The conformance kit reported that required operation/readiness/completion evidence was missing for its bounded scenario; this was a test failure rather than an image-pull or runner-disconnect failure.
Other provider jobs, including both Consul jobs, passed. Searches for the exact test name and DynamoDB membership conformance timeout found no existing matching issue or PR. #11331 tracks a different hosted-runner communication loss; #11402 concerns a Firestore row-read scenario.
