Jusme dati ta-tatlo lang ata ang ads per video, pero ngayon anim na (‘di pa ma-skip) every 5 mins pa ata. Meteor garden lang yon ah 20 mins per episode tas every 5mins may 6 or 7 na ads. Sa sobrang dami, ads nalang panonoorin ko, mas alam ko pa script ng ads kesa sa pinag gagawa ni Shancai sa buhay niya. Tapos response niyo sa mga nag co-complain free plan kase kaya puro ads?? Kaya hinihikayat niyo mga nag 1 star review na mag premium plan nalang?? Ads nalang i-upload niyo, nakakahiya naman sa inyo kase naka free plan LANG kami. Di kaya kayo karmahin nyarn??? Hindi porket naka free plan lang kami eh lagi nalang ganyan trato niyo. We also deserved to be treated right. Hindi na nga tayo tinrato ng tama ng gobyerno eh, dadagdagan niyo pa. Angasan niyo naman para mag improve ratings niyo. Naiintindihan ko naman kailangan niyo kumita, pero parang ang timang naman ng placing ng ads mabuti sana kung sa unahan at bandang dulo niyo niligay yung ads pero hindi, lagi nalang naiinterrupt yung panonood ko eh. But regardless that, maganda naman, disappointed lang sa tadtad ng ads. Improve niyo NA sana yung placing ng ads ng ‘di istorbo sa inyo na nag co-complain kami.

Nothing to see on my iPhone

I am stressed out with this a problem. Now you see it, now you don’t. I emailed your company every time this problem pops up but there is no concrete solution to it. I am religious in paying my subscription yet I always encounter this thing. I followed the instructions given me like deleting the apps & then install it back. Then turned off my device for a few minutes. Still the problem exists. I do not know how to upgrade the apps so as to get a new version. I have been into this apps for several years already & in the past nothing of this kind came up. Again, this morning screen is black. Nothing to see. I have been relaying the problem to the support team but nothing is done. I was only able to see my teleserye for a few hors yesterday & now the problem exists

Delayed Episodes, No Updates, Frustrating Experience

I'm really disappointed with iWantTFC. The delayed uploads have been happening throughout The Alibi series, and now even the final episode is delayed. It's frustrating because this isn't the first time, and most of the time there's no announcement or update to explain what's going on. As a paying subscriber, I expect episodes to be available on time. Instead, I end up checking the app over and over, only to find nothing. It feels like my subscription isn't worth it. The only reason I stayed subscribed was because I really enjoyed The Alibi and wanted to support the cast. But after this experience, I honestly can't recommend the app to anyone. If delays are unavoidable, at least let your subscribers know instead of leaving everyone waiting. Better communication and more reliable uploads would make a huge difference. Right now, the service is just disappointing.

Huge Improvement

Compared to how it was, this version is such a huge leap of improvement. Better interface and UX indeed! Can still be improved if it’s easier to resume a series or a movie from where I left off. I don’t mind the ads, the length of each are tolerable for me—keep it that way. I just don’t like the inconsistent volume of some ads— some are just too loud and requires me to adjust the volume repeatedly while watching a single movie or series episode. Additional suggestion, more original content, please. The likes of limited series such as Miss Behave, Love at First Spike are great series to watch. They’re well made.
