Issue:

When playing back-to-back skippable VAST ads on Android TV, the second ad shows the skip button immediately instead of after the expected delay (e.g., 5 seconds).

Expected:
Both ads should show the skip button only after 5 seconds.

Actual:
First ad → correct (skip after 5s)
Second ad → skip button appears immediately

Notes:
Works correctly on Android Mobile
Reproduced on physical Android TV device
Not reproducible on emulator
Also reproducible in Media3 demo app

When I pass the URL (shown in the image) into Media3 code, it doesn’t run on the actual TV.
