Proposed Change
The virtual authenticator Add Credential command handles which parameters are required and their default values inline with the processing steps. This makes it tough to read for users of the API.
Instead, we should do something more similar to how the Add Virtual Authenticator command works, and clearly set the defaults in the parameter list.
