Dear Friends,

I am trying to process my father’s sudden death 8 weeks ago. I have been made efforts to write and do art. I am somewhat successful participating in an Earthsworld drawing group and you can see those drawings on my Instagram. The writing eludes me. I get emotional every time I sit to write even if it is a benign topic. I miss my Dad and I keep trying to call or text him and then I remember I can’t. The list of responsibilities is great after someone dies, the process takes time, and there is a lot to do. I am blessed and grateful that I have help and support, but my typical day to day routine is changed.

I have been doing scary things since around the Fourth of July. I have discovered that you can post Earthsworld Portraits online, no problem. I am feeling and seeing Earthsworld’s purpose as an artist/photographer trying to show the world the beauty in ALL humans. www.earthsworld.com

Recreating the essence of another person’s face is fascinating and joyful for me. I love them all. I am not choosing the photos. They were chosen by Christophe Swijsen for the Facebook Group.

Yesterday morning I got a big download from Metatron and my Friends talking about/or showing me fingerpainting and leaning into the chronic pain and disease to help other people and myself find joy and the ability to cope with this nonsense daily.

Quite honestly, I bounce back and forth between denial, depression, and elation. Elation when I am feeling great and having a good and productive day. Depression when the pain is too much to bear. Denial visits a lot. Is it as bad as I think?

Then I am like, when is the last time you walked through a store?

Yeah, on one of those great days that I then “pay for” later.

Shopping is necessary but not worth it. I can pick up and thankfully I have help at home.

Anyway!

I’m like, “fingerpainting’??? Really?

Then I think about one of my kids who has had hand pain that suddenly came on as a teen and no doctor can figure out what is happening. They use crayons to do art because colored pencils hurt their hands.

Can you do Real Art with crayons and finger paints?

What is Real Art?

There is an artist in the UK who goes by Toby Sketch Loose and he was a portrait artist in a past career and apparently people get all up in his face about Real Art. This is the artist who said, “get rid of your pencils and use a pen”, and I DID! This helped me grow as an artist. He teaches you to sketch loose but with intention. www.sketchloose.co.uk

Alyce Keegan of Kit and Clowder teaches art through coloring, and she is an art therapist as well. There is a section on her website with tips and tricks to color more comfortably if you have pain or issues with your hands. She uses Prismacolor colored pencils and Copic alcohol markers. I had never heard of an alcohol maker before seeing people use them for coloring. Is coloring Real Art? Have you seen some of the coloring book artists on YouTube? When was the last time you did something that was scary for you?

Not unsafe

But risky

Like makes your stomach hurt

Scary

Like people are going to criticize you.

Scary

I just did this morning.

I have been working on my art skills for a while now and expanding in different directions all at once because this is how my brain works.

I really enjoy drawing with fountain pens.

There is a caricature artist on Facebook who posts a daily challenge, and he has thousands of followers, but some really excellent artists post their sketches.

I did one today with a fountain pen with pink ink.

For fun.

There were mistakes and all but one I was able to cover up. Lol

My stomach still hurts, but it is done.

I posted it.

What will people think?

No idea.

Do I care?

Kind of, but art is so personal and I am sometimes shocked at what people enjoy and what they just do not like.

Kids are the best at this.

They will tell you exactly how they feel about a piece of art.

Don’t believe me?

Find a kiddo to take to the museum and ask them for their opinions.

They will give them candidly.

Unlike adults they will not feel bad about being critical-

Right to your face

If it is your own work.

Hahahahaha!

I had another epiphany.

This morning.

I was reading “These Truths: A History of The United States” by Jill Lepore

And

Bam

It hit me…

On page 9 she is talking about people of the past in The Americas.

“They fished and farmed.”

Gotta eat!

“They warred with their neighbors.”

Right, the neighbors…lol…mine are pretty good!

“They decorated their bodies...”

Yep, wish I had done a whale, but I cannot have anymore tattoos done. Darned autoimmune! At least I have a couple, and one is a fish!!

“THEY SANG THEIR LAWS.”

Whaaaatttt???????

Most humans in the Americas did not write the rules and the history down but passed them through oral tradition.

Many passed them down through SONG!!!!!

LIKE THE WHALES!!!

We don’t know why the Humpback Whales’ Song changes every year, but it does.

What are they saying?

Are they passing on their history?

Their laws?

Their stories?

A little at a time, year after year, so the new generations are part of it all.

And it is global.

The song changes as The Whales sing it around the globe.

They are global!

We should be too!

Have you ever really looked at a cat’s nose?

I mean really looked closely.

Could you draw a cat’s nose?

Inverted triangle, right?!

Even as an artist I have to say,

Yep, me too!

Or like in this oil pastel I am sharing-it’s sort of a nose.

An artist friend of mine is putting together a beginner drawing program, and I am one of the lucky ones who are taking the class and providing feedback before it is released to the public which is a ton of fun and a great learning experience especially if drawing cats was never a thing…

and she is starting with…

“Wee Cat Bits”

because it is so cute and I have met so many artists from the UK recently…

I know, I couldn’t help myself. 😊

Meaning let’s draw a little bit at a time. Little bites. Little parts.

She included a darling photo of part of her cat’s face with the nose up close to see all the details.

Adorable, sweet kitty.

She mentions that we could draw our own cats and my kids have a cat, so I had this moment of glory in my head and then my vision of a beautiful calm cat photo came crashing down because our cat hates having her picture taken.

She’s gorgeous, but no pictures.

She knows when that phone is not being a phone and it is being a camera.

Le sigh.

Stubborn as I am you know we tried.

It’s okay to laugh, I sure did.

That is one cool looking nose, right?!

Our dear Skylar was a rescue who was rescued and brought to our dog groomer. When we dropped off our dogs that morning, she had been defleaed…deloused…debugged…?... and was just sitting in one of the kennels. My oldest, who was still little at the time, asked to hold her.

Oh boy.

Kiddo knew, perhaps not consciously, that this was Seth, the retired rescued racing greyhound from Arizona, come back to us.

“Y’all can take her home for the afternoon.”

Oh boy.

Being the amazing homeschool parent that I was at the time you know I said yes.

When we all realized who she was we wanted to keep her.

Then there was “The Husband/Dad Issue.”

We fed and watered him that evening.

Then dessert.

He knew something was up.

The kids had a plan presented kiddo attorney style about how they would care for the kitten.

Okay, but she must be perfectly healthy.

I did not know at the time that kittens usually have worms, and she was riddled with fleas when they found her.

We took her to the vet the next day.

Perfectly healthy!

It’s a miracle!!!

In time her little broken off whiskers grew back, her fur came back, and she even got a little belly. Poor baby was in such rough shape when she was found and she was all alone.

Like Seth the dog she would steal and hide toys that did not belong to her.

Seth being a 65-pound dog stole large toys and had a thing for carrying around dolls. He would have one doll foot in his mouth, and the doll would be dangling upside down and he would trot around the house all proud and then try to hide them in his bed.

Skylar stole Christmas ornaments, tiny dolls, and trinkets. We found her stash one day in one of the kids’ rooms.

She climbed the tree at Christmas.

The Husband is her favorite!

I was left as the Grand Bubba babysitter one time and she ate The Husband’s baby banana plant!

Whoops!

Sorry!

LOL

It’s ok, non-toxic.

In these 11 or so years I never thought about drawing just her nose.

And now I am going to draw her nose with colored pencils.

I’ll let you know how the nose goes.

I know you know it would happen

All this art

Coming back after many years

I put away my oil paints before we had babies because of the toxins

This is also around the time the pain began in full force

Life was busy

So busy

Babies

Living in a new state

No family nearby

Finding friends

Building a life

Just us

A landlocked state

No Ocean

No Seas

Living on

parched land

But it was a cleaner land spiritually

Less and more sparse human history than the East Coast

Big Skies

Big Sun

And in the driest and highest places sometimes there was magic

Driving into the Great Sand Dunes one year when the kids were little

The road surrounded on both sides by a yellow wave of sunshine

Prairie Sunflowers…I think

We were awestruck by so much color in this high desert region

So many of my memories are tied to this part of the country

I miss this place

My heart hurts

We never wanted to leave and there are still so many things I haven’t seen

But

Life happens and it takes you

other places

to other parts

Different people

Different energy

The East Coast holds heavy energy I never noticed until I moved away and then came back

I am happy that I am now surrounded by the Waters

And the Big Ocean is not too far away.

There is comfort in this

But there is also so much history stacked up on these lands

So much of it dark

We help by bringing the light earth energy back with us from the West

I know this, but it doesn’t make it any less difficult.

There’s lots of us

They used to call us Lightworkers

I don’t know what we are now

I do know that many of us are Water People

Find the Water People

I was told this years ago

There are so many of us now

More and more every day

I see this

I cannot make sense of all that I see happening around me

I just need to stay the course

As do YOU

Do your THING

Whatever that is

Stay the course

I know things will work out

For all of us

I have been focusing on drawing in graphite and colored pencils for a while now to brush up on skills I lost over time

My kids were more important

And let me tell you homeschooling is like 2 full-time jobs, but they taught me more than I taught them and this trend continues

Now I have time to focus and practice

Because it is a practice

Anyone can learn to draw- just like we are all psychic

You just need to learn the MAGIC

Lean into it

And practice

I am adding Waters’ Colors to my learning, and I found a teacher in Colorado the second I decided this is what is next

Ask

And the Universe provides

Waters’ Colors are Magical

I discovered today that Bruce Lee was a water person!!!!

Part I

I am so sorry for my absence…

I have been trying to sort things out in my head and in my life.

Life recently often feels like a dream and not always a good one, depending on where my focus lies.

I saw a great psychic back in the 90’s and she told me to stop worrying about money and just do all the things.

All of them???

Yes.

I also had a great astrology reading around the same time. Those things keep happening. Pretty wild.

No one mentioned the rare vasculitis or the pain I would have for decades.

I just work around things, right?

So what if I got fat…

So what if I lost my ability to do sports…

So what about the pain…

Just fucking deal with it.

No one taught me to take care of myself, or put up boundaries, or say NO!!!

But I have learned.

I say no and I say it more often than I would like.

In my head I want to do things, and I think I can and then I can’t.

That poor man at Costco, I made it to the pharmacy and collapsed on a chair. He came around twice asking if I was ok. I’m fine and my husband is around here finishing the shopping because I sure can’t.

This shit really makes me sad.

My parents are still doing their thing like it’s nothing.

In their late 70’s and early 80’s

They can walk.

Walk the dog.

Got to an event.

Have fun.

Drive across the country

Visit people and places

I know they are perplexed about what has happened to me.

I am perplexed as well.

How do I do all these things???

I feel like everything takes so long.

I am so slow.

Do I clean the house today or do art or TDM™?

I must make choices, so I can make it through the day and so

I don’t hurt for a week or cause a flare…

Boy, I hate that fucking word.

Flare.

Sounds weak.

I just went through one over the course of maybe 4 weeks before I gave up, called the rheumatologist who is on a trip to far off lands, and started some prednisolone.

I am weak

I am in so much pain, and nothing touches it.

Then I find myself high on steroids and this is not good either, can’t sleep.

I do a less and shorter course and taper...

I go to for acupuncture

I go to the chiropractor

I do energy healing

Everyone gives you advice.

The spiritual stuff is the best!

You could just make this stop if you wanted to

Fuck off!

And here we are.

But I am feeling better

Is this planet through that damn teepee tube and somewhere else yet?

Metatron?

Do you hear me?

Do you see all this ridiculousness happening here?

What alternate Universe am I in?

Did I really sign up for this shit?

Feels hard to believe sometimes.

Where are we that we are living in a dystopian novel plot?

Like where?

I try to focus on other things.

One thing is true.

I am mostly fearless…

I think when they tell you that you are going to die from a health issue you become fearless

because you have nothing to lose…

And you do everything you can to save yourself despite the weirdness of this lifetime,

And here I am

I am still here

And that particular health issue is BETTER!!

Not the pain part, but hey…

I am better!!

Why?

The drugs?

One was still experimental and I had to stop taking it because of side effects.

Was that it?

The other ones?

The energy medicine

What?

I just hope it doesn’t happen again because it was terrifying.

What is important?

People?

Art?

Writing?

Connection?

Experiments?

I spend much of my time thinking these days and trying to make sense of my world.

A world that seems so nonsensical.

I learned a technique called Psych-K (PSYCH-K Centre International) back in the 1990’s and the most difficult part of the process is deciding what you want.

What do you want?

What would you like the world to look like?

Free energy?

An end to poverty?

Everyone well fed, clothed, and housed so they are able work within their genius?

We all have at least one genius.

What is yours?

What is your special gift?

What are your special gifts?

Do you make people laugh?

Sometimes this is my special gift and other times it is not.

Perhaps because of the right place, right people, right timing.

The dog thinks I am great, especially because I love the word C-O-O-K-I-E!

Cookie.

What a funny word indeed.

One of the keys to Psych-K is to create change through positive affirmations.

Key word being positive.

It is so easy to say, “I don’t want, I don’t like, I can’t stand, or any other variation.

You know what I mean.

I want leaders in the world who embrace and engage in ethical behaviors.

I want leaders in the world who understand that humanity and every living being on this planet are all connected.

When you hurt one being, you hurt many beings and yourself.

It is easy to say what you put out to the Universe you get back, but how do you implement this?

What are you thinking?

We are conditioned into thinking, not bad thoughts, but erroneous thoughts.

Erroneous thinking.

Erroneous thinking around many topics including money, health, lack, love, self-worth.

These topics are only a few of the many.

Generations who are told you are stuck, not worth it and have no way to attract money or ease in your health, you are not good enough to create greatness in your world, there is not enough in the world thereby creating competition instead of collaboration and you believe all these things because you have spent a lifetime and past generations BELIEVING them.

STOP.

BELIEVE in something else.

Believe in yourself.

Is this easy?

No.

Especially the older we get and the more programming we need to rewrite.

There are no limits to your creative abilities.

Believe in yourself.

Be aware of your thoughts.

Are they positive?

Are they what you want?

Or are you playing some ancestor’s oldies tape that you need to throw away?

The Council of Whale is feeling very strongly about this topic today.

Reach out to me.

Let us collaborate on what we do want for ourselves first and foremost and the world at large.

Be selfish.

What do you want?

Large or small.

It’s okay.

Make a list.

Picture it.

These are not new ideas, but we need to work as a team to get there.

I have been working with my spouse to rid ourselves of old patterns, thoughts and ideas that were not even ours to begin with but belonged to someone else of the past or propaganda within society.

Burst the BUBBLE!

Expand your thinking into the Universe and the Universe will expand back.

Happy New Year to my readers!

Let’s see what is new and exciting from our friends.

I keep seeing an image of Metatron with a giant staff standing at the top of a mountain and when he hits the staff into the Earth everything shakes like an earthquake.

Inevitable great change?

Have humans devolved to their lowest level worldwide or do we have a way to go?

Still in progress.

Remember that toilet paper tubie I wrote about ages ago?

Why was I being told we were heading to the 4^th dimension?

I got some blowback on this one…lol

TIME.

Why?

I get it now!

I think. Lol

If you have been running around in the world of metaphysics like I have people speak a lot about time being a circle or a spiral, but definitely not linear.

Do you see it yet?

If there is one thing I have confirmed from doing TransDimensional Mapping™ it is that time is not linear.

We will hit a certain threshold for this knowing and then we will see great change. It is inevitable.

But WHEN, you ask, to everyone’s delight!!

That’s the kicker.

When.

In linear time?

Cute.

Nice one.

When humanity hits rock bottom.

You decide.

You.

Us.

As a collective.

We decide when we have hit rock bottom as a species and what will happen next.

They are waiting.

What’s it going to take?

When do we realize the connections between souls?

Never?

They tell me that none of us are from here. Not us and not them.

Can we all remember enough to change the game here?

Can we though when we are capable of anything?

Can we do the right thing even though it is not the easy thing?

Can we do the right thing even though we may be afraid?

Can we stay in some sort of integrity despite the duality of this place?

Can we party happy and loving instead of dramatic and hurting?

I keep seeing Metatron on top of a mountain stomping his foot or a staff or something and shaking the Earth and then “POP” popping the planet into a different space/dimension/something. This morning, he said he was going to save all our asses! I was at acupuncture in that place between here and somewhere else and had these visions. More clarity will come later, I am sure.

The Council of Whale had been asking me to visit The Keys for what seems like a very long time, and it all worked out this year as our family experience Christmas gift.

I am still uncertain as to why they wanted me there, but I know there is more research involved.

The Keys are technically in Florida, but not really. They are really a separate place.

If Hawaii feels like another country, then The Keys feel like another planet.

This is all in my opinion.

The Keys are literally an ancient coral reef cemetery.

We had beautiful weather with sunshine and breezes. Low humidity and low temperatures.

We were there the night 3IAtlas was closest to the Earth which was an interesting coincidence.

We were also in The Keys over Hannukah. There was a huge wedding on that Sunday, which was our first night as well as the start of Hannukah.

Again, I know there is significance here that will unfold at some point.

And yes, I was aware of what had happened in Australia on their first night of Hannukah which was 16 hours prior to the first night in The Keys.

One of the wedding guests just loved our dog and came to say hello. I think she brought him some brightness that day and this was a highlight because it was somber mixed with festivities. Weddings are planned so far ahead of the actual event time, and it was a destination wedding, so everyone flew in from somewhere else.

A few days later we had a very interesting interaction with a visiting Rabbi and his family who thought we were Jewish.

The final night of Hannukah was the day before my birthday this year.

They (The Waters and Whales) are showing me parallel lines or lanes of light. They are like tubes of light going into the distance. I am seeing this in real time as I am writing and contemplating my experience.

Festival of Lights

We are all connected. I am not religious, although my more recent ancestors are Catholic and if we go back further in one family tree branch, they were escaping religious persecution by coming to America. Who knows what we do not know about our origins.

I am really unsure of where I am going with this writing today.

I have to give this experience more thought.

Giant limestone slabs.

Dinosaur-like creatures everywhere (iguanas).

One iguana joined me for coffee in the mornings.

Trees that grow right up to the gorgeous blue green waters.

So much calm quiet water.

An undertone of calm like the noise snow makes when you are out in it in the middle of the night. There is so much quiet that you hear the snow fall and it is lovely.

Kind of like this, but different.

Fascinating.

I have been in pain for the better part of 30 years now.

No one knew why.

Now I have a rare diagnosis, and I am still in pain all the time, but the level of pain is less than it was or at least treatable at times.

Have you ever been given the smiley to frowny face pain level chart?

Kidney stones rank 15 out of 10!!!!!

This is from my past experience with kidney stones.

It really is like having a baby without the baby.

No fun at all.

You cannot say 15 if 10 equals being ‘mauled by a bear,’ says the nurse.

I was given this tidbit of advice recently.

Well, I have had recent ‘mauled by a bear’ pain and the drug ‘go to’ for this is steroids.

I happily bounced into the chiropractor’s office this morning feeling great!

I cannot sleep, but my overall body pain is down to a 1 or a 2 which is blissful if you are someone like me who literally no longer has any memory of life without pain.

My brain wants to make BIG PLANS because I feel so great, but there is that part of me that knows this is temporary and the pain and inflammation will return.

I am envious of people who I see going for long walks or running.

People who get normal pain from building muscle and not a huge flare of mauled bear pain.

I was reminded this past week that my grandmother, who lived into her 100’s, would say, “do it while you can.”

I feel like I missed my while you can moment.

Sometimes this brings me down low and it feels like life in this body has been too difficult for too long.

The downside to knowing we reincarnate is that there is no escape.

I could come back, but would it be any different?

Did I learn the lessons I needed to learn here and now?

Doubtful.

Other humans try to help and offer advice.

There is the rare occasion where someone has great ideas because they research the heck out of things like I do and have had chronic pain themselves.

I have tried just about everything over my adult years.

I have done countless hours of research.

I trained in a few different healing modalities like Healing Touch and Psych-K.

I know there are many humans like me and more every day are being diagnosed.

Are we better at diagnosis or are there more of us?

Why?

Nowadays I research this rare disease.

I talk to my spirit guides and my NHI friends.

I ask for help, and I am often given help, but not the big miracle of remission of disease.

Remission of pain.

There is no cure.

Yet.

I know they are working on something wonderful for autoimmune diseases and the article said something about ten years to get it right and get the price down.

Hurry up!

None of us want to do this for ten more years.

And making money always seems to be more important to these folks than actually helping humanity.

The wealthiest people on the planet think they are above all of us.

They feel more important.

This adds to my sadness.

How do they sleep at night?

Likely very well, I imagine.

Enjoying the best of all things and free from guilt over the bulk of the population.

Hmmm….

I try to write things that are uplifting and helpful, but this has been a difficult couple of weeks.

I can see my whale friend dancing.

It is a television show about a future where you get to choose what you want to do with your life based on your interests and talents and not for money and survival.

Plus, it is funny and much of it resonates with what I see and the places and ideas behind the folks I talk to. My NHI friends.

I grew up with Star Wars and Star Trek because my Dad is a big fan of both, but for some reason, The Orville really speaks to me. The show got me excited about what life could be like with more equity and more love.

What do you want?

I know everyone knows what they do not want, but what is really important is what you do want.

The Universe can only respond to your thoughts.

Are they positive?

Send those positive thoughts telepathically to The Universe, God, Goddess, your Higher Self, or whomever you speak with frequently.

Get it out there!

Use your thoughts!

The positive ones.

The time is right now.

Right now, before you stop reading.

Right now, and again before bed.

Go to sleep dreaming of your perfect world.

What gets your attention?

I have noticed in more recent years that I get very direct contact from animals.

When did this shift?

I am not entirely sure.

I have always had some contact with animals, but this contact has shifted to not only my own animals, but animals everywhere.

Our dog has talking buttons, and it has been amazing to watch how she interprets language.

For example, after she has dinner, she will proudly trot over to her buttons and announce her name and the button for hunger, meaning she ate. It is adorable.

I have been intrigued by recent stories about octopi. There was one octopus who would leave their tank every night and wander to other tanks and eat a fish out of each tank. The people who ran the facility thought someone was coming in and stealing these expensive exotic fish and when they set up a camera, they discovered the octopus was having a nightly feast and then going back to their tank right before people arrived in the morning.

Other octopi will escape when imprisoned.

This really makes me think about how we treat these animals. Why aren’t we trying to talk to them?

Humans have taught land animals sign language.

I know researchers are working on interpreting whale language and perhaps this will help segue into speaking with all marine animals.

I wonder what they think of us.

Why do orca offer humans food, but are so brutal to other animals including other whales?

They are like everyone’s grandmother from the old country.

“You are too skinny! Here. Eat!” says the orca to the human.

I find that many humans are worried about telepathy because they believe that telepathy will invade their privacy, but this is not true.

When I come into contact with obnoxious unethical telepaths, I will block them, and you can too!

Typically, with the animals I have found they are just shouting at you telepathically. Especially if food is involved.

They know you hear them in your head and get very vexed when you do not comply.

Like when I stepped past the fish tank with a cup of coffee and a snack and there was mighty yelling about where is their snack? They want a snack. We know you have food. Hey! Hey! I’m talking to you!

Has everyone in this household picked up a New Jersey/New York accent when they get annoyed?

I think so.

I woke up thinking about microcosm versus macrocosm in the context of being human.

As above so below.

Each time we travel as human beings the planet seems to become smaller.

Literally.

There are humans like me everywhere just trying to survive.

Like me.

We are so fortunate that with the current technologies we can become friends with other humans across the planet.

I currently have a friend on the other side of the planet and sometimes ahead by a day.

We can peer into each other’s worlds through online platforms, but we unfortunately cannot ‘put the kettle on’ in one place at a time.

You know, drop by for tea.

Sigh…

We need little doorways in every home and in public places where we can walk up with intention and ring the bell of whomever we would like to visit.

They may not be home, but that bell can ring wherever they may be.

Too invasive?

No privacy?

Well, perhaps you cannot see where they are, but they can say, okay I’ll be home at three to put the kettle on, meet me there and I will open the portal door!

Realistically, they could be anywhere.

Popped over to NYC for some bagels.

I’ll be right back!!

Biscuits with Belgian chocolate slathered on top.

Wherever did that funny word ‘cookie’ come from?

Dutch, koekje, little cake.

Little cake?

Often crunchy little cake!

Yeah, that is weird.

A biscuit, in contrast, is supposed to be crunchy!

Latin, biscotum, twice baked.

I digress.

Humans need these travel portals.

Then perhaps we would all feel and see the Earth, as a whole being, instead of just looking at the tiny little part where we reside.

Perhaps the Earth contemplates these same thoughts in terms of the Universe.

A portal.

A door.

To visit other parts.

To make friends with other planets and see what is happening somewhere else.

Can the Earth herself be telepathic?

Can she reach out for help?

I can see her complaining to her friends over facetime.

I have tried everything including hurricanes and fires, but these little buggers are still damaging me.

Why can’t they see the consequences of their actions?

I just want to be loved and appreciated.

Go visit my friends and put the kettle on.

Have you ever been skiing?

I have been thinking about skiing a lot lately and have memories of when I learned to ski.

I was 9 or 10 years old.

I loved it!!!

And nothing hurt back then.

My young body felt GREAT!

I am seeing, with help from my friends, the next five years as a skiing metaphor.

You take the lift to the top of the mountain.

It isn’t difficult, but it is a little bit scary the first time.

Especially getting off the lift.

It takes a certain knack.

You ski down.

Easy.

You hit moguls and perhaps you do not know how to navigate them.

You learn to conquer the moguls.

Then there is another lift, but it takes you only partway up the mountain.

You ski off the lift like a pro.

Oh boy, that looks like a steep drop…

You can do it!!

You ski down, carefully.

At the bottom, you shade your eyes from the sun as you peer back up at the steep slope.

Good Job!!!!

You did it!

Then you turn around…

Oh, Look!!!!!!

Woo Hoo!!!

Remember when I wrote about the Matrix and how you can walk around obstacles?

In whatever way you see the Matrix.

I see gold bubbly lines connecting everything.

Like a gold fountain pen with a little leak here and there.

Okay.

Now I am being shown what I can only refer to as windows.

Windows to pull things from other dimensions or places.

A window will open when I see or hear something.

Maybe an interview.

Maybe something in a book.

I am led to more information that I did not have before or do not remember from this timeline I seem to be in.

It is coming to me.

I do not need to go there.

Just open the window.

Pull in the information.

And move forward.

Things have been weird…

I have been playing with drawing The Matrix to get around obstacles in my life or create better realities.

It works!!!

Personal obstacles are easy.

The greater picture or circumstances are more difficult, but I keep putting it out there.

Over the summer I heard a huge popping noise when we changed realities, shifted zones, or whatever you like to call these shifts, and it was disconcerting.

Now things just change on a dime.

No popping sound.

And so much more often.

I have felt things shift multiple times over the course of one 24-hour cycle.

Have you?

Something I see or hear can shift everything instantly.

My intent is always about love as a driving force.

If we come from a place of love, we can change everything.

And yet, I am still human, and I make mistakes.

Many mistakes, but I try to make each day better.

More thoughtful.

What can I do?

What can’t I do?

What is within my power?

And what is not?

Letting go of what is not within my power and what I cannot do helps me stop worrying about things I cannot control.

It is within someone else’s power.

Let them do it.

Send them love.
