I am surprised by this pull of the Tarot cards. I asked “What do we need to know about the US Midterm Elections for our best and highest good?” and the answer is actually quite positive. I always do a three card draw which represents past, present, and future from left to right and then depending on my intuition, I choose 1-2 additional outcome cards. So, let’s take a look.

The first thing I will say is that in a total of 5 cards drawn, four were Major Arcana (very important cards!). Interesting.

PAST: WISDOM (Hierophant)

I see this card come up with 2 meanings. The first is the Hierophant in the original Rider-Waite Tarot deck which means authority and seeking the interpretation of life through society’s rules, church, and dogma. This is where we came from and it is time to leave that behind. We are moving into new territory now. The society we have known was built on many lies, corruption, and the greed of men and corporations. It is now time for each of us to interpret what is important in life —not let someone else do that for us. This leads to the second meaning—there is a great deal of light and wisdom in this card. Take a good look at it.

We have gained a lot of wisdom on this journey in politics in the last ten years. I think we collectively know so much more about how our election process works and how our nation was set up with 3 branches of government to counterbalance one another and so on. But not only that, I think by seeing the corruption and the greed and the billionaires, we have a clearer picture of what we want from our government. As we look to see other countries that have universal healthcare, systems that protect citizens, and safety nets that help us all breathe a little easier, we see what might be possible. Not to mention, feeding the millions of kids in this country who are not getting enough to eat. We have a lot of fixing to do. We have learned a lot about what is not working. This is valuable information.

That is the light you see in the picture. The dog and the family are all looking at the light and are seeing it clearly now. We all see how the current structure does not work for families or for the dog (representing nature and our climate). The faceless white man holds the light and the book that defines the structure of our country but he won’t be for long as you continue along in the Tarot pull of cards from today. It is time to let go of the old power structure and his strangle hold on the light.

PRESENT: CHOOSE WISELY (7 of Cups)

So this is a pretty interesting card for a US Midterm Election. We had better Choose Wisely! Ha! We need to take time with our ballots and make wise choices not based on fear or emotionality but on what is best for our country. Let us set this intention— that every voter makes wise choices that benefit our country when they are filling out their ballot. Let love guide us to make smart choices. These are the CUPS cards (green outline) which represent love. Where there is love, fear cannot remain. Candidates that are not good for our country line up behind fear and use it to bend people to vote for them. Let us visualize a wave of love across the country guiding people to get up and vote and make wise choices at the polls.

FUTURE: POWER (Strength)

There is a transition in POWER hence the POWER card coming up as a major force in the future of the US. This is a good sign. Look carefully at the card and you will see a white man transforming into a lion. The POWER in this country is transforming from patriarchal to something else — maybe something that is more aligned with nature. This is also the STRENGTH card in the Rider-Waite deck so there is an acknowledgement of the American people as being strong in their ability to effect the future of their country. We need to stand together - we the people - to be strong in our demand for change in our country. We vote and we stand behind and defend our voting process. We don’t let anyone mess with that. We are a lion defending our cubs as we defend our democracy and our right to vote. Be like a lion. And if we take the wisdom we have gained on this journey (first card), make wise choices at the polls (second card), and maintain our Power and Strength to effect change, then we can see the outcome.

OUTCOME CARDS: LIGHT & BALANCE (The Sun & Justice)

Wow! The Light card (the Sun card) is the happiest, best card in the whole Tarot Deck. To quote John Holland, “No matter what is happening around you, prosperity and bliss are promised. The qualities of this brilliant card are pleasure, happiness, contentment, growth, success, joy, and illumination. The light always brings forth new birth, a constant renewal of life.” So, please NOTICE that the light is now emanating from a woman who is generating it magically from a universal source (?) not a book of religion or dogma or from a white faceless man. VERY interesting. The light is no longer controlled and held by a person. It is floating around this woman who is creating and adding to it—not controlling it. It is interesting that the light has moved from a man to a woman in this reading. The move away from patriarchy is very strong in this pull of cards. YAY!

This is all good news. The US returns to the LIGHT! Ah, and then the second card. What are most of us wanting amidst all of this corruption? We want accountability for the wrongs that were done to us and to our country and to our reputation, right?

ENTER the JUSTICE card or here it is called BALANCE. In the Rider-Waite deck, this comes up when there is a legal issue and it means you will have a positive outcome. So, this means accountability in the court of law and that those who have wronged us, will be brought to justice. YAY! The laws of Karma and Cause and Effect are activated by this card.

And then look at the picture here as well for a second meaning. There is balance among all 4 suits - the areas of career, love, mental, and physical are all brought into balance for the country. Things are rebalanced — think of Libra with her scales. We find our way back to balancing the interests of our citizens and our position in the world at large.

There is great solace in these cards. I hope you see that and take it to heart. Hold steady through the election as it may become a bit of a wild ride with mud slinging and attempts at tampering. Be the energy of the LION with strength on one side and the scales of justice on the other. We can do this. Hold the LIGHT and GO VOTE!

I have been so troubled by the current state of our country, the USA in the past week that I wanted to ask spirit about it. Here is my question:

What kind of action can we take against this US Administration and their corruption, lies, evil, and dark support for violence and devaluing of human and planetary life? What can we do? How do we move forward with this going on?

Answer from Spirit:

There are some times when we are meant to step back to allow some things to happen in sequence because they will lead to better things later on. There will be consequences of these current actions for the US administration that will lead to greater peace and compassion and a better world for all as a result of watching this happen in the US. Countries and people around the world are getting a front row seat to corruption, greed, lying, and the lack of empathy and compassion. They can now see clearly how quickly this can take down a country and weaken the entire world. People are going to remember this and work harder than they ever have before to prevent this from happening ever again. This lesson is needed for many on this planet who do not already know the value of life and the value of compassion and living with love.

Do you understand this? I know, I know. You ask how long must we endure this painful scenario? I understand your discomfort and the suffering you must watch daily as you see these structures fall and the integrity of the US dissolve into nothing. But something new will rise in it place that is healthier and of more benefit to all. Sometimes something must be destroyed in its entirety to be reborn. I don’t speak of a physical taking down of a country. No—please do not misinterpret. I am talking about the tearing down of a country from its structural beginnings. The Constitution and Bill of Rights need to be redone with the planet as an equal in the care and maintenance of a country’s people. The country (its land, rivers, lakes, animals) must also be included.

Corruption must be rooted out in the words and guidelines and laws that will take over after the fall so it can never rise again. Love will replace greed and power as the underlying notion of dominance. This sounds so “pie in the sky” to you but I assure you it is coming. There will be a bit of chaos as you move from one system to this new one but it will be worth it. Many of you will become part of designing this new structure. Your intuition and empathy will determine the policies that become its mainstay. Does this make sense?

You ask when? Yes, I know you are impatient. It is difficult to pinpoint a time or a date. But you are closer to the taking down of this current structure than you realize. It won’t be long now. Do not be scared of it. It is like being scared of turning from a caterpillar to a butterfly. Trust. Be patient. Hold on to who you are. Raise your voice when you sense the time is right. Raise your hand to volunteer when the call goes out. You will be protected. All those whose hearts beat with love are already saved. Their light is needed to witness this birth. It is a worldwide birth that has been foretold for thousands of years. It will make sense after it happens. You will see.

You ask if you should be scared. Change is difficult. The unknown is not a comfortable place. But it is also the only way through the series of events that are already underway. You can’t stay here. Progress needs to move forward.

You ask what you can do. Stay the course. Hold the light. Hold your values and share them with others who are confused and don’t remember who they are or what is important. There are many who have lost their humanity and their connection to this world. You need to guide them back to it whether that is by holding their hand, singing a song, making art, writing poetry, or showing them this beautiful planet we live on. These lost ones need you to carry them back to the heart. They are so lost. Be there for them. Even if they shout at you for holding their hand—guide them back with patience and with love. They will thank you for it.

It is a difficult thing to witness but the falling apart needs to happen to allow for the coming together. Hold the vision of a world united. Hold the vision of a world bent on cooperation and love for all living things including this planet. Hold the vision of love for every human as your brother or sister. Hold the vision of seeing our planet as a whole and us as one human race reliant on each other for taking care of us all. We need to work together to make this a beautiful, heart-centered world. Hold that thought. It will show you the way. It will show you your next best step. Don’t look too far out. Just your next best step. You can do it. We can all do it. Hold each other’s hand and keep walking into the future with love in your heart. This is our journey. This is our evolution. So be it. Namaste.

We are beginning September. Autumn approaches in all of its glory. You may think of endings but this is just the end of harvest time and the beginning of the feminine part of the year where we travel inward to examine and loosen old beliefs. We sit with our thoughts and discover what we want to dream into being during the winter. We observe and we let go of what was true for us last year at this time just as the leaves fall off the trees. We let go and make room for what may want to come forward in the spring but first, we allow ourselves time. We allow ourselves time to reflect. We allow ourselves time to let go. We allow ourselves time to breathe.

The busy times of harvest and summer are waning. The light gets dimmer. The nights get cooler. We retreat inside more often. We gather with friends and loved ones. We read. We write. We perform ceremonies. We light candles. We begin to dream.

Here is what I want to ask of you. What type of world would you dream into being for next year? Dream for you, dream for your community, dream for your family and friends, and if possible, what can you dream for your country? Your planet? What would you like to see with no obstacles in sight? What would you dream? What would it look like? How would we move through this world of your creation? What would our communities look like? How would we interact with Mother Earth? How we interact with each other? How would we help one another? What would that look like? How would we encourage each other to do our soul’s purpose?

If we were all balanced and energetically uplifted into our best self, what would the world look like? Can you dream this? Even one aspect of it for a minute and just hold that vision? That will help so much.

The Universe needs to hear from you about how you want this world to look instead of just reacting to how it is. The dream must begin. It must begin now. We need all of our dreamers to come forward and begin. Hold these visions in your heart and only share them if you feel called to. Holding them silently is just as good—it is as if we all holding up one little part of the world with these visions and we need every one of you to participate. The load is lighter if we all join in. Do you understand?

Let’s hold hope and light and love for our future. Let us envision love being at the heart of every interaction, every decision, and every act. Love will ground us and help us make good decisions that work for all of us. We have been driven by fear for far too long. It is time to change. Begin to live in love as much of the time as possible. This world and the people that are running it right now would prefer you stay in fear because you are much easier to control and dominate. Do you understand?

When you are in a state of love, there is no controlling you or manipulating you or gaslighting you. That is a fact. So, if each one of us begins to try to live in love, the world changes slowly like a WAVE. It is a WAVE that cannot be stopped and it can move quickly once it begins. Know this. GO forward in love. Be one with love. Namaste.

I have deep concerns for this country of ours and many questions. My communications with spirit tend to be very general and uplifting which is great. Don’t get me wrong. But I want to know specifically, what can we do or start visualizing or even just thinking about as we roll into the next 250 years of the United States? The calendar begins fresh in a way. Let’s roll up our sleeves and start thinking like the Founding Fathers. What were their first steps in creating the structure that we know today? They were very brave to take this on in 1776. They were bold and had fantastic visions of what they wanted to see come about. Maybe it’s our turn to reimagine.

I asked my spirit guide this question…

Question: How do we start building the country we want to see? What are specific actions we can take? Do we need a plan? How do we start designing the way we want things to work so we can let the universe know our intention about it?

Answer:

1. First, I would start with a vision of what you want to see in your country. What values do you want to have show up in every law and court ruling? What is most important to you and those with your shared beliefs? If you were a Founding Father, what would you take into account? How would you form a committee to tackle this? Be advised that they argued, kindly, with each other to make their points and flesh it all out. That would be a great starting point.

2. Find learned people from each of the main departments of the US institutional government and start brainstorming how these could work better. Develop a Department of Peace and Forgiveness and see what comes up around that name. What in the past of the US needs forgiveness so peace can come forward as a possibility? There is no peace if there are no amends and forgiveness. How can peace and unity be brought to the center of all US Policy if that is found to be a value admired by all? What would that look like? If peace and unity and for the highest and best good of all was the underlying notion beneath every law and policy, how would that form our institutions? And by all, that is every child, woman, and man as well as every tree, stream, mountain, and animal here and around the world. How would that change things?

3. Create a Department for the Care and Nurturing of Mother Earth and all her creatures. That in and of itself would be a fabulous institution to create. Think of the possibilities.

4. What kind of holidays could you create around Peace and Unity or Women’s Rights or Mother Earth’s rights? What would holidays look like if they were for everyone’s best and highest good?

5. What would the care of all residents of the US look like when they lose a job, a home, their health, their wealth? How do we take care of each other? What would that look like if we acted like their parents or grandparents or family members? We are their family members. We are all one human family so what would that look like? Can we truly create a country that works for everyone, in good times and bad?

6. How can we create more order and structure that is honest and transparent and that will never fall into greedy hands? How can we structure a government like that? Start from scratch if you have to. What would it look like? How could you make sure people were not lying? Not cheating?

7. How can the feminine energies be represented? Should there be a completely different way to elect politicians that engenders quiet, sensitive introverts to become leaders? How would that need to look? Introverts are severely underrepresented as can be seen by today’s world. What can be done to make entry into these roles easier for the quiet, observant ones with brilliant ideas and amazing leadership skills? What would attract this group to these positions?

8. And finally, what kind of intention or mission would you write today, knowing what you know about the original Founders who couldn’t possibly know what we would face 250 years later—what would be important to include in that mission statement? What did they miss that you would want to see included?

Would LOVE be the underlying message? Could we turn this country into one based upon love instead of fear? Can it be done? Yes, oh yes. It takes a very slim margin of the people to make it happen—it is called the Tipping Point. It has already begun. Jump aboard and let’s tip us into the pool of love and create a new heaven on earth for the people in this country. Namaste. Be peace. Be love.

Spirit: It is time my women, my ladies. It is time to stand up, rise up and claim our place next to the men in this world. We are equals and work well only when we are in sacred partnership. When both voices land equally in leadership, in love, in guidance, in wisdom. We are meant to think deeply and guide others when we are in agreement in heart, mind, body, and spirit. We need alignment to move forward in decisions and actions.

It is time to go deep with our relationship between the male and female energies. Stop the shutdown of the female energies now. This planet cannot take a single minute more of this imbalance. It is ready to scream with all the women who have been pushed down, ignored, assaulted, and hurt. Our voice rises even now. Our voice has been rising for decades only to reach its full crescendo at this point in time.

Be aware the time is now and the tidal wave of this energy cannot be held back or ignored. Ignore it at your peril because we rise. We rise in defiance, with hearts open wide and love as our sword. We are ready to take back what is ours and rebalance the centuries of our being bound into silence-- into being powerless and we now break free.

Our tethers are loosed and our souls grow large as our voice does too. The patriarchy is scared and that it why they scream now. They do not want to go into this next phase when their power is reduced to rubble and their values are kicked to the curb. The new values of this society will be love, compassion, kindness, and the balance of female and male energy.

A new dawn is rising. It begins today. No more being small. No more shame or guilt about women’s ways or women’s bodies. They are beautiful and powerful and hold the sacred power of giving birth to new life. They will be revered and honored once again. NO one will take this gift from them again without harsh penalties. The womb is a sacred space. The gift of life is to be revered as are the women who bring it. And crones will take their rightful place next to the white-haired men and they will rule together in sacred partnership. Power is ruled by the heart only. Any who try to rule with anything other than love will be removed from power immediately. Accountability for past actions is swift and strong.

The new world will be soft and wondrous-- forgiveness will rule the day. People will be treated as equals in every circumstance. Empathy reigns supreme. We will hold each other’s hands as we move forward together in alignment with love and kindness. Those with other ideas will lose all respect and bounty and admiration. Values change overnight. Heroes are redefined. People can feel each other’s energy so lies can do no more damage. Transparency in our energy defines us. Those with the greatest energy, transparency, authenticity, and love rule and are admired. When someone steps off that path, they are gently removed to rebalance and find themselves again. There is no blame. Just understanding and guidance. We help each other.

WE know our unity is at the center of things. What we do to one, we do to all so we make sure our actions hold integrity and kindness. This is the new vision. Hold it in your heart. Hold it dear. Develop your own kindness and empathy and learn to be guided by love and your intuition. This will be the new currency. We move together as one with each other, with all living things, with all of Mother Earth. We walk together and listen to the wind, the birds, and the grass to see how to proceed for the good of all. We return to who we were in times long past. We connect once again to this planet and to each other. This connection sustains us and teaches us. We learn together how to return to this way of being that we used to know so well. This divine connection will heal us all so much faster than you can even imagine. Believe. Be strong. Keep walking the path of peace. The tide is changing as you read this. It won’t be long. Namaste.

I have a lot of questions for Spirit right now. And when that happens, I break out the Tarot Cards for insight and wisdom into what is going on in this country because sometimes I feel like I am in a Simpsons cartoon and not real life. So, here we go. I asked Spirit what do need to know about the US right now and the cards did not disappoint. They told quite a story. Let’s get into it…

The US in the Past

The cards wanted to tell a story so it’s not a straight three card draw like I usually do. I chose 3 cards then another 2 and then another 2 to complete it. The first three cards are these and yes, two of them being upside down is important. They are Spiritual Union upside down (The 2 of Cups), Fulfillment of Wishes upside down (9 of Cups), and Material Harvest (9 of Pentacles).

The first card here, the 2 of Cups, begins the story with a note about the imbalance of male and female energies in the United States since the beginning. That is why the card is upside down. The creation of this country did not start with men and women being equal even though the Constitution says that is our right. The United States is very much out of balance in this regard. Think the Epstein Files and the #metoo movement and all the stories of men behaving badly. That disgusting treatment of women remains today with guilty men walking free.

Also, to note here is that this is a black male and female which again touches on the history of the United States and the role of black people and slavery. This country did not begin with all people being equal and this card is saying that quite loudly to remind us all where we have been. And that the racial inequality has never been addressed or rectified and those responsible were never fully brought to justice. This echo in history still remains in our culture today as it has never been fully rooted out. It holds us back and keeps us unenlightened and unable to move forward. It is interesting that Spirit chose this card in the deck over The Lovers card which shows another couple but they are white. This card was specifically chosen for the image on it. Interesting.

The second card is the Fulfillment of Wishes (9 of Cups) which is upside down meaning that this country has never fulfilled the destiny laid out by the Founding Fathers. It has never quite reached that pinnacle they dreamed of when writing the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. None of us are receiving the benefits of a government by the people, for the people. Our government has been turned to serve corporations and oligarchs instead of us. It is not fulfilling our wishes nor has it ever. These cards are from The Psychic Tarot Deck from John Holland and for this card, Holland writes, “This is the right time to heal those past memories that have been holding you hostage. Forgive yourself and others so that your wishes, desires, and goals have a clear, unobstructed path to your heart, soul, and life.” That makes it sound like the US has some forgiveness, deep dives into self-awareness, making amends, and soul searching to do but if we complete that—then the Fulfillment of Wishes is possible so that’s good news.

Then the third card finishes that story of where we are now. The only game right now in America is greed. Here is the Material Harvest Card (the 9 of Pentacles) showing one man with all of the riches and there are even structures behind him that look like a government building. And notice that this is a white man holding all the riches. This is where we are at with a handful of men controlling 80-90% of the wealth in this country. We have put these men up on a pedestal and called them geniuses for making all of that money. That admiration is misplaced. They have fleeced us all in a whole myriad of ways and they have money and power and influence at this moment in time in this country. But the story is about to move and change so hold on.

The US in the Present

Here we see the Temptation Card (Devil) and Intuition (High Priestess) for where we are now. These are two Major Arcana cards symbolizing big change and transitions. They are the only two Major Arcana cards in this draw. The rest are minor cards (Cups and Pentacles - love and material things).

This Temptation (Devil) Card addresses something fundamental to being human—our connection to the Divine. When we stop listening to that connection, we start looking for it in other places like drugs, alcohol, power, greed, sex, material things, and so on. It shows up like addiction. This card suggests that we are focusing too much on the physical world and its pleasures. If you have paid attention to the news for the past 10-20-30 years or more, this is exactly where we are. All we can focus on is influencers who have more money, more beauty, more power, more sex, and so on. That is what our culture has idolized for awhile now and social media has just allowed that to fester further and deeper into our society. This card suggests as a response to all of this hedonism, that we must return to what is natural—the Earth and our connection to it. We must return to beauty and love and light and connection with each other and all that is. The Temptation Card is asking all of us to take a hard look at our life and see what actions, life choices, people, and situations are creating a disconnect from the Divine so that we may choose again.

That is where the second card for the Present comes in—Intuition (High Priestess). If you are wondering how you will make good choices and recognize what things in your life need to change so you can connect to the divine once again, then here is your answer. Begin with your INTUITION. This will be your guide moving forward. Intuition begins with awareness. When you spoke with that friend, did it uplift you or bring you down? When you engaged in addictive behaviors, how did that make you feel? Start looking at every person, every situation, every activity and begin to evaluate your “gut feeling” about him/her/it. The gut is a good starting point. If you have a clench in your gut (tightness) when you think of seeing that person or doing that activity again, then maybe it’s time to reevaluate that part of your life. INTUITION is the still, small voice that will come to you if you take a minute or five to just breathe with hands on your heart. Sit still and listen. And as you get better at it, the little voice will become stronger and easier to hear. The High Priestess is here to serve you and get you connected to the Divine once again. It’s interesting that this is the woman or female energy coming to balance the imbalance we saw in the very first card of this draw. Our culture and society has been patriarchal for far too long. The feminine energy is rising and here she is. Embrace her. Embrace your intuition so we can bring harmony to the future.

The US in the Future

Here we see hope and good things so yay for that! If we do the work to evaluate where we are and identify the unhealthy patterns and behaviors of the past, we can use our intuition to make good decisions and get to a place of celebration. The first card here is Choose Wisely (7 of Cups) and then Rejoice in Celebration (3 of Cups).

This first card, Choose Wisely (7 of Cups), shows us that with this new found Intuition, we must take our time to think, analyze, and look at the various possibilities for what this country can be. We need to have a vision of what we want and how the government can fulfill our wishes and make a society that truly works for all of us. Our intuition will guide us in these choices. Looking back at our past and coming into awareness about where we currently are will allow us to make good choices going forward.

AND PLEASE NOTE: The suit of Cups in the Tarot Deck represents EMOTIONS. It’s good to notice that 4 of the 7 cards drawn for this question are Cups cards. The core emotion for this draw is LOVE and finding a way back to it. Love over greed, hate, and division. LOVE is our way through this time. That is always good to remember and seeing that the last two cards are both CUPS cards right side up gives me hope.

OK—the last card is the best. The Rejoice in Celebration is the 3 of Cups card where 3 hands are raised with a wine cup in celebration and unity. There is definitely one woman’s hand and one man’s hand. It is hard to tell what gender the third is and it doesn’t matter. It just shows that the imbalance of the sexes is over. And I don’t just mean the sexes but the male and female energy that resides in all of us. We are praised for our empathy, sensitivity, intuition, and deep caring as well as our leadership, assertiveness, and courage. We can’t move forward without our male and female energies balanced and respected. This card is all about unity and love. This is where the US is headed and I am all in for that. These cards give me hope and tell me to have faith and believe in love. I hope you will join me in that vision.

From Spirit: Loved ones. We see you hurting and enduring these acts of hatred and violence within the borders of the US. We see you watching the US inflict violence outside of the borders as well. The current administration is wreaking havoc on the whole world, and it is a lot to take. We want you to know that we see that. We acknowledge that. We love you.

There is a method to this madness. There are a great many Americans who are still sleeping. They are not awake to the idea that their government is not acting on their behalf and is in fact, acting in ways that hurt them. They trust the media. They trust their pastors. They trust their friend group. But thy have been given false information about the truth of this government and what they are doing and why they are doing it. You know this. You see this clearly. They still do not see it. I know you are asking when will they wake up?

You cannot rush awakening. It is not a thing that can be rushed as much as we all want it to happen. There is a large swath of people who need to elevate and transform and catch up with the rest of us. The greedy ones in power are taking full advantage of this time but it will not last. They will need to pay back what they have taken in money, freedom, or karma. There will be a full accountability for their actions, words, and harm. Do not be alarmed by what they do. They are trying to get away with everything but it will not stand. Just please be patient with the process.

You cannot rush a rose to open or a tree to produce its fruit. It happens in its own time. Just keep providing an environment for it to happen – give the situation light and love. Be generous with your encouragement like water poured over a plant. Love and be loved. Cater to your light and share it with others. Walk lightly upon the earth. Feel the wind, notice the clouds, listen to the birds—this will keep you grounded and ready for whatever is next.

We are all one energy. So, as long as you keep your energy up and light, you will uplift those who are still sleeping. When your light goes dark, it allows them to sleep longer. Be the light. Speak the loving truth. Protect what is sacred and authentic. Share your wisdom. Be love in every thought, word, and action as well as you can. This is a time of great transition and unrest. Be solid throughout this time and you will have done the world a great service. You are the ballast in the ship—keeping the boat aloft and steady. We count on you to do this work. Please continue. We love you. Stay steady. The time of love approaches. Namaste.

A message from Spirit: It is all about darkness and light. They seem to not be able to exist, one without the other. However, what you need to know is that the light always shines brighter than the darkness. The light in you magnifies when shared with others. The light grows brighter. The darkness cannot get darker. But the light can always magnify into tremendous brilliance.

Be careful with your inner light. Grow it bright and then share it with others. Everyone needs more light right now. We all need to feel hope and experience the light to remind us of who we really are. We are loving creatures who were made to care for and love one another. We accept each other and support one another. We are not a competitive species. We are a cooperative species. Darwin was wrong in this matter, as it is widely understood. We are social creatures. We help each other. You can see this in the animal world as well and plants and trees, for that matter. One species will often help another. It is the true way of the world and of Mother Earth. It is how we were constructed to live.

We have forgotten and those in power have wanted to make us out to be angry, hateful, messy creatures who opt for war. This is not who we really are. This is not who you are. You are the one who picks up a rose and offers it to your loved one. You are the one who stops to help a bee or puts out food for the birds in winter. You are the one who helps a person by opening the door or holding the elevator. All of these things show your true inner kindness.

How do we feel when we are in service to one another? We feel great. We feel important. We feel useful. How do we feel when we are in judgment? When we say we are a victim? When we blame others? Something to think about. Where do you want to live? In the darkness with hatred, blame, and judgment or in the light with kindness, peace, and love? It is a choice we make every day in how we act, what we say, and how we show up in the world.

There may seem like there is a lot of darkness but again, I call out to you that this is just to wake up those individuals who are still lost in the darkness and need to get so tired of it, that they begin to seek the light. That is why we need you and those reading this post to share your light. Protect your light because as soon as those others wake up, they will need to find your light. Welcome them with open arms. Do not judge. Your path has been different from theirs. Choose love and acceptance. Choose to be cooperative and kind.

Kindness matters as it is how we show and share our light. The acts of kindness show others who is bringing the light. We need every light bringer with their light on full blast. Pretend you are a lighthouse shining brightly day and night for others to find you and seek out light. They need to realize that there is much more to this world than just darkness. And you can be the one to help them—even if it’s just one person. If we each did that, we would reach the tipping point overnight. Be the light. Be the hope. Choose kindness. It matters so much more than you know.

On this Easter Sunday, commit to 3 acts of kindness, however that looks to you. Perform 3 acts of kindness and watch yourself light up as well as those around you. Light begets light. This is how we change the world one day at a time. Go in peace. Go in love. We, on this side, are all cheering you on. We love you. Namasté.

I have been a part of a Power of 8 Intention Group inspired by the work of Lynne McTaggart for the past year. On Tuesday this week, one of our members came up with this intention for us as a group: “Our heartfelt intention for this [Power of 8] circle is that our co-creative powers are free from conscious and unconscious beliefs and programs impeding our full participation in the evolution of the life force of Earth and her beings. We are courageously facing our shadows and healing any places and spaces of imbalance and judgment. We co-create a reality of joy, well being, and abundance in all ways. How good can it get?” First of all, what an amazing intention for us all to visualize and give strength to for ten full minutes!

What I saw during this intention was our group in a circle and once the intention was to be free of limiting beliefs and programs, we all jumped up out of our bodies and flew around. It was funny. And I was like, hey, we still need our bodies and looked down and I noticed something about each one of us. The limiting beliefs, cultural programming, and so on was in the form of a SEAT BELT. I pondered this and realized that we each can unbuckle our own seat belt to release ourselves from these beliefs that are holding us back.

I thought that was a profound visualization -- we each have control over letting go of these beliefs and it's as easy as unbuckling a seat belt.

Then I saw that everyone in the United States needs to unbuckle their seat belts that have controlled their thinking and limited their beliefs about who we can be as a country. We have allowed ourselves to believe certain things about how this country has been working and about what values we all hold dear. We may have had thoughts about how we are the best nation in the world and that America is the land of the free and everyone is equal. That set of beliefs may include the belief that anyone can be a success here if they just work hard enough regardless of skin color, religion, sexual preference, gender, and so on. That set of beliefs may include that we are the best democracy in the world and no one does it better than the USA. Does any of this sound familiar?

But what if that seat belt of beliefs is what is actually holding us back? What if not questioning those basic ideas about our country is what is keeping us from moving forward? If you don’t think you have a problem, are you ever going to try to solve it? That set of beliefs about how the US is great keeps us safe—like a seat belt. Because if you believe your country is great, you don’t need to worry about it. Nothing needs to change. Except not all of those ideas or beliefs are true. In fact, there is so much more gray than those black and white statements reveal about our country. And if you have been paying attention at all recently, this would not be a new idea for you.

We espouse those ideas of freedom and equality for all but is that what we see in today’s America? Did you know we imprison the largest number of our own citizens than any other democracy? We have 2 million people in prison and that is 580 out of every 100,000. And that does not account for ICE and the DHS Immigration Centers.

Is the USA the best place to pull yourself up by your boot straps? How many working poor do we have? Those people who work 2-3 jobs and still can’t provide for their family. Is that how the US is supposed to work? Did you know that 37.9 million people live below the poverty level here with 6.4 million of them working? Is that who we are? Did you know that CEOs used to make 25 times the average worker in the 1970s and now that ratio is above 300? The Starbucks CEO makes 6,666 times the average worker or $98 million last year. Is that kind of thing good for the average citizen in the US?

Or if you want to look at healthcare, that’s a whole other thing. How many GoFundMe campaigns have you seen for friends and relatives who needed surgery for cancer or needed hospice or money to feed their children while they have a life saving round of expensive medication they can’t afford? Did you know that the US spends nearly 18% of its GDP on healthcare but Americans die younger and have worse health outcomes? Life expectancy dropped in the USA while others countries have been steadily rising. Is that who you thought we were? Is that who we want to be?

I read a lot of Heather Cox Richardson’s articles to understand what is happening on the national level. She is an historian so she can put these things into perspective and I appreciate that as we are living with such a rampant level of misinformation and disinformation. I need some truth. One thing she says over and over is “Who do we want to be as a nation?” She stresses that we need to start looking at how to rebuild this nation into what we want. It is our country — not the sole property of the oligarchs or the politicians. We choose. We vote. We can decide to take our country back and make it into what we want. We decide what matters most — wars in other countries or healthcare for all, spending money to weed out immigrants and scare communities or provide education for our population with well-paid and resourced teachers, reward people who give money to politicians or create jobs and develop our infrastructure to serve us well in our communities. We decide. It’s time to take back our power.

So back to the idea of these seat belts. Do you think the American people have been gaslit a bit over the last 50 years? Are those beliefs about our country reflecting the truth? Can you ignore the Black Lives Matter or #metoo movement or the LGBTQ+ activism? Can we afford to continue to ignore the ugly mess that is the Epstein Files? Is this country working for all of us? What about the GoFundMe campaigns or people working 2 side hustles in addition to their regular job? ISN’T IT TIME WE LET GO OF THOSE LIMITING, OUTDATED BELIEFS ABOUT THE USA? Isn’t it time to unbuckle the seat belt of those myths about America?

Back in my meditation on Tuesday, I saw seatbelts unbuckling around the whole country allowing us to form new thoughts and beliefs about who we are and how we want this country to be and how we want it to work for everyone and the planet. This is a necessary step. We have to truly see the country as it is before we can begin to think about how it could be. This is the only way to create something new - we have to let go of the old way of thinking and unbuckle the seat belts that have kept us in one place for too long.

Today is the Spring Equinox. This is a time of letting go of the past and setting new intentions like we are planting seeds to come up in the summer. What would you like to see in our nation this summer? How would you like our country to show up for our own people and how would you like our country to show up on the world stage? What kind of nation do we want to be?

I’ll give it a go here. Add any additions in the comments. I am sure I have not thought of everything.

“It is our heartfelt intention that the people of the United States see clearly where our nation is and choose to change direction to create a country and a government that supports its people in every way possible with love, respect, dignity, equality, justice, and trust. The leaders of this country begin to put love first not greed. The leaders of this country see that we are stewards of this Earth and begin to create protections for our environment. The leaders of this country earn our trust and are replaced quickly and easily if they lose it. We create new structures to allow for every person here to be cared for, educated, purposeful, and helped to create a decent, dignified life for themselves and their families. Community structures are created to help everyone get along and get the care they need. No one is homeless. No one is turned away from receiving the medical help they need. No one is uneducated. No one is left to fend for themselves. Our nation’s resources are used for peaceful uses to enrich the lives of our people, our environment, and the world. A new period of peace begins now. We choose it and make it so.”

The Spring Equinox is the time when the light returns so let’s let go of the past and welcome in something new, something light. Let’s transform this nation by planting the seeds now. Namasté.

Hi dear readers. I am sorry it has been awhile since I have been on Substack. Life has been a lot lately. Finally moved to a new home and got settled in. The winds of change are here. It may seem like chaos but be assured there is a structure emerging underneath all of this chaos and actions of cruelty and violence. It is a turning away from all of those things that we are seeing. And many must see these things as gruesome and cruel and awful as they are to be able to say clearly without pause that NO we do not want the USA to be like this. They need to see it in 3D color images and videos. They need to feel it on a visceral level. Then they can reject it with passion and the energy needed to change it.

The large ship of the USA is turning back on track like a large cruise ship. You may not see the actions underlying the turn right now but it will become obvious soon. Just a small adjustment has already been made on the trajectory of the US through these events turning people back to love, compassion, and acceptance. There is a nationwide rejection of the people in charge whether that is portrayed in the news or not. It lives and breathes in every corner of this country right now.

Do NOT believe what you see in the media that is created to deceive you. Instead trust your heart. Trust the faith you have that people—your friends, neighbors, co-workers are good people who have no wish to see the country go down this dark and cruel corridor. The darkness turns people towards the light so even in the darkest moments, the winds will come and change things again. What is your saying? The only thing you can count on is change. This too shall pass and be ready when it does. There will be much to do when the deep chasm of hatred and cruelty is purged. It will need to be filled with voices rising up to say we want democracy and justice and safe streets and trust in our leaders and in each other. We choose love and equality. We choose law and our Constitution. We choose to live in a free democracy run for the people by the people based upon law and science and research and good moral character and integrity.

Tell it to the world what you want to see moving forward. Fill the void that will come about when the bad guys get removed with love and joy and freedom and your voices rising up in unison. Fill it with love-ins where people come together in community sharing clear, beautiful pictures of how they want this country to be.

Picture people dancing in the street rejoicing when they have their country back and in alignment with the values they hold most dear. Rejoice that structures spreading lies and deception have been hushed. Fill the void with truth tellers and communication based upon trust. Know that this can be our reality. We can reach this level -- it is time. It is time for a new world to come forward now. That is what we have been waiting for. It is why you chose to be here at this time—to help give birth to this.

We are in the final birthing pains so please hold on. It won’t be long now. The wind has already shifted. Look for the signs. They are there - that a new world is coming down the birth canal. Hold space. Fill your heart with love. A new dawn is coming. Be at peace. Love one another. You are so very loved.

I was driving along with my dog, Maya, listening to a playlist on Apple Music as we headed to Balboa Park for a morning walk on a Monday. It was October 20, 2025 which was also my wedding anniversary. I was reliving the fabulous steak dinner my husband and I shared the night before at a great restaurant in downtown San Diego. We had steak, mashed potatoes, roasted garlic, veggies, bread and butter. It was a special evening celebrating 29 years of marriage.

Then a song came on from my rather large playlist - A Song for My Father by Sarah McLachlan which goes like this…

How I wish that I could tell you
It’s to you that I would run
You were the place that I could always rest my head
When my world had come undone

‘Cause I’ve been wrestling with my demons
They’re telling me I have no choice
How I wish that I could lean upon you now
Amidst the chaos and the noise

Your light buried the dark
A constant unwavering heart

You were the well to cool my fury
Deep and calm your waters feel
Your quiet words a salve to soothe my wayward soul
It was there I learned to heal

Your light buried the dark
A constant unwavering heart

Oh I hope that you can hear me
Through the ravages of time
You have carried me though more than you could know
I still feel your hand in mine

Your light buried the dark
A constant unwavering heart

I love that song and of course, it made me think of my Dad on that clear, sunny morning. I missed him. He left this earth on October 5, 2020 - just over five years ago. Tears began to roll down my face as I continued to drive. I indulged myself in a short cry and spoke out loud to my Dad, "I miss you. I love you. If you can leave me a sign of some sort today to acknowledge our anniversary, that would be great." And I wiped my face as I parked and got Maya out for her morning walk. I left that thought there.

Later that day around 3pm, my husband joined me in our living room for a break from work. (He worked remotely at the time.) We were sitting on the couch with Maya looking towards the fireplace that has two windows - one on each side. Above the fireplace was my Dad's painting of the Lone Pine in Monterey, California with a tiny version of me and my husband in the lower right corner. It was my Dad's gift to us the day we got married. I happened to look up as the sun danced in the room and noticed something on the left window. I asked my husband what that was? I got up to inspect it and COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES. It was a large green grasshopper on the INSIDE of the window.

How did he get there? How did we get a large insect like this in the house? We don't leave our door open as we have a dog. The living room faces the front yard but I've only seen a green grasshopper one other time in 19 years.

Now, to you, a grasshopper might not be a big deal but to me, it was a clear as day sign from my Dad that he heard me and he sent us this bug to wish us a Happy Anniversary. And the grasshopper being right next to the painting was amazing as if to say "Hey I painted that!" My mouth was on the ground and my skeptical husband had no words. There was no explaining that away.

You see a few days before my Dad passed away back in 2020, I was driving me and my son home from Orange County back to San Diego. We stopped at a gas station near my parents' home and a grasshopper hopped onto the passenger window. You can read the whole story here but to just give you the idea--that grasshopper moved to the front windshield by the time we got to the 405 freeway and HUNG ONTO that windshield for 60 miles until we made it to the San Diego County line. It was if my Dad sent that grasshopper to see us home safely. Then he sent the grasshopper back to us on October 2, 2024 a few days before the anniversary of his death. That was the only other time I saw a green grasshopper around our house.

I quickly grabbed a leaf from the bush outside and persuaded the large green grasshopper onto it so I could safely return him to his natural world. He grabbed on and I placed him on the bush outside. He seemed happy enough. I was crying and hugging my husband in disbelief as the sign continued to mystify me and touch my heart. The veil is thin between this world and the next - I have known that for a long time but every so often, I need a reminder. I also needed to know that my Dad is with me--watching over me and my family and that I will see him again someday. That settles my heart.

I hope this sign from my Dad helps you in some way and maybe inspires you to ask a loved one that has passed on to send you a message as well. You have to ask! Give it a try.

Just over 22 years ago, my husband was told he had tonsil cancer. He is alive and well now so don’t worry, this has a happy ending. But what I do want to share is that our son was 3 months old and I was recovering from an unwanted C section at the time. My husband was 36 years old and healthy in every other way. I couldn’t understand it. I was not prepared for it. I had no resources, no tools, and no support to face such a giant bomb landing right in the middle of our lives. So, I spent the next 22 years gathering up resources, tools, and support should another life event land ahead of us. I have learned a few things and sharing them with you may help you in one way or another, dear reader.

I kind of think about life’s obstacles or severe learning experiences as being on a spiral not a continuous horizontal line. I think sometimes difficult experiences circle back around but you are at a higher level on the spiral because you have added tools and resources and you have learned from past experiences. And sometimes those difficult experiences rear their ugly head again to show us quite literally how far we have come. Maybe it’s a narcissistic boss at your new job and you had a similar boss 10 years ago and now you are in a better place to know how to handle the situation. Maybe you have better boundaries or know yourself well enough to look for another job or whatever. So, life has decided to throw some obstacles my way to see if I have leveled up. It wouldn’t be life without a few challenges thrown in, right?

About six weeks ago, my husband felt not himself physically and felt like he was having trouble breathing. He asked me about going to Urgent Care - it was 7pm on a Sunday night. I said “Yes absolutely, let’s go.” And I packed a bag with water, snacks, a book, and a phone charger. They found nothing wrong with him and even gave him an MRI. Seven hours later, they sent us home but we were relieved that it seemed like he was fine. A day or two later, the Urgent Care called my husband and said they took a closer look at the MRI and noticed a nodule on his neck and passed on that info to his doctor. A doctor’s visit and an ultrasound later revealed that indeed this nodule was larger than normal, harmless ones are. His doctor recommended a consult with an Ear, Neck, and Throat (ENT) Doctor and a biopsy. We are still waiting for the biopsy to happen although the ENT Doctor assured us it was probably not cancer. We just grow bumps and nodules as we get older but it’s safest to get it checked out. So that biopsy is happening in a few weeks.

But you can imagine our responses to all of this. It brought me right back to that time of FEAR and CHAOS two decades ago. All the trauma came slamming back into my awareness BUT I had tools and resources I did not have before. I set up an appointment with my therapist and my acupuncturist. My husband and I set up our communication protocol from back then where we cut straight to the chase - we are unafraid to bring up any fear or any topic with each other at any time - we encouraged each other to wake each other up in the night if we just need a hug. I checked in more often with myself and what I needed. My morning walks in nature with our dog, Maya, became a critical part of my day. I journaled my fear when I needed to and consulted a friend to chat when I needed to be heard. I was handling this better. My husband is handling this better. We have learned a few things and we are putting them into action.

And then sometimes the Universe wants to test you a bit more on that spiral of learning. And/or the Universe is setting up a major life change for you and this health scare is maybe part of it. Because if there is one thing that becomes very clear to you when the word “cancer” comes up, it’s that you are never assured a long life. You never know how long you have. It made me start to reflect on what I still want to do in my life and who I want to share that with (very clearly- my husband- the love of my life). Having that reality check can help you clarify how you want your life to be.

So just to make this time in our lives more interesting, my husband got laid off from his job on October 29, 2025. He is the main income earner in our family. To be real, he wasn’t enjoying this job - he took it after he got laid off three years ago from Qualcomm. It was less money but it was remote and seemed like the only option to see our family through our son’s college years. I find the timing of all of this very suspicious. Our son finished his college degree in June and started a “real job” in late August. Once our son started making money, it only took him a month and a half to get completely financially independent from us but he did it by October 1. He paid his rent for October and all of his groceries, car insurance, and other bills. By the end of the month, my husband no longer had that job. Hmmmmm. It was like it was only there to support our son and once that happened, the Universe reached down and said, “You don’t have to do that job anymore. Ben is fine.” Interesting timing, no?

AND in another coincidence or not — we have been trying to sell our house for 5 months so we can downsize. We don’t need this much space for the two of us and our dog. But the house has NOT sold. If it had sold over the summer, we might have bought a more expensive house or condo than we would have if it sold right now because of my husband’s job. Hmmmm. That may be a gift in the end - NOT having it sell earlier. It’s a wait and see, right?

I have chosen to believe that the universe is unfolding as it should for our best and highest good - ALWAYS. So, I have to look at these events not as unfair and unfortunate happenings but maybe as learning events and maybe as a means to set us up for better things to come. Maybe we will buy a less expensive place to live and that will benefit us so much more in the future. Maybe my husband will find a way better job that he enjoys moving forward but maybe it doesn’t pay as well so that all works out. I don’t know what the plan is but it seems very orchestrated by the Universe so I have to place my trust in it and have patience to watch it unfold. I have to take what I have learned in the past to “roll with the punches” or “surf the waves” of life, right?

That is not easy. None of this is easy and I have days when I want to punch someone or scream into the void. That is why it is good I have these tools and resources now. I have to remember to breath when the not knowing what is going to happen next gets to me. I am a planner and like to know where I’ll be heading next but that is all TBD for now.

But when I look back at my life, the Master’s program to become a teacher that I didn’t get into which led me to a dissatisfying first job out of college in Los Angeles which led me to a different Master’s program in San Diego where I met my now husband (who was in the same program), I can see it all worked out well for me. Another example is the job I got pushed out of in 2010 which led me to take some time off to focus on raising our son and gave me space to develop my intuition and spirituality and that was great. Then there was the job that my husband got laid off from three years ago which in a roundabout way led to our son living in a better place for his final two years of college making new friends and having a great time. This also set us up to earn more income from our rental property which worked out well for us. So, these things that happen may not look like a blessing at first but we must reserve judgment until the whole thing is in the rearview mirror. You just never know.

The health scare, however, is a curt reminder that life is short and maybe we need to take action to bring about what we truly want to experience together in this new chapter of our life. And I am grateful for the wake-up call.

And the house and the job - well, maybe the Universe is opening us up to new possibilities we had not thought of before in regards to those two big life things. We will try to remain open and positive as we figure all of this out while walking hand in hand down the road of life. And in sharing our story, maybe it helps you with yours. Be well. Love hard. Take care of each other.

It just seems like the past few weeks have been chaotic and exhausting with the amount of news we have digested with crazy things happening every day in national news. I thought we might take a look at what is going on this week with the current US Administration to see what we can moving forward. Again, the cards are consistent with past readings but that is not a surprise to me. They deliver something new as well.

The Reading

I always pull the three cards to begin the reading and they represent from left to right, past, present, and future. Then if I believe more cards are needed to explain one of those three cards, I pick one to two more based solely on my intuition. Here I pulled 2 more cards to illuminate what is meant by the Heart Chakra card. I wanted more details on this and got them. So let’s get started.

The PAST: Authority (The Emperor)

With the second No Kings protest just a week and a half ago, it should be clear who this card represents. Authority is actually written on the card!!! This is how the President thinks of himself but notice this card is in the PAST position in this pull. That is good for us. He has been disillusioned for some time about his power and authority to do whatever he wants in this elected office. He likes to see himself as the ultimate masculine leader who uses logic and reasoning to make decisions but this is just an illusion. He is kidding himself and everyone else with this interpretation as is seen on the next card in the sequence.

On this card, the man looks serious, self-confident, and in charge. The columns behind him show his importance as part of a structured system. This is how he wants to appear to be. But let’s look at the next card which reveals what is going on behind the scenes.

THE PRESENT: Discontent & Boredom (4 of Cups)

This exact same card came up as the Present card in July’s Tarot Card reading but this time I see something a little different. I still see our President who looks to be turning away from the castle and the light (if he sees himself as a king then the castle seems appropriate) but instead of a walking away, I have a different interpretation. The President, himself, admitted he had an MRI at Walter Reed so they are obviously monitoring some health condition.

If you watched the news today, you might have seen the Prime Minister of Japan, Sanae Takaichi, having to go and get our President and redirect him as he “forgot” where to go and just stood in place for awhile. I wonder if it’s the mind of the President that is going dark. He is not walking away but his mind is growing dim. I do believe that one way or another this means he will no longer be President— sooner than later. Timing is hard to get correct when speaking with your guides and checking your intuition but I do see it happening very soon. Would you choose the words on this card to describe our President? Yes. He seems to never be satisfied with anything and bores very easily. The man on the card even has light hair and a ruddy, orangish complexion. Hmmmm…interesting. He makes his exit stage left to reveal the next force of leadership.

THE FUTURE: Heart Chakra

Now there is no corresponding card in the Rider Waite deck for the Chakra cards. They are specific to John Holland’s Psychic Tarot deck but the impact here is in alignment with past readings. Once the current President leaves (however that happens), we are on a path back to the heart but you can even start to see it now. Let me explain.

Since ICE began doing their raids, we have seen regular people standing up to the agents because they care. They are standing up because it’s the right thing to do and they are being guided by their hearts. One of the first standoff’s occurred in South Park, San Diego a few miles from my house in a neighborhood I frequent. All the neighbors came out and yelled, “Shame! Shame! Shame!” until those ICE agents left. This was one of the first moments of active resistance from a group and we have only seen that resistance expand. We see it at the protests in Portland and Chicago and the No Kings March but more than that, in the street interactions where a normal person is flipping off the agents or kicking away the zip ties from an agent trying to apprehend someone. Their hearts are leading them.

AND now as the government shutdown threatens the SNAP program that gives food to those who need it in the USA from kids to mommas to older people to those who can’t work, we see outrage. We see shouting and shaming on those who would withhold the basic necessity of food and claim there is no money for this when there absolutely is. People with hearts are speaking out and acting out to help those in need. The HEART is appearing everywhere. Our heart centers are lit up as we are provoked by the callousness of this administration. What do we want instead? Leaders with…(drumroll please) HEART!

Moving forward, the majority of Americans want to see leaders with heart. They want to see leaders who actually care about the American people and want to do good and proper things with our taxpayer money. This is all good news. We need a cultural movement towards LOVE and away from GREED. It has already begun.

So, I wanted a little more clarification on the Heart Chakra card and picked two more outcome cards. Here they are.

OUTCOME CARD 1: Truth (Judgment)

I find the TRUTH card very interesting. This is also the Judgment card in the Rider Waite deck and I see both words being equally appropriate. The Truth behind this President and his entire administration WILL come out into the open (think Epstein files and so much more). But first—really look at the Truth Card. I am struck by how much it looks like a newly formed Statue of Liberty with one hand held up with what might look like a torch seeking the truth in the light and the Universe. This seems like a more grounded, real, and wise woman leading the way to truth and light and maybe she is the reimagined Statue of Liberty for the USA. In my mind, she also represents the Divine Feminine—the feminine power brought back to balance and fix the toxic patriarchal influences we have seen so much of lately. She is both the symbol of our country but also the Divine Feminine returned. She truly stands for Truth which has been severely lacking in politics for decades. She is the new bringer of Truth and lights the way. How great would that be?

To quote John Holland in his accompanying Guidebook to this deck, under the Truth card, he writes, “The qualities of this card illustrated spiritual awakening, clarity, the revelation of truth, and cosmic consciousness. At times, it takes a wake-up call to get your attention and show how far you need to go. This card comes forth to do just that. Evaluation of the past, along with the lessons that you’ve learned or still need to understand, must now be a top priority. Doing so will enable you to forgive, accept, and heal so that you can move forward in a balanced, spiritual mind-set.”

This is the USA getting it’s wake-up call from the current Administration but we’ve been in a wake-up call for awhile. Now we have to wake all the way up—from the #metoo movement to Black Lives Matter to science and the pandemic to the state of politics and whether we are willing to fight for our democracy to continue. We have some big lessons to learn and grow from and there are many more issues I have not covered here that we also need to address. We have a lot of healing, apologizing, and forgiving to do as a nation as well. Have you all woken up now? Or at least a majority of US citizens so we can move on to the next part, please? This administration has exposed so much of the underbelly of politics and so much more that we must now really look at and decide what we want moving forward. This is a theme I have been given over and over in my messages from spirit and it’s a good one to ponder.

The current trajectory of the Tarot cards for this particular pull ends with a very positive outcome card which should give you hope but this hope comes only AFTER the TRUTH has been revealed and examined.

OUTCOME CARD 2: Positive Movement Forward (8 of Pentacles)

This is a very positive card. You see a figure on a boat on a calm sea moving toward the light (the sun) with a seagull nearby and the wind filling the sail. We have course corrected here and although it might be a long journey back, it is possible with the wind in our sail. We can make the journey back to the light as a nation. And on another level, this is the 8 of Pentacles card which is also material wealth, prosperity, and abundance. This means that the US will retain most of its wealth which is good news for all of us. We rely on the strength of our economy and our nation’s wealth to raise up everyone here and we will need it to make the long journey back to a nation that works for the people by the people with liberty and justice for all.

OVERVIEW

The authoritarian leader (the Authority card) leaves the scene moving into darkness and obscurity (Discontent and Boredom card) which leads to a new era of the Heart Chakra and love at the center of all things in this nation. If we seek the Truth (Truth card) about what has happened, how it happened, and gather insights into how to fix it with cosmic consciousness and the Divine Feminine leading the way, we will have a new guiding light and principle in this rebuilt Statue of Liberty. With Truth in hand, we can course correct and begin to move toward the light with our abundance and prosperity in hand through calmer waters (Positive Movement Forward card).

I hope that leaves you with something to think about…take care and hold onto the light and each other.

The last few weeks have been full of unbelievable news events happening in the USA and I had many questions for my spirit guide today. I had specific ones about events and wanted very clear advice on how to handle it but then when you tune in and open up to spirit, you just receive what is presented. And once you have received the message, your heart breaks open wide and tears edge out of your eyes, and you realize that this is the message that needs to be shared and it may look nothing like what you were asking for and that’s OK. So here it is…

Message from Spirit

There is much to discuss today. There have been many movements forward on many different fronts although you do not seem to have registered these in most of your mainstream media. There are problems with miscommunication. There are problems with disinformation. There are wrongful deeds in not sharing information that is important to the American people. It is being withheld and that is not OK. Full transparency is what we are waiting for. It is crucial that we have this and it is coming soon. Be prepared. You will be surprised but not surprised. This will happen within a week. The illusions of this administration will burst into flame and the curtain will come down revealing all. Misinformation will not be able to find air to continue to keep spreading like fire. There will be no oxygen left for it to move and make waves in the country like it has. Truth becomes the new order.

There is light and love in this movement away from lies and misinformation. This is what gives energy to it. The focus must always stay on light and love and truth--not a specific person’s truth but THE TRUTH. Do you understand? The alignment of the new way for this country must remain with love, light, and truth. This means that policies that address inequality in every arm of the government need to be addressed. For example, every health law that leads to people dying needs to be reviewed and put into alignment with love, light, and truth.

How will this happen you ask? The light workers can clearly map out this alignment. It can be felt. People can be taught how to recognize how it looks and how it feels. This will be important work going forward. There will be a jump in the number of people who will be able to access their intuition and begin to see the energy of things - laws, rules, regulations, policies. It will become easier to implement these when people and the energy of the policies are all in alignment. CAN YOU SEE THAT? Things can go quickly when all are aligned. It doesn’t mean that everyone agrees. There will still be differing opinions about how things get done and they may be equal in energy and alignment and discussions will need to be had. But the big things, they will get done quickly.

You will notice the tone of conversations relaxes and the energy around these highly controversial policies falls away as alignment becomes the new way. There is less heat around these issues. There is more clarity and no more fear. There is no anxiety. People step up to serve in leadership positions because they truly want to serve and have the capacity and will to stay in alignment with love, light, and truth. These will be the new qualities to cherish and honor. People will feel it in their hearts when others are being true and are working from love. This will become the new way of things.

Energy will be the new currency and those with the biggest capacity for love, light, and truth will be revered. Teachers will emerge so that you can get better at these invisible skills. Academies will form. All kids will come in knowing this and may be helpful in teaching the adults. It will turn the world on its head. Can you see this?

It is a beautiful world. The underpinnings of it are beginning even now. People will be drawn towards studying their intuition or psychic powers. You will see new TV series and social media about the topic. It will run like wildfire across the world. Those who are already teaching these skills will be in high demand. Transition instructors will help those navigate these new lands of being. Peace comes quickly as the tipping point is reached. No one will tolerate violence, judgment, hatred, lying, and so on. People will just shake their heads and pass along the name of a good teacher to help that particular human transition to a higher state of being. Do you understand?

So what to do in this present moment where we are not there yet? Do what you have done to survive--for some of you that means walks in nature, meditation, pets, making art, being creative, writing, singing, making music, playing games, getting together with friends and family, doing things in your community to enhance unity, and so on. Keep walking this walk until we reach this new apex where the tide begins to turn.

It will be like an avalanche of love and some of you are here specifically to help people navigate that experience. To many it will seem like the end of the world when it is actually just a transition to love. It is a transition to a love-based world. You have lived in the materialistic world for a while now. It is time to transition to one of love, light, and truth. Hold each other’s hand, share words of encouragement, and share a prayer for peace and unity when the ride slows down and more people are acclimated to it. This is all a part of the natural transition or upgrade or whatever you want to call it. It is an upgrade to human civilization 2.0, if that makes more sense to some of you.

Those of you who don’t know your role right now, it will become really, really clear what you are to be doing when that avalanche of love comes. The world will be in need of skills and traits that you have been subconsciously cultivating for years. It will become very clear to you why your lives have moved this way or that and you will smile when it all makes sense.

I am sorry to not answer your questions but in a way I have. Do you agree? Thank you for being on the planet at this time. We know it is not easy for some of you. But you are the midwives to birth this new human civilization 2.0 and we need you to be the ballast in the boat of humanity holding the light and the love for this passage to peace. We love you. We hold you tight. We are here for you. Namaste.

In July, I wrote the first in this series about focusing on what we want the US government to look like in the future. It’s my plan to continue that series with more in depth thought given to specific areas of the government from healthcare to education to employment and so on. My spirit guides have been telling us for months that the USA is undergoing a transformation, a metamorphosis—not unlike a caterpillar into a butterfly. We are all gathered around the chaos and confusion of the process of the caterpillar turning into a large black mass of goo and we are blaming and shaming each other for it and running around with our heads cut off (I, too, am guilty of this!). But maybe we can focus, even once in awhile, on what we want the butterfly to look like when she emerges from the chrysalis. Visualizing that, even just for a few minutes, will raise our energy and take us closer to humanity’s evolution of being centered in LOVE not greed or power.

I watched Lee Harris’ October Energy Update yesterday. If you haven’t experienced Lee Harris, you are in for a treat. I have followed him and his guides for years. He is humble, intuitive, and wise! Here are two quotes from his video:

“Division energy dissolves when enough love is present.” - Lee Harris, October Energy Update 2025

“We’re seeing so much of that division energy. I mean we’ve just seen it this month with several different tragic events that have unfolded. And you see people immediately wanting to rush to argue about them and annihilate the other. Annihilate the person who has a different opinion to you. Blame, shame, judge. It’s going round. It’s a contagious energy. And unfortunately, those energies are energies that will regress us. They will not evolve us as a species, as a people, as a consciousness.” - Lee Harris, October Energy Update 2025

Boom!

Recognizing that this division energy is here and can be dissolved by love is OUR WAY THROUGH THIS! Every protest, every community meeting, every City Council meeting or Town Hall needs to have this LOVE ENERGY present for it to make a difference. I am not sure if you are seeing the protest photos from Portland but take note! They yarn bombed some trees (meaning they knitted little protest coats for the trees) and organized a naked bike ride near the ICE building. They are wearing clown costumes and getting their pictures taken next to ICE officers. This is exactly the idea! Protest with JOY! Protest with LOVE! We will dissolve our divisions this way.

AND second, these division energies DO NOT EVOLVE us as a species. That hit me hard. I want us to evolve. I don’t want to get dragged down into the negativity and judgment and “oh boy what has the administration done today" energy. But I have been letting myself live there. Ugh. NOT GOOD. Instead, I am writing this series of articles about what we WANT TO SEE in our USA Government. Let’s tell the Universe what we are looking for— moving forward. We do NOT have to know HOW it happens. We let the UNIVERSE handle that part. We are responsible for the WHAT. So join me in starting to dream, imagine, visualize a better world. Maybe this is exactly what the DIVINE FEMININE ENERGIES are designed to do.

Even if it’s just for 5 minutes, let’s do this. OK, here we go…

Healthcare Reimagined

In your mind’s eye, picture a WELLNESS CENTER that is very accessible to most people living in the USA. You walk into this Wellness Center and meet with an Intake Specialist. This person is trained to listen to what is going on with you and ask you whether you would like to get healing physically or mentally or both. Then this person asks you whether you want to see a counselor, a therapist or a psychologist/psychiatrist, go to the meditation room, attend a support group (think AA, NA, or similar), get an intuitive or Tarot Card reading, or visit with a warm human being who listens and gives hugs in the kitchen while baking (a Mother figure). Or if it’s a physical issue (that is not an emergency- you would go to Urgent Care or a hospital for that), they would ask you whether you want to see a chiropractor, acupuncturist, massage therapist, Reiki healer, medical intuitive, or join a Yoga class.

Then there would be a wing of the WELLNESS CENTER that is just for FAMILIES. Here you can talk to a Marriage Counselor or Family Therapist, take a parenting class, join a parent support group, get counseling to be a better parent in real time, or take advantage of the free childcare while you run some errands or enjoy the NAP/MEDITATION room to re-balance yourself.

That is all just off the top of my head. And of course, all of that would be FREE. Can you imagine? Why can’t we have that? Having all of that available to us as we move through our lives would be a GIANT SUPPORT that would help us improve not only our physical health but our mental health as well. We would be better spouses, parents, co-workers, family members, and community members. We would feel like the help we need is always available to us. What a notion.

Do you think this kind of support from our government would help us evolve as a species? Would this allow us to live better lives and grow as people and as a nation? Absolutely yes.

What other areas of our lives can you imagine that would help us evolve? I’ll keep thinking on it and write about another one next week. Any comments? Please let me know below.

It’s been quite a September and I wanted to do a preview of October. With late night talk show host chaos, the National Guard getting sent to Chicago and “war ravaged” Portland, and the government shutdown possibly happening tomorrow— it’s been a lot. So it seemed like a good idea to get an idea of what October holds for us. Let’s shuffle the deck and see the answers from the Tarot deck. Let’s get into it.

What do we need to know about the USA right now for October?

I always pull from left to right with the left being the past moving to the future on the right. It’s not a normal 3 card pull. There was more information needed on the middle two green (emotion) cards so I pulled the Sacrifice card to help explain those two. Then I wanted more clarification on how this plays out in the future and pulled two more outcome cards and they do a great job of showing the transition from the Temptation (Devil) card towards a positive outcome. I will explain.

PAST: Temptation (The Devil)

This seems like a very accurate pull for where it might seem the USA still is. This still feels relevant for some parts of the USA and it is sticking to us as we move into the present. This is the DEVIL card from the Rider Wait deck. What I am most struck by is the way the man’s face is looking backward and forward at the same time. It seems almost two-faced and I do feel this is appropriate for the USA. We want to think of ourselves as this forward moving democracy that has solved problems like racism and equality and that we are so much better than other countries and YET— we see ourselves a bit more clearly now (or most of us do anyway). We are not the “BEST.”

We see that there are many, many unsolved issues facing us even before this new administration came in this past January. We all lived through the #metoo movement, Black Lives Matter, the pandemic, and realized that we have a lot more to work on as a nation. We have been a bit two-faced in the past thinking that we were above all of that (at least a certain segment of America was). When really, we are faced with the DEVIL and all of the temptations that holds like addiction, self-limiting behaviors, ego, and an obsession with the physical world and its pleasures. The figure of the man looks like he is turning away from the light and is born out of darkness and fear. But fortunately, this is the card representing the PAST and now we turn toward the middle three cards to see the PRESENT (which is much more positive).

PRESENT: Sacrifice, Fulfillment of Wishes, and Memories of Love

I put the Sacrifice (The Hanged Man in the Rider Wait Tarot) card above the others because it felt like it was informing them. The Fulfillment of Wishes (9 of Cups) and the Memories of Love (6 of Cups) work together to reveal a message. Let’s start with Sacrifice which is where our story of USA picks up. As a country of people where the government works for us, we need to rise up out of the mud and embrace our power like this beautiful young woman. She is holding her strength and power and creating a rainbow with it. She is rising out of the mud like a lotus flower and so can we. With some sacrifice and hard work, we can turn this country around.

We can have it be the country where we can fulfill our wishes and base this country on love, compassion, equality, justice, and the like (Fulfillment of Wishes). Part of this process of transformation and rebirth includes releasing Memories of Love or maybe our beliefs about how we thought this country was. We need to let go of how we thought this country would be going forward and take stock of where we actually are. Maybe by releasing these locked in ideas about the USA, we can form a new idea of democracy that is better than before. We can remember fondly the USA we thought we had when we were young and didn’t know better. And then let that go. It is not our reality now. If we can do that well, we can fulfill our wishes for a democracy that actually works for everyone - one that is based on love not greed or power or oligarchs or any of that. We can reinstate the founding beliefs and ideals that this country was based on in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. What would that look like? That’s how we get to the next set of cards.

FUTURE: Material & Spiritual Prosperity and the Base Chakra

It is interesting that this card (Material & Spiritual Prosperity) is the 6 of Pentacles but gives equal footing to Spiritual Prosperity. If we could have a country that is not only economically successful but also spiritually successful, what would that look like? If we followed through on treating everyone equally and taking care of each other and providing social safety nets and healthcare for all and taking care of our environment, then we would look like this man on this card. He is looking out at the prosperity of the fountains and the well-maintained and healthy garden in front of him. That would be our country - well-nourished, healthy, and prosperous. Sounds good to me.

And then that leads into the Base Chakra card (which is not in the Rider Wait deck). This is the Root Chakra that deals with survival, the body, issues of money, sustenance, shelter, and safety. If we could bring every person living in the USA to a place where these needs were satisfied, we really would be spiritually prosperous and that would in turn, make us materially prosperous and float us up to the country that we have dreamed of.

IN SUMMARY

Can you imagine a country where no one ever sleeps on the streets at night, no one’s belly goes hungry, where no one goes bankrupt for surviving cancer or some other disease, and where everyone feels like the government is working for them and not against them? Can you imagine feeling proud to be an American because we spoke up, stood up, and said we want the fulfillment of the dream of our Founding Fathers and more?

We want a country that works for all of us— not a few of us. We want to feel like our taxes are really going where they are needed and that our leaders are truly working on our behalf. We want trust between us as neighbors and as members of the community and members of Congress. We want the COMPLETE fulfillment of wishes and these cards show that this is possible if we each Sacrifice a bit and do our part. We will need to speak up and go to protests and show up at meetings and contact our representatives and vote. It is the only way we can create something new. It is a rebirth - truly - in every way. Let’s embrace it, let go of the past, and envision a new future for all of us. We can do this. We have done it before.

With the Autumnal Equinox and Lunar Eclipse, it seems like a good time to get a bit of divine wisdom from my spirit guide for this new season.

Spirit: Welcome the Fall. It is a beautiful season sent here to remind us to let go. Let go of all expectations. Let go of needing to be right. Let go of needing this or that. Let go and just be as a leaf falls from the tree enjoying the glorious journey of freedom. Enjoy letting go of the sun being so bright and out so much. Let go of your attachments to how things have always been.

Look to a season of increasing darkness to allow yourself to go within and examine your desires, your needs, your wants, and how you want the world to look come springtime. We are all going within this season but we are allowing ideas and visions and dreams to ferment and grow in the dark. This is the time for that to happen. Do not despair that we are heading into winter. It is a beautiful time of year as well. A time for examination. A time for exploration of the soul. A time to review and look back on the road we have traveled. Then we can make adjustments moving forward in the spring. It is a time of reflection.

A time of awe for all of the bounty we have been given over the year. Look how far you have come from this time last year. Where were you last year at this time? What have you gained this year? Where have you expanded? What have you learned? What are you grateful for? This is the season of gratitude. This is the season of thanksgiving --be sure to thank yourself as well as the universe and your loved ones for all the good they have brought into your life. Cultivate a sense of gratitude every day during this season. Recognizing those people and events and things have been good for you and to you helps them multiply come the spring. When you acknowledge what has been helpful, it notifies the universe that you would like more of that please, next year.

Be aware of the sounds of the birds, the rustle in the trees, and find peace there. There is a space beyond the self, beyond the interactions with others, where you can find peace and a spot of timelessness. This is where you can access your deep wells of introspection for good NOT for judgment or blame. But look within for all the things you did well over the last year. Write them down. Be thankful for them. Be thankful for the people that brought you that experience. Sometimes those experiences can seem negative at the time but when you look back from here, the event can show you how much you grew as a result of that interaction. You can begin to turn a “bad” interaction into a learning experience that made you a better person or that gave you a unique perspective that helps you now.

We don’t always know in the moment whether a situation is going to turn out immediately “good” or “bad,” but we do know that every interaction can have a beneficial outcome over time. Try to maintain this perspective moving forward. It is healthier than thinking that people are out to get you. Let everything move past you and know that you will find a deeper meaning for why it happened at some future date. Just having that idea in your head lets you carry the load a little lighter. This is similar to the lesson of detachment in Buddhism. Try to remain detached from outcomes although I know this is hard for most. Try to go with the flow and allow the universe to unfold as it should. It is a benevolent universe - overall.

Envision yourself as a leaf following your new journey as you fall from the tree. Enjoy every breeze that whisks you up or moves you sideways. Enjoy the changing view. Watch others on their journey next to you. Laugh and play along the way. This is the lesson of fall. Live it. Love it. Go with the flow. Namaste.

I love the Tarot for showing us exactly what we need to focus on right now—which might not be the news that others want us to focus on. The wisdom to move through this time period is shown in this Tarot Card pull done on September 10, 2025. I waited until after the Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon we just had over the weekend. I want this to be more about where we are now and what we need to know for September.

I always start with a three card pull representing Past, Present, and Future. So here we are…

Card 1: The Past—Third Eye Chakra

This is the card for Using Your Intuition and the sense I get here is that this is a card for recognizing what is true and what is illusion. Sometimes the only way to know the difference is by using your intuition. This card here is a reminder that you have been working on developing your intuition so that you can meet this moment—so you can clearly “see” what is real and what is not. The people in charge of the US have been putting on a show - a TV “reality” show - to draw your attention this way and that— just like a magician. But there are many now that see through this shadow play and there are many who have their intuition up and running. When in doubt, go within, be still, and listen to your own intuition about what is true and what is worth reading about in a world of disinformation and gaslighting. Continue to develop this gift— this tool — as you will continue to need it.

Card 2: The Present—New Beginnings (The Fool Card)

Aha! The Fool is very much present with us right now. This lines up with all of the most recent messages from my spirit guides. The US of the past is being destroyed like something out of a Kali science fiction movie of your imagination. Think of a huge Godzilla-sized Hindu goddess, Kali, (known for Time, Death, and Destruction) moving through our country, our cities, and our halls of government— but do not despair! Because Kali represents the destruction of things that must happen before NEW BEGINNINGS can start! Kali represents the shakti or the creative force of the Universe which is what you need for a new beginning.

Notice how Kali has a third eye - these three eyes represent the Past, the Present, and the Future (just like this Tarot Card Pull). And the skulls around her neck and the severed arms around her waist symbolize the severing of the ego (think the people in charge of our government right now and the oligarchs!). Standing on Shiva, she represents the balance of destruction and creation. If you have been paying attention, this is exactly where we are as a nation. We are in limbo — destruction has been quick and severe and awareness and the creation forces of the Universe are beginning to come online as the natural progression after destruction. As my spirit guides have pointed out before, we need to decide who we really are as a nation (the CREATION FORCES AT WORK), who we want to be, and how we want our government to work moving forward. Will our government be a tool for the oligarchs or go back to being for the people, by the people with justice and equality for all? What will we decide?

I find it very interesting that the Fool Card - New Beginnings shows up here in this deck with a FEMALE on it (in the Ryder Waite deck, the Fool is male). The feminine side is here to help guide us away from the patriarchy and to help us begin again. The Fool Card, for me, is all about taking a step forward and having faith that the land will rise to meet you. This is what all of us are being asked to do. Begin again with faith.

John Holland writes in his guidebook for this deck that, “This card represents that a great new adventure is awaiting you. It usually shows up when there’s a significant inner change happening within you.” Look at the US right now. If you have been awake and aware over the past ten years, you will have noticed many US residents realizing that this country is not what they thought it was—that it is not working for everyone — that is not working well for the Earth and its inhabitants — that it is not fair or just for every person living here.

In the past decade, we went through the #metoo movement for women, the Black Lives Matter movement, supporting Trans and LGBTQ+ rights, the National Parks staff fighting back for nature, and now pushing back on ICE moving to deport anyone who does not have white skin —especially in hispanic neighborhoods. THIS IS THE INNER CHANGE WE NEED TO EMBRACE TO MOVE FORWARD FOR THIS NEW BEGINNING. Can you see it? We need to reevaluate and learn from these movements so we can keep going to create what we truly want. This is the INNER WORK. The feminine qualities of compassion, sensitivity, warmth, understanding, and mothering are all here to walk us through these changes so we can move into the next card of this particular September Tarot Pull. ALSO- this female figure may even represent a leader at some point who will help us fully realize our potential to be an even better democracy than our founding fathers envisioned.

Card 3: The Future—HARMONY (The Lovers)

And here we see the fruition of our efforts to learn from the adventure of the Fool and to integrate both the masculine and feminine into a democracy that honors both moving forward into the future. The man and the woman meet as equals here with a healthy vine growing up around them. Where their hands meet, there is now green light representing love, connection, vitality, and growth. These hands that meet represent UNITY and ONENESS—where the people living in the United States come together in HARMONY to move forward on this journey. We come together to form a more perfect UNION. This card means that people from all walks of life need to be a part of the forming of this new country.

We need to look at our relationships with each other as a mirror for what we still need to learn from one another. We have a lot more growing and learning to do—about each other, about how this government might work well moving forward, and how we can make sure there are guard rails in place so that our country does not get so misaligned again. There is a lot of work to be done but the universe is supportive in these cards showing that we have help and guidance along the way if we pay attention to our THIRD EYE CHAKRA- intuition, if we employ the open attitude of the FOOL (NEW BEGINNINGS), and if we continue to strive for HARMONY in our relationships with others. It may look dark right now, but the light is there shining bright for all to see. You just need to look into each other’s eyes to see it.

A NOTE: I am sorry to have missed a few weeks in sending out these articles. Life has its ups and downs and it’s been a roller coaster here for me. QUESTION: What do my subscribers and I need to know today for our best and highest good? What would you have us know that will bring us peace and hope?

SPIRIT: Yes I am here. It is good to connect with you today. It has been a bit heavy in energy these past few weeks and this bit of light is needed not only in your life but in the lives of those who follow you so it is good you came to me today.

The world and the US is right in the middle of its transformation. It is ugly and dark when the change is occurring. Think of the chrysalis where the caterpillar changes into a butterfly. It must become mush and dissolve completely into an unrecognizable glob. This is the US right now. It is a messy blob of blackness, darkness. But underneath that exterior of ooze, there are structures beginning to form which are made of light and love. They are made of ideals and principles that will guide this country into the next millennium. It can be hard to see this underneath all of the good but it is there. The ideas are taking shape in individual’s minds about what kind of country they want and what they want their government to invest in.

Sometimes you have to see how your government is unwisely spending the money to see how you would like them to spend it. You need to see bad examples of leadership to make better choices going forward. The US will learn from these lessons and never go this low again. You are here to witness this and mark this time. You are here to document it and write about it and make sure future citizens do NOT make this mistake again. It is a turning point for this country, that is for sure.

Do not be fearful. Instead be curious. What would this country look like if built from the ground up today? What would you want to see? What would you want it to look like? What kind of leaders would you vote for? What kind of elections would you like to see? Are there other examples around the world that you would point to?

The US is on a new path and it is not possible at this vantage point to see where it is going. Just know that there are better things around the next turn so hold on. Hold on tight to your values, your integrity, and your vision for the future. These will matter greatly going forward. Hold on to the love for your neighbor. Hold on to the love for yourself and your loved ones. Love will guide us through. Love will show us the way forward with strength and resilience and vision. When you are centered in love, the way forward becomes clear. And then you can join hands with others who are also in the space of love and march forward with truth, justice, and a new way on your side. It will organically come together. There is no need to plan or organize now. Just recognize the movement when you see it and know that you too will join hands with others. Hold on to love. Hold on to peace. Carry the light through the night until the dawn breaks. And break it will. Namaste.

From Spirit: First, I would have you know that the USA is going through a giant transformation if I have not made that clear before. It is a transformation that can only be compared to the metamorphosis of a butterfly. Do you understand? It has to get dark and murky and chaotic before the new structure and form begins to take shape. During this time, take care of yourself. Take care of your loved ones. Hold each other’s hand and keep looking for the light wherever you can find it. It is a rebirth of a grand nature that is taking place.

You just need to hold steady. Hold the light. Hold the vision of what you want the country to become. What is your dream for this country? Who do you want this country to be? How would you like to feel when you explain to someone that you are an American? What kind of responses would you like to see from people from other countries? I am sure it is not there right now. You probably don’t want to see what others think of your country right now and that is OK. We are thinking further down the line. It can be a great story of tragedy and rebirth. It can be the hero’s journey of a whole country and its people that inspires the world for centuries to come.

Who will be the leaders? Who will plant the seeds of dreams for what is to come later? Who will be the new set of founding fathers and mothers? Who will be the new Washington or Jefferson or Lincoln? Who will be the new restorers of this country? Visualize a melting pot of people and you can begin to see what will be created in the current blueprint of the USA. From Native Americans to immigrants from countries all around the world, we will work together to create a new nation where everyone is equal and things are equitable and everyone has a chance to create the American dream for themselves. There are no more billionaires. There are no more international corporations who control everything. Businesses are kept small on purpose.

Leaders are elected on short timelines and there is no money in politics. Leaders are real people who are heart-centered and who care deeply about the vision for this country and upholding that vision to the best of their ability. There are no lobbyists. There are researchers who look into issues and find scientific or mathematical answers. There are spiritual lightworkers holding space for the best and highest good to come about. Each leader of a city or state or whatever new organization we have designated, will have his or her own spiritual team that will hold them in light and love and keep them balanced and heart-centered at all times so their decisions come quick and easy and true. It will be a combined bounty of heart-centeredness, logic, science, technology, and love for each person living within the boundaries of this nation. It will not look much like the faded country that we see now. It will be new and bold and with much stronger vitality and passion to uphold the founding truths and values that were in our original documents. It will be a nation in full living color producing its biggest dream of democracy as it was meant to be —fulfilling the needs of all the people and then some.

We will work together with other countries to solve world wide problems and create lasting alliances once again. The movement upon the world will be toward caring for each other and helping one another with everyone doing their part. All leaders across the world will have this same dedication to being heart-centered. It will be revolutionary. It will look different from Star Trek in that it will not be just logic but also rely heavily upon the heart’s own intuition and intellect combining the two effortlessly. But Star Trek is not a bad place to begin to imagine as the needs of the many are met. No one goes hungry or goes without a place to sleep. All wars are over. All disputes are settled with heart, truth, and integrity creating a win-win solution for all. Compromise and cooperation are the goals every time and in every situation.

People are measured by the love in their hearts and the energy they bring into a room, a negotiation, or a court. Nothing is hidden anymore—motivations, greed, power grabs, etc. The new evolution of our souls brings us to a place where all is seen and experienced. We become aware quickly when someone is deceiving us and we can react accordingly. We have processes for when this happens to help the person get the help they need to reset back to their heart center. There is no judgment—only help for those who have a hard time staying in a state of heart resonance. Our senses grow 100x as powerful as they are today. Technology helps us with this. It will be a marvel when this comes out.

Keeping in mind these words, can you go forward into the future with more hope? Can you go forward with more trust that the good guys will come to power? Can you go forward knowing a more compassionate, loving world is there in our future? I do hope you can and will. Your heart, your very special heart with all of that love, is needed as we move forward into this heart-centered existence. Your light will help others find the way. We need everyone on board. Start sharing your light today. Love will prevail. You are loved. Namaste.
