a great streaming app with lots of quality content and VIP is priced at a relatively cheap pricepoint especially for annual users. Hopefully, there could more content in the future.One thing to note is that there is no landscape browsing while using in an iPad. This may probably turn-off a lot of users as I don’t think it is such a difficult fix. Knowing ipad users, they may be the ones who can afford more especially those with the ipad pro. I would suggest to fix the issue asap and mark that feature as critical on your end as I have no other qualms with the app.Good job and please add more content.
