Gods intuition has never let me down.

I learned to pay attention at a very young age.

Gods whispers of intuition have kept me safe my entire life.

Not just me , but those who worked hard with me in the third most dangerous job in the country ( according to the insurance actuaries).

You see I owned a tree service that did residential tree work in the fastest growing county in the nation.

We moved 20,000 pounds of tree debris daily. I did this work of expelling X amount of energy to move X amount of energy my entire working life.

Even that can’t compare to what I learned doing this work.

The best way I know to describe Gods intuition is to ask you a question.

Have you ever been hurt badly, and your first thought was that you knew that you were going to be hurt in the endeavor?

This is Gods intuition.

I have seen people hurt, and repeat the phrase “I knew I was going to get hurt” over , and over again until the ambulance showed up.

I have no doubt that he was repeating that phrase all the way to the ICU.

I did tree work in the most dangerous job in the country for 30 years.

The one thing I never did was ignore Gods intuition.

It made me stand apart from my competitors many who are dead .

I never had a claim to any work I did in 30 years of working the third most dangerous job in the country.

However the one thing I never did was ignore my God given intuition.

It kept me, and everyone who worked for me safe for 30 years.

I learned about the God given intuition in a potato field as a kid.

My friend was the one who repeated the phrase “ I knew I was going to get hurt” he was repeating the phrase over, and over again despite the fact that God told him to get the keys to the truck that ran him over ( completely loaded with barrels of potatoes).

He knew, and he did the dangerous thing anyway.

He ignored Gods whispers of intuition.

He was in the ICU for an entire year.

He’s lucky to be alive, and the sadness part about his infliction is that he knew before he crawled underneath the potato truck ( fully loaded with barrels of potatoes)to pick up the one spilled barrel.

The game warden entered with confidence he pulled the longest chalk board he could find up front. He put a X on each side of it , and in typical mechanical drawing style he put the lines from each X with 18’3” in the middle. He then preceded to explain to the judge how the moose is a near sighted creature ( this is true) and that a moose will often charge up to something very close, and then seeing it run away.

Nowhere in his testimony did he mention the trees being mowed down, or the fact that the beast was in rut , and are unpredictable during the rut. He did however go on to explain how I had ran up , and shot the monster multiple times with bird shots from point blank range.

This was the first moment of hope when the judge spoke up told the warden that he didn’t care about how the wounded animal was finished off because after wounding it of course you would kill it.

The judge then reminded the warden that it was his duty to determine if Arthur had acted in self defense. On that note he said Arthur I am going to rule that you were acting in self defense. However you may have acted a little premature, and for that reason I am ordering that you pay the butcher bill.

Wait what? I thought you were either innocent or guilty? Apparently not in the Kangaroo Court of northern Maine.

So we went home at least knowing that the equivalent of murder hadn’t been applied.

You would think my story ended here right? You would be wrong. I later found out from another friend who’s fathers tractor had been use to pull the beast out, and he bragged about his family having ate moose meat all winter.

As it turns out the game warden was bragging about how the warden’s divvy up the moose like this, or hit by cars, they then find a old nag horse to have butchered so it appears that the moose as by law is delivered to the county Jail.

Later I found out that this was so prevalent when it was discovered what was going on they implemented a rule that now it has to be USDA inspected meat at the county jail!!

This is where I am mad. We didn’t know it however the moose was ours if we didn’t get charged! In fact I am not sure that the judge wasn’t also in on it for his cut of the beast!

Anyway Hunting Ethics works both ways. At least it should!! As far as I’m concerned the state of Maine owes us a 🫎 moose! I would settle for a permit!

He stood in the fresh dew of the small grass filled clearing. He had already marked the exact spot where the beast lay. He looked from the spot where he picked up the shell to the moose two , or three times before he uttered the words “ I’m going to ticket you” . Keep in mind that he just told my friend that he was going to be charged for killing an endangered species. He may as well told him that he was being charged with murder of a human being ! The penalty was just as severe in Maine at the time!!

Talk about a lack of ethics. He just charged my 13-14 year old friend with murder for having shot a fourteen hundred pound beast that had been mowing trees over in his charge directly at the young man who was so scared that he didn’t even aim when I yelled shoot!

What happened in the next few months was that I was truly educated about “hunting ethics” . We didn’t understand why he was charging Arthur, but I was soon going to find out.

The answer was yes, and dad’s response was we’ll call the game warden then. A response from my dad that I still have minor doubts about today.

You see we did do the right thing in both shooting the beast, and calling the game warden. The problem is that the game warden service didn’t exactly do the right thing, and frankly had a unknown history of doing the wrong thing.

The first thing that the game warden did after arriving at the scene was to sit us young boys down “ Don’t move “. Naturally we complied to the adult with authority over us. The game warden ( Mr. St.pier proceeded to ask us exactly what happened. So we recanted the story again with the same enthusiasm that two young boys who thought they had come close to death would.

We explained although unusual we had been rabbit hunting with the only two guns my dad had to hunt with. Nothing illegal about it at the time, just a little bit unusual for a kid to be rabbit hunting with a 30/30. Anyway we proceeded to tell him how the near biggest Moose ever known to mankind that got that way by being on the endangered species list for the last 10 years had charged through the woods knocking medium sized birch trees down like blades of grass on a dead run straight at my sister’s boyfriend Arthur. He was frozen in a panic when the beast just kept coming, and nothing including the trees were stopping him.

He was so panicked in fact that when I yelled “ Arthur shoot it” he didn’t even raise the gun to his eye he simply shot from the hip like a old version of “The Rifleman”.

He was not exactly a sharp shooter, but he was undoubtedly lucky. The beast was hit, and landed in the center of the clearing with grass taller than both of us.

Now I’m already half way up a tree when Arthur shouted “ Go see if it’s still alive “.I responded as any self respecting 13-14 year old kid would with a hearty “Fk you . You go see if it’s still alive “. The last thing that I wanted to do was to go anywhere near the beast!

Then he said it. He said that he didn’t have any shells left, and I was going to have to. I of course understood the ramifications of his statement. If the beast was to rise again in vengeance we in trees smaller than the one’s it had just mowed down like blades of grass then our asses would be the grass , and the beast would be the lawn mower.

So reluctantly, but with a scared crapless purpose I ran to the beast. It wasn’t dead, and I was right on top of it in the tall grass before I could see it. I was right at its head as it was rocking back, and forth trying to get up on its feet after having been wounded.

So I took aim at what I imagined the beast temple to have been, and I shot (remember it’s just bird / rabbit shot ).

The beast went down, and proceeded to immediately rise again. Again rocking in a attempt to rise in vengeance ( in my 13-14 year old mind) . Again I shot thinking from a few feet away where is the beast temple? Then again. Honestly the last shots were back to back. I no longer cared where the beast temple was I just wanted to get as far away as quickly as possible to climb a tree.

I of course climbed one further away then Arthur thinking of the old joke that I don’t have to outrun the beast I just need to outrun my friend.

Anyway here we both are up a tree with the beast just deep enough in the grass of the clearing that neither of us could see the monster, or know if it was still alive.

The conversation went like this. Go see if it is still alive: the response Fk you. You go see if it’s still alive. Honestly that went on for what seemed like an eternity, but was probably only a couple minutes of dialogue when we decided to do it together. There we were buck knives out( like that would have helped)creeping through the tall grass until we found the beast finally dead.

So after hearing us recant our story, and making us sit like well behaved hunting dogs. The warden expecting the scene takes a pencil out to inspect the first shot from the 30/30 . He puts the pencil in the hole to gage the shot trajectory. He then comes up with his first theory. He is looking at the spot where I was nervously stammering around at the point that I told Arthur to shoot.

He says that the Moose was simply standing in the grass minding his own business, and the shot came from the spot that the grass was matted down.

Imagine our reaction! Mr warden you can clearly see the trees mowed down, and the mud tossed back from the tracks . You can see the direction of travel, and the spot that you are referring to is not the spot where Arthur made the first shot ( he was truly interested in this first shot).

So after a few minutes of inspection he did conclude the moose , had been running, and mowing trees down, but he was still confident in his theory of where that first shot had originated.

Keep in mind that he had ordered us to sit down, and he was investigating his theory. They he had an epiphany. He asked Arthur if he had jacked the shell out of the gun after shooting?

Arthur immediately said “ yes sir I did”.

So for the next 30 minutes as we sat as instructed like a couple of well behaved hunting dogs he searched the area that fit his trajectory theory.

Of course his theory was flawed due to the fact that a moose on a dead run swings its head from side to side particularly when mowing down trees.

So we sat semi patiently saying if you would just go to where we told you, and look you will find what you are looking for.

Finally he reluctantly went to where Arthur was standing in the direct path of the moose charge, and in just a few seconds came up with the spent shell exactly as we had described it.

Now you may think that this was the end of the story. You would be wrong!

Sir you asked this old timer the wrong question. You see I’m from Northern Maine.

I as taught to respect our DNR .

Me age 13-14 hunting with my sister’s Boyfriend. She’s a little older than I am, and so was my sister’s boyfriend. ( name withheld to protect the innocent) we ere rabbit hunting with the only two guns my dad owned a 30-30 Marlin, and his Utica shotgun. Hey I get it people saying “ you were rabbit 🐇 hunting with a 30/30? Well it wasn’t illegal, and it was the guns we had available.

We were kids , and although expensive to use the 30/30 we just shot the head off. The meat was always good.

This particular hunt took place in 1973 75 & .

The Moose were on the endangered species list. They had been protected for ten + years .

We are talking about the biggest bull Moose most people have ever seen.

It was charging mowing trees down heading towards my sister’s boyfriend who happened to have my dad’s 30-30. It scared me so bad that I yelled “ Shoot it “.

He didn’t even pull the gun up to aim. He too was very scared at the 1 ,400 pound monster he literally shot from the hip. He luckily hit it with the literal last round he had. I was already climbing a nearby tree in fear when he informed me that I had to venture into the clearing of tall grass higher than I was at 4 ft eleven inches to see if it was still alive.

I of course said F that you do it.

He immediately informed me that he had no shots left, and if we didn’t want to die it was up to me to finish the Moose off with my bird shot.

I was on top of it before I could see it in the tail grass that was taller than I was. By the time I could see it I was on top of that Moose getting fire eyes rocking to get up. Me with nothing but bird shot trying to figure out where its temple was. My last 3 shots were in conjunction, and close together. I then proceeded to climb a tree smaller than the trees that the Moose had mowed down in its charge towards my sister’s boyfriend.

He of course was already in an equally insufficient tree had the beast emerged from the onslaught of bird shot from my dad’s shotgun.

There we both were arguing over who was going to get close enough to see if the beast was still alive. We reluctantly agreed to approach together buck knives on the ready. Now we had that even more important question of what to do when it’s an endangered species ? Talk about out of season, and it DID HAPPEN!!! I called my dad who had always said that you would be better off in the eyes of the law killing a man then to kill a Moose on the endangered species list.

He asked one question, and said if you have ever lied to me don’t lie now!

He asked “ Did you have to shoot it in self defense?”

Our answer was yes.

So dad of course said call the Game Warden, and we did.

I have another entire story about what we went through to get it determined that it was actually self defense. It’s a long story with stuff most people would never know.

However to me your question as to whether I would do the right thing next time.

Because of what we had gone through I really don’t know.

We were eventually determined to be innocent.

Now if anyone had known that he ruled against her in the divorce they would’ve perhaps looked closer with common sense.

Occam’s razor what is more likely.

She was raped by the man who was to preside at her divorce without asking him to recuse himself.

The judge if guilty of the charges would not only have willingly recused himself to guarantee the incident didn’t make it into the court record. He if guilty would have passed the case to another judge just to make sure it didn’t.

Or Occam’s razor ,she was a scorned woman because of the divorce ruling, and wanted revenge!

As it turned out he sued for defamation, and easily won.

First of all you can look up his 60 minute interview from the mid 80’s where he talked about how he was working with the Nazi who took him under his wing at age 14 to quote “protect him”.

Let me answer your question by telling you about my friend who was also 14 during the Nazi occupation of Hungry.

His name was Tebor .

He was on his way home from a sleepover with a friend ,when he came around the corner just in time to see his half naked mother pulled from her morning bath, with a paper bag over her head being kicked jubilantly to a transport vehicle by the young man who Tebor thinks was George Soros.

Tebor was so shocked that he yelled out, and then was immediately in a hail of Nazi bullets .

he again did the only thing he could do . He ran like hell. He was lucky to be long legged, and healthy enough to outrun the sentries.

The old man shook, and tears ran down his face as he recalled his story.

This old man told me his story while I was doing construction work for him in ATL mid 80’s .

As he teared up while he poured his heart out. After his tears, and shaking voice subsided. I asked him what made him feel like opening up to me?

My dad was a geologist.

He had a theory about how all these bones ended up with the same exact carbon dating.

He saw that Wooly Mammoth were frozen solid with buttercups half way down their throats.

He theorized that they had been frozen solid instantly.

That begged the question how?

He thinks because some ancient cultures talk about the time before the moon.

That the moon was a celestial body that at one time bumped into earth . Think pool balls on a pool table only in the vacuum of space. Gentle enough to not completely destroy but hard enough to bump earth out of its atmosphere bubble, and into a new spot ( orbit) a little further away from the sun.

This knocked earth 🌍 outside of its atmospheric bubble, and that explains things frozen instantly.

It also explains why it was an extinction event, and unbelievably if you look at the moon it’s as if there is a negative imprint of earth mountain ranges on the moon. A huge collision would explain this. It also explains a lot of things.

This also explains the ice age, and the fact that in an instant we went from a tropical fossil record to what we have now.

Think earth bumped further from the sun before locking into the new orbit with a new moon.

Tropical to today instantly.

He is my nephew Charlie Donahoe.

Charlie comes from a long line of patriotism. His great grandfather was Charles Guiou who was one of 4 brothers who served during WW2 one of those brothers died in the service to our country.

His grandfather Kendon Curtis served during the Korea conflict, he has many cousins who have served, and one still serving today, and this is just his father’s side of the family.

He chose to go to Iraq where as a Marine he was trained for armed conflict, and had to participate in armed conflict while he honorably served his country.

I only feel obliged to mention that because of the lie of him being called a armed insurrectionist when nothing could be further from the truth than to say that this Marine was at the Capitol unarmed ,because he was part of a insurrection to overthrow the country he loves.

You see my nephew Charlie was not there to overthrow our government!

He was there once again in service to his countrymen. He was there to offer a small measure of protection against the Antifa thugs who had been terrorizing the country all summer to his fellow countrymen who were going to the Capitol to exercise their constitutional rights to petition their government with their grievances as it pertains to the most sacred right we have to have our vote counted properly.

Most people who have two brain cells to rub together recognize the absurdity of saying that a candidate who didn’t even campaign,because he couldn’t even draw a crowd with our first black president at his side got 700,000 votes to the incumbents 3,200 votes all received simultaneously in 5 swing states at 4:00 AM while the tabulation was shut down.

Not to mention that 20 million extra votes were counted than previous years, and even 20 million more than this year.

Despite what you may or may not think about the election being tallied on a machine, and software with intellectual property protection that prevents it from careful scrutiny.

Most of us understand that no one should be held in cruel, unusual punishment of 23 1/2 hours per day of solitary confinement with no visitation from family.

This was particularly cruel to my nephew’s son who had already missed so much of his dad’s life because of his honorable service to his country.

This punishment of no bail, and cruel, and unusual punishment was levied upon the January 6 defendants indiscriminately despite the fact that many had never been arrested in their life!

In fact for 4 out of the 1,600+ people that were put through the cruel,and unusual punishment led to their suicide .

Anyway this is my rant, and if you have never heard my nephew’s story despite the fact that I have been shouting it from the mountain tops ever since his arrest, and this armed insurrectionist rhetoric that got all 4 of his grandparents tires slashed and made the entire family have to live in fear . Right now may be a good time to ask yourself why?

Why are they against our Constitutional rights, and freedoms like the Seventh Amendment, and freedom of speech?

These people went to the capitol to exercise their constitutional rights to petition their government with their grievances as it pertains to the most sacred right they have.

The loud but peaceful crowd was then gaslit with flash bangs, tear gas canisters, & rubber bullets to the face that were improperly used according to normal protocols, and procedures on crowd control.
