Add FreeFileSync to the external software section.

Current behavior

I researched dozens of folder sync apps over many years. The best IMHO is Free File Sync. Its easy to use, easy to customize and able to save jobs as batch files (you can run manually or schedule with task manager). Its also got a real time sync component.

Allow installation of FreeFileSync

Benefit

I like having a variety of tools available on my customer's PCs. This is one.
