Another moon, another ride. This time I left Ibiza, went to Greece to cardify a festival, landed in Mongoland, had a surprise road trip to Portugal visiting Ilai’s land, TDF, and Porto in 4 days, and now I just returned to Mongoland. We have good toys in here.

It’s kinda funny to be in the hypermoving mode after being still for 3 months. A good intermission reminding me of what is already absolutely clear – I want more stability and I am on the right path to build it.

The last week in Ibiza was amazing. A powerful peyote ceremony that readjusted pieces within me that needed to be readjusted, the Be More Pirate trip on Arabian Nights, the farewell dinner with close friends, and the strike – taking everything down from our office and rooms and leaving for another chapter.

I feel that my love story with Ibiza is not over yet. I was originally planning to return in early November but after getting a bit of air I changed my mind. I wish to explore the magic island in a different capacity than before, and to do that I need to transition. This is basically my entire focus at the moment. And I think it’s going great.

The last months have been tough af, and I handled them like a champ. My dear friend shared with me that I feel more soft, and real, and grounded, and it does indeed feel this way. Today, as I return to moving mountains I found myself very capable and very wizardly again. LFG.

WildCards is moving forward. I am becoming clear on what I’m building and what it takes. Keep. On. Going.

I love dancing this dynamic between entrepreneurship and art. And now that I switched to operationalising what I have been conceiving for a few years it feels like the energy is finally flowing. The road is long and full of perils, but it’s also fun and I wouldn’t want it any other way.

And damn, some very good cards are being crafted.

Next steps: MongoLand until the end of the month, including the very first MongoBurn.

Then Enspiral Gathering in Casa Tilo next to Barcelona. Then two weeks of making art. And then... Mystery. Ibiza? MongoLand? Elsewhere?

Traveler, there is no path.
The path makes itself as you walk.

Love and Light!
Michał

It’s that time to write to you again. And it’s been a while – I skipped my last Moonly Letter, which is a rare predicament 😶. I’m glad to hop back on that steadfast consistency horse. I love writing letters to you!

The summer in Ibiza was a crazy ride, and it was far from easy. And now it’s the month of harvest – gathering what sprouted from the seeds planted and mourning what has never grown. R.I.P.

Here’s these two Moon Cycles in three cards:

Piece of Shit. Validation. Build together.

Great mix, huh?

Let’s go through them one by one.

I have been free diving deep into the darkness inside of me, relaxing into it, inspecting closely, inviting to the table and giving it a voice. And it’s been absolutely fascinating.

One of my favourite practices this summer was what I call “puke poetry”: grabbing a piece of paper, and furiously writing all the shit coming from inside, with absolutely zero filters. It was glorious. I touched deep pains, wounds, fears, and all these delightful pieces that I usually tend to push down and pretend they are not a part of my existence. And then I invited my friends for an evening sesh and read it to them out loud. Pure magic.

The true alchemy is transforming shadow into light. And it starts with radical honesty – with oneself, before anyone else. This is what art is. The medicine of Truth.

So there I am, in these ongoing aya-like purging, laughing with myself and shouting “Cura! Cura!“, while being thrown on the floor and craving a cuddle. There was no escape. And it was great!

I relaxed into my darkness. I faced the hard truths I have been avoiding. I had a proper heart-to-heart conversation with different parts of me. I even managed to cry, twice and in front of other humans! And if you know me, that’s something I’ve been attempting to learn how to do over the last years, but failing at miserably.

The point of all this is not surprising at all:

As I welcomed these pieces of me to exist, I relaxed, and emerged relatively victorious on the other side, feeling stronger than ever and remembering that I am in fact unbreakable.

(Glorious card, isn’t it? So many beautiful cards were crafted this summer. They’ll keep on coming to insta.)

So... I’m going through all this process, and one of the insights that comes up is the pattern to outsource validation. Somehow, back in the void, I have decided that it’s a great idea for this lifetime to put together a mix of lack of self worth and being an artist. It’s a great experiment, thank you. Being a wizard that I am, I thought that now is the great time to stop outsourcing validation to others, and, surprise surprise – give it to myself. And being a card wizard, it felt appropriate to create a self validation loyalty card – like in coffee shops where you buy 9 coffees and get the 10th for free. Funny enough I had this red pencil with “Love” engraved on it that I carried unused for two years. I love the feeling when pieces are coming together.

Ok, so I have the pleasure to announce that I am now internally validated, which is a great start for the last card of the mix. Because it’s time to build my art career, and do it properly.

I’m so freaking excited. So I cut the crap, and switched into building mode. It’s time.

WildCards.gg

Guess what – I’m back into my favourite state of being: excited and terrified.

Building, networking, educating, marketing, sales, while staying healthy and (very important) remaining a wizard. I can no longer wait and not take what I want to bring to the world seriously. It starts with me. Let’s go 🐉.

It feels great to be in artist / founder mode again. It feels lonely, too. And overwhelming. And yet I just can’t not do it.

Be the wizard I am meant to be.

It feels like a long road ahead, and honestly – I don’t know if I will make it. I know exactly what I want. I know it is possible. And yet the path leading there is totally unclear. But isn’t that the point? To keep showing up, and already being what we wish to become.

I already am.

So what’s next...?

I’m in Ibiza until the end of September. Then I’m heading to Greece to cardify Omana Festival (an unexpected and delightful invitation). I’m still not sure on what comes after – I’m weighting my options for the next 3 month that would give me the most nourishing environment to build. Ideally a beautiful house with nature close by, and delightful humans to co-elevate each other.

Exact location to be discovered. I’m open to invitations 🤗.

And building-wise, here’s the plan:

1. B2B: card wizard for events, ideally high-ticket events for changemakers and global leaders (think UP Game, Heartland etc.). I cardified the Up Game this summer and it was one of the absolute highlights! More! Of! That!

2. B2B: custom card decks for organisations.

3. B2C: hybrid products combining personal card decks with online journeys – expect the first one in the Fall 2026 ❤️‍🔥

That’s the current look at the financial engine supporting the art. It’s a lot and somehow it all seems to make sense. Watch this space as it comes to life 👀. And hop onto insta (I just batch produced lots of funky card content) and/or my WildCards newsletter where I’ll be publishing about cardifying the UP Game and a wonderful encounter with a set of 17th century cards from Nepal.

Aren’t they absolutely beautiful?

Meanwhile I’m also re-opening my Wizard As A Service offer. I specialise in crafting hyper-engaging co-creation experiences, where participants feel excited, inspired and connected. If you’re designing an event or program that could use some magic, I’d be delighted to assist you 🧙‍♂️.

Book the Wizard

Okay, it’s time to move my body and enjoy this glorious island 🤍

Wishing you a delightful moon cycle!
Michał

ps. I had a wonderful conversation with Jeremiah from the Rogue Kingdom, where we talk about cards, sailing, building communities and more. Here’s the podcast interview 🎙️.

I’m in Ibiza, living a life full of very high highs and equally deep lows. It’s quite fascinating to be experiencing this rollercoaster and be actually very chilled with it. I feel like I’ve upgraded. It feels amazing.

The last time I wrote to you I was on a train to my city of birth to spend quality time with my family. Boy, oh, boy, was it quality.

Long story short, I have managed to finally reprogram the negative patterns in my relationship with my closest family. Which is pretty much as massive as it sounds.

It’s been years of work that brought me to this moment. I remember a few years ago spending a month living with my parents and taking them out for 1:1 dates. My mum - great. My sis – wonderful. My dad – well, we mostly sat in terrifying silence. Years passed. I drank the Tea. I learnt new tools. I upgraded across the board.

And last year was better, but not really. I was experiencing myself absolutely terrified by my dad (who wasn’t doing anything terrifying), and I just could not unstuck this feeling.

This year I was finally ready. Quite a bit of energy went into working with my family system, then a Fala Systemica session, an incredible week in Berlin that blew my mind and charged me with so much love, and there I was – ready to bring all these pieces together.

Wow.

It was a strange setup – my dad, mum, and I, by the seaside, in a place where we used to go as a family when I was a kid. The last time I was there over 20 years ago. We went for walks through amazing pine forests, pristine dunes, beaches and small coastal towns. I could literally feel the moments when my Michał, the child, would switch over to Michał, the wizard.

I drew dragons of fear in the sand. I sang to the sea. I collected stones that became a new collection of card art. And most importantly, I created rituals of psychomagic working with the energy between me and my parents.

It felt like magic, and it indeed was.

It all culminated during the Summer Solstice, or how we call it in Pagan Poland – Noc Kupały, when I invited my parents for a card session.

You know, I don’t often speak Polish, so my mother tongue is fluent but rusty. And yet, the moment I sat my parents at that table I went into a perfect flow. I witnessed myself speaking the most hilarious combinations of words, relaxing the field between us, to then suddenly switch right into deep inquiry mode – a talent I have been super proficient with in English, but haven’t practiced at all in Polish. The right words just kept on flowing and the session went deep, deep, deep into the core.

In the end, as we reached the climax, I looked into my father’s soul. I haven’t seen his soul since childhood. That look he gave me will stay with me for a very long time. And I found a way to support my mum through her anxiety and engraved it into a card she now carries with her. My heart melted.

On the last day I crafted the collection of art cards engraving my psychomagic journey of that week. Each of them carries a story and serves as a part of the ritual that literally shifted the trajectory of my family.

If you’d like to hear these stories I invite you to hop into my Patreon. I hope they will inspire you to shape your own family stories into a delightful and elevating tapestry and a collection of beautiful memories. There’s a delicious recording with a tasty piano soundtrack from Brian Mongo (my spirit animal). Enjoy 🤗

Ok, so with that I drove all the way through Poland to meet with my 98 year old granny and my sister. Beautiful encounters. It’s such a good feeling to notice that I’m now sad leaving from Poland.

And then, I took a spontaneous decision and went to Amsterdam, my favourite city in the world, to plant the seed for an exhibition in a proper art gallery. And, of course, to spend quality time with Brian, my dear brother and spirit animal, Jorn, the man who opened this magickal city for me and handed over the keys, and a few more delightful humans.

I hosted a mini exhibition prototype in BounceSpace and it was fantastic:

I also found a gallery where I’d like to host my exhibition. And discovered the topic of the exhibition itself. And received a blessing from the Dragons of Ruigoord during a crazy night of thunderstorms, that kept hitting all around us, at a distance so close I never experienced – literally meters away.

Needless to say, the trip was a success.

And then – I hopped on a flight to the magickal island of Ibiza to move here for (at least) three months. That’s the longest I will stay in a place since my departure from Amsterdam in 2024. Two long years of nomading are finally slowing down. YES!

It feels so strange to move into an empty room. To buy extension cords and source carpets. To build my work station and art station and my altar. To hang artwork on the walls.

And the landing itself was quite intense.

On the first day, instead of the usual high, I found myself in deep scarcity and anxiety mode. WTF. I kept trying to work, but no luck. So I went to do some errands and it was an emotional disaster. Finally, I reached a glimpse of sanity and took myself out for a walk. That always helps! And even that almost failed – by the time I arrived to where the trail was supposed to start I had 5% battery left on the phone, no charger, and I still needed gps to drive back to the place where I live. But fuck it. I switched the phone off, found a trail and ended up on a majestic cliff overlooking the Turtle Island.

As I sat there I sang my fears. I witnessed all the shit coming out of my mouth and being alchemised through sound into bliss. I let it all go into the universe. The turtle didn’t even blink. It was way too grounded to blink. It did give birth to a card though. And it keeps coming up in sessions.

From there the trajectory shifted, even if the rollercoaster continues. I hit multiple peaks, and multiple lows, and somehow managed to alchemise the energy of every low into something beautiful. A song. A piece of art. A moment of insight turned into psychomagic ceremony resulting in another artefact.

I’m getting good at this. It’s beautiful to witness.

A big theme of the moment is accepting. I could go deep into it, but let’s keep it for the time when we talk. This is already a long letter.

So I keep on going for hikes and finding the most amazing places in the island. I keep on making art. And I keep on showing up for my craft as an artist on a mission to send playful ripples of interpersonal healing and being a catalyst for change.

It is working. Rosemery, the herb, helps.

I accept what is mine, and I let go of what is not so it can find it’s way into where it needs to be.

And I still sing to the rocks. And I keep on finding turtles.

Here’s a short visual story I crafted the other night:

The cards are growing, too. I went to my first party in a villa and hosted a card station. It was glorious. More! Of! That!

On Monday, as I was alchemising another super challenging day, the most emotionally difficult since my arrival, the clarity on the path for the cards finally emerged. More on that next Moon.

I swam, I danced, and I sat at my upgraded art station to craft an artefact. I am an arrow. I have the perfect bow. All I need is to bring myself into the highest vibe, focus on the target, let go, and allow the Thing that “belongs to me” come to me by itself. And let go of all the rest so it can find it’s way where it needs to be.

Infinite Love,
Michał

I’m on a quest to spend quality time with family and witness the elevation of our relational dynamics. After all The Spell was casted, and I feel ready, open hearted and genuinely excited. Benga!

The last moon cycle passed quickly and yet it feels like 5 months and a half. I moved between Ibiza and Berlin focusing on opening my heart and making art. What a wonderful combination! It was such a rich and delicious journey.

As I look at my moonly squares I feel a wave of gratitude overflowing my body. I went on epic hikes. I casted powerful spells. I participated in an offering to Tanit and she accepted – I’m coming back to Ibiza for a three months art residency. Incroyable! Actually... it feels super normal, just like minted on the card I received from a friend:

Yes, I am living the inevitable and I am loving it.

As I transformed my appearance adjusted. I changed my facial hair. I started to wear braids. I finally stopped an outdated rebellion against mum. It only took 37 years. God bless ✌️.

I planted trees in Tierra Iris. I shifted my avoidance pattern and made an offering to a tree, which then became an altar next to which a wonderful human touched my soul with her soul song. I became a wizard aboard Arabian Nights and prototyped our first Piratas do Amor expedition in Ibiza. It was glorious. More to come this summer!

I crafted and witnessed crafting some incredible cards. Some literally reshaped my life. I’ve hosted card sessions where I’ve seen a blink of awe in the eyes of participants. The sessions are getting really, really good btw. I even bought a whole set of instruments allowing me to add a sound journey component into the experience. I’m really proud of what I have created and I am excited to dive into hours of practice required to elevate the sessions to the next level.

Everything is in flow since I reclaimed my soul purpose of being an artist at the beginning of May. Book me for your event, baby, and I shall unleash the magic 🤗.

I had an absolute blast during the Enspiral Europe Gathering. What a delightful bunch of humans! The culture finally slapped – just the perfect mix of playfulness, ideation, and grounded execution, perfect for my personal taste. I’m so excited for Enspiral. LFG 🚀

I also started to make more space in my life by stepping out from projects that don’t fully align with my current state. I’m not gonna dive into it now, apart from saying that the transition feels wonderful and the newly created space attracts incredibly high vibing humans and moments.

Keep on opening the heart. Keep on rising in love. So much learning – both theory and practice!

To wrap up I’ll share a cherry on top of all the tastiness – I finally summoned the energy required to receive a blessing from the beaurocratic gods of Aotearoa. I am officially invited in! Wow. My soul trip is happening. Next step – book tickets to Wellington, which still requires a moment of sensing into a potential stopover in Japan for a Butoh training. I feel that my art career needs dive into this weird af art – the art of embodying darkness. Being a being of light I can sense a deep desire to explore another toolkit in my journey of alchemising shadow into light through art.

Life is delicious. Next steps:

Poland and then back to the magnificent island of Ibiza. Epic Summer of 26 – here we come 🤗 May it be an epic one for you 🪶

Love and Light,
Michał

What a delicious moon cycle that was!

I left TDF and landed in in the jewel of the Maditerranean just in time for Beltane – a ritual that plays a big role in my life since living in Edinburgh many years ago. This year it was clear that I need to spend it in Atlantis, one of the nature power places in this magickal island. I’m so glad I did. You can read about it here.

Without surprise the magic worked.

I spend a few days tuning into the frequency of this powerful island, working on elevating my vibe and opening the heart. Synchronicities started to flood in. I moved into Tierra Iris and met a wonderful human who catalysed my card project. The Pirates arrived. We spent three days celebrating our beloved Christian – a role model, a friend and an incredible leader. We met amazing humans, connected the dots, and landed on the inevitable insight:

Piratas do Amor is an art collective. And I am indeed an artist.

It’s such a funny thing – for years I have been doing all these other things – facilitation, community building, running online businesses, coaching, hosting events, and more. I loved doing it, and it never fully resonated.

During a powerful spellcasting ritual with Christof, I tapped into a key moment a decade ago which broke me into pieces. Together we transformed it into sweetness, and created a rebirth card, my first 3d card.

I am so grateful for this last decade, and in hindsight it makes perfect sense that I needed a long detour to develop skills which will now elevate my art career. The detour was in fact a collection of side quests, helping me to reach the full potential when finally engaging in the actual quest.

And speaking of the main quest...

I approach a human before an event in Tierra Iris. We start chatting and eventually I offer to pull some cards. After a reading for her, she invites me to pull cards for me. I get a crazy combo, including the Vow card, crafted by Silvia as a birthday gift for me a few years ago when I was going through a bit of a rough winter.

I sat with this card many times, but could never tap into the answer that felt spot on. It always felt close, and yet obscured, intangible.

This time it clicked.

Lets reverse a few days.

Another human asks me about the purpose of my card project. The answer naturally comes out. It’s been engraved on the sigil all this time.

The cards are:

1. playful ripples of interpersonal healing

2. catalysts of change

Wait. Isn’t that my quest? It feels pretty spot on.

I love the aha moments. Like when discovering how a magic trick works, it seems so freaking obvious once you know the trick, and yet, just a few seconds earlier it feels impossible.

So here I am, finally returning to the core path, and embracing the inevitable.

Suddenly everything becomes clear.

The Pirates are an art collective, crafting artefacts of love.

Why are we in Ibiza this month? Art residency.

Wild Cards? An art project (duh!), and damn, some of the cards I made recently are my favourites so far and you can see them in my digital card gallery:

Card Gallery

Card sessions? Totally elevated to the next level, after synchronously meeting Sasha and discovering a few next pieces to master.

The invitations start to follow. Let’s cardify my event. Come for dinner and host a card session. Let’s make a cardified experience together for the sailing trip.

Ibiza is the perfect space for that. And inevitably I made a decision to base myself here for this year, before heading to New Zealand (more on that later).

Now the real work begins. The wizard way. I’ve been studying the arts of harmonising myself and elevating my vibration and opening the heart wider and wider. It’s a deep journey and I’m fortunate enough to be surrounded by the most amazing humans to do it together with – my Pirate family, Christof and Raissa. The collective energy field we are generating is amazing.

Now it’s just all about embracing the inevitable and following the Pirate Code.

There’s still a few travels coming up this year, starting with Germany & Poland – a wizard quest in Berlin, Enspiral gathering in Stolzenhagen, a few days of quality time with a dear friend, and a family trip to my country of birth. I can’t wait to tell my family that I was always an artist, and I’m finally ready to own it.

Speaking of family, I am working on an ancestral project reframing limiting patterns running in my family for generations.

It started with visualising 10 generations of my direct ancestors – biological fathers and mothers. I created a circular chart, with a dot in the middle representing a possibility of the future generations, a surrounding circle representing myself, and then the surrounding circles representing my direct ancestors all the way back to 10 generations. My father went deep into our genealogy and we have names of 130 people out of 1023 in the chart, going all the way back into the XVIII century.

If you want to play with it I’ve uploaded a high quality template file to my patreon.

Finally, I am tuning into my New Zealand soul quest – a journey that was calling me since early teenage years and which is finally happening this winter.

I am wizarding a three month adventure, combining an art residency in Wellington, the KiwiBurn which conveniently happens on my birthday, Enspiral Summerfest, and a training in Haka. Connections more than welcome 🤗

Sending love and wishing you an amazing moon cycle, and incredible summer!

Michał

As usual, the last cycle was quite a ride. I based myself in TDF and strangely it’s the first time that I feel very ready to leave before I originally planned. The mix of cold, suboptimal food, construction-siteness, and being sucked into the vortex of internal challenges drained more of my energy that I was able to generate through all the fun, creativity and connection with delightful humans. April was supposed to be tough, so I embrace it fully, and I’m also super ready to shift gears into the next cycle of life.

LFG FAM!

But to get there, I need to allow myself to dive deep into the theme of this Moon cycle – grief, a rather complex state that I’m a certified expert at ignoring.

So I sat down with my friend Rim, dove deep, and came up with this nice idea of grief walking – where I go for walks designed to connect with grief. Yet another task on the list of wizard quests for this cycle... adding what resulted from a powerful Tarot reading I was gifted earlier this month.

The cool thing about grief is that it connects me to the possible yet not taken paths, and there’s something beautiful about sensing into what could have been. Something comforting. And sad, of course. And there’s this delightful feeling of uncertainty connected to walking the path chosen. Where is it going to take me?

Many places beautiful and strange, I’m sure.

So I keep on wizard questing. Grieving. Showing up for a funeral of my relationship. Opening my heart. Being of service to friends drained by a beautiful king. Connecting with 10 generations of ancestors during tarot-prescribed meditations. Effortlessly finding. Aaaaaalmost manifesting. And occasionally, when I hit that sweet jackpot of Being in the right time in the right place in the right state – manifesting successfully.

Yes, it’s been a ride, this Moon. I can’t wait for the Beltane fire to be lit marking the beginning of summer 🔥.

On a less esoteric note, the great thing about being the resident wizard of TDF is the ease of deploying my artistic side. We hosted Harmonia, a small music festival last weekend, and it was so gorgeous.

As usual during an event like that, I went into a facilitation spiral and the loop of prototyping, similar to what happened at the Gathering of Tribes back in 2024. I lead the opening and closing ceremony, a playful voice activation workshop (a hit!), a few card sessions, a New Moon ritual, and perhaps most importantly – opening my first Card Gallery to the public. Let’s have a peek, shall we? 👀

The feedback was great and meaningful reminding me of how much I love doing this (btw if you have some facilitation feedback for me – don’t be shy).

Magic indeed. It’s quite clear that art & facilitation are where I shine most. The wish for this year is to step it up. Up. UPPPP. And spend way more time in that beautiful space. Invitations are more than welcome 🤗

Meanwhile, happy news – I just got funding from Enspiral to create a cardified toolkit disseminating Enspiral patterns into the world. I’m so excited! After Wild Cards original, making books with Tree House Collective, and creating the powerful Microsolidarity Deck it’s time to take another network on a journey.

This one feels like the last deck building the foundations of the cardified facilitation ecosystem. I have the process, and now it’s time to find more organisations / networks / projects to build together with. If you have leads for me – hesitate not!

There’s a sailing piece of me that is also awakening again.

A friend with a boat called me this week asking if I want to organise another sailing adventure in Holland. The last one was great, maybe it’s time to do another one this August?

I’m also considering organising my captain’s trip, this time on a small yacht. It’s the last missing piece for my non-commercial captain license – 400 hours of captaining a vessel. Somehow I feel I’m ready enough to step into these shoes.

If you’re into sailing together, then press the magic button below and tell me your sailing dreams:

Sail Together!

(📸 A beautiful moment of Helmotherapy aboard Tecla, during the Atlantic crossing last winter ⛵️).

Finally, this is to celebrate signing another client for my Wizard as a Service offering – this time coaching through creating a short documentary film about the path of a Shaman. I love catalysing people to create meaningful things. If you or your project require a wizard, you know where to find one 🪶

Ok, I think that’s it for now.

Next steps:

• Close this chapter at TDF, pack my cards and bounce.

• Transition crossfade through Portugal

• Head to Ibiza for May

• Enspiral gathering next to Berlin in June

And maybe it’s finally time:

• Borderland?

Sending Love and wishing you a delightful Moon Cycle!
Michał

It only took a 1 hour van ride, followed by a 10 hour bus ride, then a 3 hour flight and another 9 hour flight. Going the other way, from Europe to South America, took 45 days.

It feels so weird to be in Europe again.

Somehow Brasil seems so far away, and it was literally yesterday. I guess the big Ocean in between makes a difference.

As a part of my Lisbon ritual I climbed my favourite hill. It’s an important one in my life story, and I have been climbing it ever since my first landing in Lisbon back in 2014. Somehow I always felt connected to that place. Today, on the way up, I bumped into a friend. She asked where I’m going and I told her the truth – “up to my favourite hill”. Turns out there is this legend about a godess and a date on that very place. The date didn’t go so well and the pissed off godess wacked her serpent tail around and made all the other hills in Lisbon. I’m not sure what to make of that, but it’s always good to bump into a friend and add another story to my local lore.

The fire horse year is f* crazy.

I’m holding on tight and keep on mumbling “ojojoj...”. I watch my dreams come alive, then die, then come alive again. Support comes. Then goes. Then comes back stronger than ever. Some days I feel stuck and alone and tired. And then I shift and the world is a delicious paradise again.

Fun.

So, Brasil... I spent the last moon cycle in a beautiful valley in Bahia. Mostly solo time. Recalibration. A lot of solo hiking into the jungle. Waterfalls. Heart opening. A lot of work too, which felt funny considering the entire collection of technical obstacles, such as a broken screen of my laptop, no power for many days, and no reception in the valley, meaning no power = no internet.

(Pretty, isn’t it?)

It all somehow made sense. I went through a deep recalibration process, shifting many pieces of me, becoming, rediscovering. All the nice adjectives together. Shake them well and see what happens. It was the perfect place to do it. And, heck, a part of me wishes I would have stayed for another month or three.

Alas, it’s time for moving on again.

Moving.

again.

Ok, so I edited the photos from my absurdly long hikes to get some kind of closure, and still didn’t get it. Maybe when the analogue pics come from the lab. Maybe then I will land in Europe. My spirit is so not here.

The horse keeps on galloping though, so I better keep up with it. I think I’m doing well, given the circumstances I am creating for myself.

I’m building a Pirate Universe and it feels like a beautiful dream that is bringing me closer and closer to my highest timeline. Next week I’m going to Ibiza for a few days to be the Pirate Emissary armed with the Pirate Map and find the Beginning. A great mission for a wizard. Wish me luck and send a prayer 🪶

I’m crystalising the vision for Wild Cards and it feels like it’s aaaaalmost there. Every now and then when I go for a very long walk I can feel it clear and by the time I come home it’s not quite there yet. Keep on walking. It’s coming.

I’m re-starting the momentum for Tree House Collective. We created three beautiful books and they are all available to buy. We just need to find the right path to market. Experimentation time. And hey – these books are great. Consider getting one or three 😅 And you get bonus wizard points for sending me a pic of the book in the wild.

I’ve also started to play the LinkedIn game. Are you there? Connect, engage, let’s play! I’m in an experimenting phase, with posts ranging from written stand-up through reflections on heart-opening to projects I’m collaborating with.

Ok.

Time to rest. The next days will be intense:

• find me at TDF facilitating a co-housing gathering

• then Ibiza

• then Porto

The horse keeps on gallopppppppppppping. It might be discombobulating but hey – let’s go!

🔥🔥🔥

Before I wish you well for the next cycle, I need to make a request – a dear brother and founder of Traditional Dream Factory has been diagnosed with a rare tumour. Sam has created a space of transformation for many humans (including myself), and for years has been grinding like a mad man to keep it going against all odds. You can read his raw article about how hard regeneration really is. We are rising funds to support his journey to recovery. It would mean a lot if you would consider chipping in.

🤍🤍🤍

Ok, now I can wish you all the health, and joy, and persistence in this crazy times. May you and your loved ones flourish, and the blazing horse bless you with its flames!

Love and Light,
Michał

I’m finally catching up on everything that has to be caught up on and enjoying two weeks of solo traveling in another Brasilian paradise. It’s time to recalibrate, get shit done, and enjoy incredible hikes all around.

Last time I wrote you from the Falklands heading to my post-sailing decompression in Puerto Natales, Chile. It was a month ago and it feels like three or more... Let’s rewind.

It’s quite funny – I was looking for a small town, within a bus reach from Punta Arenas, with a good view and some sweet hikes around. I picked Puerto Natales after a quick research, and the name seemed appropriate for a spot to celebrate my birthday. Turns out that it’s The Spot, and hikers from all over the world travel there to visit Torres del Paine national park ⛰.

It’s an absolutely stunning place.

I spent a few days hiking, creating acts of psychomagic and celebrating another year on this beautiful planet. What a ride!

And then – hop, hop – and I’m in Brasil.

First, the best landing – Tiwa – an amazing space in the jungle, not too far from São Paulo. Luscious forest, absurdly comfortable glamping domes, sauna and the river.

Unfortunately the project is in a challenging state and it seems that the future is very uncertain. Sad, alas transformation is a natural step in life and I’m quite positive that with the amazingness of the humans involved the next iteration will be delightful.

Few days there, and then it’s time for Bahia. Ah, Bahia. What a place. Beach, coconuts and mel de cacao in abundance. But it was not a holiday, quite the opposite.

For two weeks my Pirate Team has been working day and night on creating an epic proposal of how to bring Cala Millor, a unique 48m ship, back into the world and launch a sailing revolution. I dislike the word “revolution” but we are literally talking about a possibility of changing the sailing industry. And I think we have the right crew for it.

(Just a few humble Pirates, but there are more out there!)

It really is quite a dream to experience the kind of flow state that unfolded on the last day of the sprint. All the pieces that we (and many more amazing people) have been building for years finally came together into an epic proposal sent at 3:38am to our Delusional Leader (a self-appointed title, I love my team 🤍).

Negotiations are now in progress, and we all have a good feeling about it. And if we get a green light, then my life will kinda change forever. ✨ Poof ✨ I can actually feel it very strongly in my body, and I love it.

I’m not gonna go into details for now, but instead show you two beautiful pieces that were created.

(The Pirate Code – five principles to embody the archetype of a Pirate of Love. It is self appointed, as in you can just become one, no membership required 🏴‍☠️.)

(The visual vibe of fleet we’re creating – which ship would you sail on? Let me know for A/B testing purposes 😉!)

Here’s one of the highlights – a photo shoot of the holopuni canoe (the best vessel evah!) in the pool. One more moment to remind me how much I love creating universes and art and have fun with amazing humans. This year this part of me shall be very well fed 🤗.

And I can’t wait for the analogue pics of that moment! It was all about the analogue pics in the first place.

Ok, so now it’s this big deciding moment. In around two weeks I’ll be flying to Europe knowing that I’m moving to Ibiza for the year, or ... Who knows. The mantra for this year is that whatever happens is the best thing that could have happened. Send a prayer my way if you can ☘️

Love, light and mangoes in abundance (you deserve!) 🥭.

Michał (in the wild)

ps. Meanwhile carrrrdification continues, and this one has proven to be the most valuable card:

I just stepped of the sailing ship Tecla after 52 days on board with 15 other humans. We crossed 6200 nautical miles, which is almost a quarter of the equator’s circumference, and by far the longest crossing I have done in my life.

It’s a strange feeling to be back on land and I’m excited for it. This year is shaping to be incredible and my creative soul is ready to wizard around at full capacity.

But first, a moment of reflection after fulfilling a dream that was with me since teenage years – crossing the Atlantic on a sailing ship. What a life!

In my excitement of coming back to land life I hopped on writing this moonly letter somehow expecting that I’ll be able to wrap up my thoughts into something sendable in one or two sittings. That turned out impossible. Being at the middle of a venn diagram of a sailor, facilitator, community organiser and documentation pro I defaulted into writing an in-depth reflection on the voyage and as I kept moving through all the notes it just turned out to be a complicated and important article. Something that I want to take time to write.

Meanwhile, I kept slowly opening all the different pieces of my land life and quickly realised that if I’m not mindful I’ll just get swamped with work while all I need is a decompression and a gentle kickstart of what’s going to be another amazing year.

It seems that today I’m finally leaving from the archipelago and that’s a great motivator to actually finish this letter – it feels like a natural end of a chapter, and a very long one.

So here we go.

The Falklands is a strange place. When I first walked around I felt like I’m transported into a dystopian sci-fi novel, where the global catastrophe (you pick) finally happened and only a few remote and isolated human settlements survived. There are barely any trees. The wind howls and howls. Everyone drives a 4x4 and there are shipping containers everywhere. People are trying to make a life in a very inhospitable land.

Even the wildlife looks ominous.

Perhaps that’s the defense mechanism from the cruise ship tourists who keep on swarming the town every few days instantly doubling the population of the archipelago for a few mad hours. The tourism bonanza keeps on spinning, then everyone falks off and the streets get quiet and empty again. It’s a strange vibe. Still - nature is nature, powerful and magickal. Once you leave the settlement the wild windswept treeless landscapes open up. The place definitely has character.

I’m happy I visited and I’m very happy to move on to the next chapter.

⛵️

So, how was the crossing?

Absurdly long. Socially challenging. Tiring. Full of beautiful spectacles of nature. We had lightning storms, torrential downpours, days of burning sun and everything in between. We were visited by albatrosses, whales, dophins, seals, and even grasshoppers (wtf!).

The sea is soo vast and soo full of life. It’s a feeling like no other to connect to the lineage of seafarers and experience first hand what does it take to cross an ocean.

The trip was far from a smooth ride and bliss. There were moments of that, yes, and there are some epic stories to tell, but the underlying flavour was that of strange social dynamics that I’m lucky not to be used to anymore. I feel so privileged to exist within the new culture, based on love, play and elevating each other to become our best selves together. It’s quite a cultural shock to step into a different reality and be stuck within it for a long time. It definitely helped me build more resilience and upgraded my wizarding capacity. For that I’m so grateful. In the end I am responsible for my own experience.

It was quite a feeling to find myself dancing and singing at the bow of the ship as the amount of miles to go dropped to a hundred or so. I am still here, smiling, the unextinguishable spirit. And it was so rewarding to bring a few of my social games into the group and catalyse depth and connection, even if for short periods. I know it didn’t go unnoticed and I could feel the difference it had made, even if subtle.

I’m leaving the ship with a huge amount of notes and ideas for how to create profound transformational journeys on sailing ships. I still believe they are the most amazing vehicle to explore the world and build beautiful relationships. I’m so happy that I actually get to do it with Cala Millor and my dear friends Piratas do Amor.

Life is oh so tasty.

I know that it’s gonna be a challenging year. I can already feel the amount of work that I am taking on. It will require new routines, radical focus, and elevating my own capacity to a completely new level. I’m so excited for it and I’m ready to grind. The flywheel is already spinning.

As I hosted a card session on New Years Eve a friend whispered to my ear that we’re exactly where we need to be. It is so true.

Was this the most amazing sailing trip of my life? Not really. Was it exactly the trip I needed – yes, definitely so.

As our captain likes to say – there are no problems, only solutions. I’m here to work out what will be the ones I deploy into the world in these coming months and looking forward to get you involved and play together.

Thank you for coming along for the journey. Your support and friendship means the world to me.

Sending love from the Falklands,
Michał

One step closer to becoming the Wizard of the Waters 💧.

It’s my last night here and tomorrow I’m heading to Tenerife. It feels like a beginning of another cycle – with this majestic Canarian Rock being somewhat a liminal space between the Land Life and the Sea Life.

After all, I’m about to embark on a 40 day crossing, heading roughly SSW non-stop for around 5500 nautical miles – a distance that I can’t quite visualise in my mind.

The last Moon cycle was a mix of highs and lows. Starting with my final days in Ibiza, when I pretty much fell in love with the island, after the island made sweet sweet love to your humble wizard. I still can feel the energy of that magickal place and I’m very much looking forward to coming back next year, and yes – it seems that again it will be for longer.

(such a treat to have my analogue photos from the summer developed 🤍)

After Ibiza I hopped on a ferry to the mainland for another retreat of Enspiral Europe at Casa Tilo. It’s a fascinating time in the network – we raised the point where we are ready to spend money together (which have been accumulating over the last couple of years from monthly subscriptions) and it sparks the whole bunch of conversations. I’ve been always impressed how mature, balanced, and elevating the conversations (especially disagreements) are in Enspiral. You can sense the years of experience and I’m learning so much just from following the threads (not mentioning participating). I’ve said that many times and I’ll do it again – Enspiral made a massive difference to my professional life and I’m totally bullish on it continuing to thrive in it’s (relatively) new nodified format. And now yes – let’s co-invest some funds together 🪄

And it’s a nice bunch of humans 😅

Then a few swift moves (hello Madrid, hello Sintra) and here I was, landing in Amsterdam on a cloudless, warm November day. Amsterdam. My favourite city in the world, and it was soo good to be back. It was a special visit – I came for a traditional sailing convention to represent Cala Millor – the Flagship for Regeneration.

It’s such a treat to work on this project, together with Christian, Doron, Diego and Chris and Raissa. Epic team, epic vision, and there I was, wizard questing to establish us on the map of the industry and find captains and crew. I loved it. Beautiful connections were made, seeds for future dreams were planted, and I’m very much looking forward to our first season in Ibiza (and beyond) – the ship is now in refit and we should be sailing in June 2026. Next steps – build up the storytelling. Caaaaan’t wait!

And ofc, one of the delicious treats of Amsterdam was to hang out with Jorn – a fellow sailor, the founder of BounceSpace an amazing community coworking space in Amsterdam, and a dear friend who pretty much opened this magickal city for me. Eternal gratitude, Mr Jorn 🤍

(ps. Jorn is selling an amazing 30m flat bottom sailing ship if you’re interested ⛵️)

And then came the crash.

I pushed myself quite a bit and got sick somewhere along the journey, which resulted in confining myself to a bed for some time. My hopes for enjoying Sintra’s hills and forests disappeared in the mist and my productivity dropped to close to zero. Oh well. It was bound to happen I guess. I’m glad I’m out of the dip and I’m feeling energised again. And hey, I got to watch some films which resulted in setting up a dedicated telegram channel as a way of keeping a public diary of films I’m watching.

And as a really nice bonus from life I had a verrrrry nice date 🌞.

Now I’m in Lisbon, packed and ready to go. I didn’t manage to close all the things I wanted before heading South, but I guess that’s how it is. I’m switching now to holiday mode, and probably will cheat one (hopefully just one) day to wrap up all the things that need wrapping up before disappearing into the life at sea until the end of January. Which also means you won’t be hearing from me for a while.

I’ll be thinking of you though 🤗 Being in the middle of the ocean, one cherishes memories of all the wonderful people encountered on their path, and I’ll have plenty of miles for that. Feel free and encouraged to send me a voice note in the next day, no matter how long. It will be so nice to listen to you while surrounded by the infinite water.

🌊

I’m so curious who will I be resurfacing as on the other side. What will be the challenges, the lessons, the most wonderful moments – and ofc, the upgrades. I’ll let you know when I find out.

For now, I’m sending you a big hug along with wishes of an amazing moon cycle, nourishing winter festivities (whichever ones you enjoy engaging in), a magnificastic new year celebration, and ofc – even better year than the current one – let’s keep the tendency pointing up, in spite of everything. Keep on shining, dear friend! And thank you for being here and being a part of my life 🤍 I can feel your presence and it means a lot!

Love and Light,
Michał

ps. My fav pic of me in the last years, another mega treat from the analogue roll. Thank you, Austeja 🤍

It’s my second time here, and there’s already a pre-eliminary slot in my calendar for the next visit, and it seems that the tendency is to stay longer every time.

I’m not surprised.

Beyond the dazzle of wealthy lifestyles and charming bays, there’s a special kind of magic here that I’m starting to tap into. It feels familiar, powerful and indeed – very damn seductive.

But let’s start from the beginning.

I arrived here on business – to join Piratas do Amor in building a dream project – a 42 meter sailing ship on a quest to become the Flagship of the Regenerative Movement.

How we got here is really quite a story.

Cala Millor is a historic vessel and the last survivor from the Balearic Fleet. Currently in a shipyard it is experiencing a literal regeneration – being given a second life after sinking in Ibiza a while back.

The new mission?

Connecting organic farms in the Balearic Islands and Mediterranean, hosting transformative gatherings, and eventually heading across the Atlantic into the Amazon and back via the Azores.

With a 400 tons cargo hold, space for 150 guests for day trips, the capacity to sail worldwide, an established network of organic producers and proper funding in place, I’m still somewhat in disbelief that I get to play a part in this beautiful game. And yet, it makes perfect sense.

To make the whole shabang even sweeter – the people in the project, both in the core and around it, are absolutely incredible. I’ve been experiencing so much love, creative flow, support, generosity, meaningful introductions, fun invitations, and all sorts of delights that I can’t help but smile and dive right in.

There’s gonna be challenges on the way for sure, but hey:

Which brings me to the other big part of my Ibizan adventure – my third ceremony with the Tea, this time with the Huni Kuin family.

While the ceremony happened during one night, the process lasted the entire weekend and I’m only properly resurfacing from it now. My heart is sooo open. I’ve been kinda beaming out love and light most of the time, at least in the IRL space – the digital world is somehow more challenging, perhaps because its totally disembodied. Speaking of the body, I’ve finally rebooted my yoga practice, something I kept trying to do for a while now but never managed to keep up.

While all these changes might fade with time, I can feel a deep reprogramming that happened, and I’ve anchored the fuck out of it in my body and with the incredible music of the Huni Kuin. And the music was an essential piece of this puzzle.

Mapu shared that the songs are balancing prayers – bringing the energy in the bodies into balance. I could feel it during the ceremony and during the days that followed, and with every day spent with the Huni Kuin my voice was singing with them louder and louder all the way until the final night when we joined a Vision Quest ritual. That was such a special moment and it broke my heart open even more. I’ll leave this story for our time in person.

Here’s Mapu on Spotify:

It’s such a treat to be able to listen to this music again and again. Can’t wait to sing with the tribe next time!

So here I am, hopping onto the last couple of days in Ibiza before traveling to Casa Tilo for Enspiral Gathering. This also shifts me into the WildCards Mode. I’ve been playing with Cards to develop Cala Millor of course, but now it’s time to finish up the demo and get ready for take-off. It is happening!

Speaking of, the Microsolidarity deck is out, and its looking absolutely glorious. First of all the deck turned out great and super useful for all sort of hosting / community building activities. You also get hand made pouches by Su and Ju (artisans living in Portugal), beautiful drawings by Silvia, and it’s all printed in Europe on eco paper in solar powered factory. Because not everything has to come from China 🌳.

More decks to come! If you want to make one and wish to collabo, you know where to find me 😉.

I’m feeling very excited and happy. Sending that vibe your way as well, along with the wishes of a wonderful Moon cycle!

Love and Light,
Michał

ps. Kiki, the most wonderful cat I’ve had the honour to know, is looking for a Home for a few months (I’m too nomadic to live with her atm, and the other cat parent is moving to a new place which is not suitable for Kiki). If you can help out let me know, all support super appreciated 🤍

Days with the K are always the best 🐈‍⬛.

It feels SOO good to be here looking up at the trees, and also SOO good to be in one spot without moving for a month. My body craves more, but it’s almost time to go for more adventures.

Deep breath in. And even deeper breath out.

Wow.

I just looked through my Moonly Squares and found out that the cycle that just finished started in Poland. It feels so far away now... And yet it stays in my heart. I can easily tune in to the surprising feeling that hit me on the way to the airport – an unexpected monster wave engulfed me with emotions, feeling profound connection with my family and a deep desire to spend more time with them. I almost cried in the car, and that doesn’t happen a lot in my life.

A quick reload in Lisbon resulting in a 20km wizard walk attempting to process the dillema of my next step with every step – should I go to Pico for two weeks, or head to TDF for a month. In the end, my body choose the feeling of stability and while I know that both paths would have resulted in amazing time, I’m glad that I’m in this universe that I chose to create.

I miss Pico though.

Being in TDF always feels special, but this time I came with a very specific goal – to re-asses my place in this project and discover what is the commitment level that I want to have.

For context, I fully stepped into the core of TDF in the Golden Era of 2022, and then gravitated further away in the coming years, while always remaining close enough to be a part of its story. Many of my close friends come from the Sheep Tribe, and my experiences here have been life-defining. And yet, while being a wonderful place, TDF was not able to fulfill my needs, especially when it comes to professional development and being immersed in epic nature.

As my life threads continue to weave bringing sailing expeditions to far away places, constant leveling up of my professional craft as a card master, facilitator and experience design artist, the time I spent here became less and less.

Until now.

It’s so fucking good to be back. I’m so happy I invested my time and sweat in building this dream, and I’m so happy that I was always around and connected. TDF still feels like home, and it seems that this September is another golden era.

(old friends, reunited, in a beautiful TDF cafe)

I’ve spent the month witnessing delightful changes in the project and many friends who got disconnected and even disillusioned with it over the years have returned in force to be a part of the Citizen Gathering. With 60 people on the ground going up to 80 for the party night it felt like hosting a festival in our home garden. So much laughter, play, and constructive criticism resulting in tangible energy that is now directed into advancing TDF to its next phase.

I just hopped off the call with my friends crafting a a pack of 4 proposals that we’re about to submit to the DAO. I’ve decided to support TDF with my newsletter magick in the coming months (subscribe here). And most importantly – I feel like coming back for longer next year, which is probably the most important indicator of how I feel about this place.

Building this dream with friends, old and new, is a privilege that I’m grateful for and am looking forward to.

Many, many Baaaaaahs to all of you, beautiful humans!

The gathering itself was a fantastic wizarding practice. I hosted workshops, meta-hosted parts of the gathering and received a lot of appreciation for my craft. I have plenty of ideas how to make our yearly gathering even better. And I feel a lot of energy to give back.

Looking ahead, it looks like 2026 will be a delightful mix of South America, Pico, TDF, sailing and then... heading to New Zealand. I’m so fucking excited.

But first – the fall is here.

In a few days I’m heading to the North of Portugal to spend quality time with Silvia, Kiki and Audrey, and support the Tribe in the North. Soon after I’m flying to Ibiza for the first sprint developing the Flagship of the Regenerative Fleet.

Btw, have you heard the legend of Cala Millor as she cuts across the waves towards a mystical island? I’ll tell you more in the next letter!

Excitement of what’s to come is accompanied by a bit of anxiety. I’ll be moving a lot again in October and to be honest, I’d rather stay in one place. That’s clearly not in the cards just yet, so I surrender and leave it for 2026. BENGA!

Meanwhile, I’ll keep on catalysing people to shine wherever I go.

I'm chilling in the garden of the library where I spent many hours during my high school times. Apparently it's my "reconnect with the town of birth" day. I'm really, really enjoying Kraków, which is kinda the first time in years. I'm also really enjoying Poland (the land) a lot. Maybe it's because I haven't been here during summer in around a decade, or maybe it's something else. In any case – a very pleasant feeling.

I’ve been blessed to discover a magickal place in Poland together with a magickal creature.

Being with the family is not easy, but I feel I'm making some kind of progress. I'm getting closer with my sister, which is wonderful, and I'm trying to support mum who definitely needs support, and that feels good too. My relationship with dad feels still beyond my capacity, and perhaps luckily, he decided to spend this time away from home, which makes more space to connect with the women in my family.

My 97 year old granny (bless her!), with my mum and sister.

It feels good to revisit my roots every now and then. While not easy, there's something very nutritious there, and I feel that I'm learning a lot about myself. I definitely didn't drink enough Ayahuasca to be able to constantly radiate love, but I'm slowly getting there. It helps to take off the shoes and go into the forest to recalibrate. I'm so grateful for these moments.

My visit in Sweden feels now long, long time ago, but the aftermath is still radiating bright. I took part in my second Aya ceremony, and the first time in Daime tradition, and loved every minute of it. I can still tune in to that feeling of spaciousness, from which the divine wisdom can shine through me. All I need is to make space for it, which is particularly challenging in my family home, but the level of difficulty is appropriate to the level of the player, so I wouldn't expect nothing else, and hey – I'm all here for it.

I've been also summarising pages of notes from the Styrsö Sessions where I have been developing WildCards with Dan. It's becoming clear that I need to radically prioritise creating as much stability and supportive environment for my next months so I can catalyse this project with all my wizard superpowers. I'm excited for this new level of my career and I'm ready to build up a little treasure chest of resources so I can start building my Pico Paradise next year. Plus go to Burning Man. Plus go to New Zealand for six months. Great wishes indeed 🙃.

Speaking of wishes...

As I looked through my old journal I found the yearly review and damn... The wishlist is going very strong. And the next one just progressed into a concrete plan in my calendar – The Atlantic Crossing!

That's a massive deal for me. I was dreaming of crossing the Atlantic for years, at least since leaving Edinburgh, which feels like 17 lifetimes ago.

Not only am I getting the Atlantic Crossing – I'm getting the LONGEST Atlantic crossing, and on one of my favourite ships – Tecla, rigged like a dream, tough like a tank, and absurdly comfortable (2 people cabins each with a private toilet and shower).

We start on the 6th of December from Tenerife and sail SSW for 5500 nautical miles all the way to Falkland Islands. It's a 46-day adventure, and pretty much all of it is just pure continuous sailing. I absolutely can't wait, even more since yesterday when I had a call with the captain and she is awesome. Plus – there's a colony of penguins in Falklands, and I miss these little funsters a lot since Antarctica.

Are you feeling a little tingling of adventure in your stomach? Reach out and let's get you on board!

I also made this little form to start collecting your sailing dreams. Add yours and let's make them happen!

What's your sailing dream?

Next steps:

Portugal. I have been completely torn between going to Pico for two weeks or going to TDF for a month, and while I still haven't landed on the final decision, I feel that my body is desperate for less movement. I don't want to rush Azores, and next time I go there I want to spent a proper chunk of time and start building. But to build I need resources. To get resources I need energy, and I'm spending too much of it lately on moving around. It's a tough decision, and also such a privilege to be deciding between two fantastic options.

Okay, it's time to bounce for another stroll around Kraków, and I have a sunset magic spell to perform that I haven't managed to make space for yet. Luckily, there is the perfect hill in a forest and the weather looks just right for spell casting.

Let's Wizard away!

Wishing you a wonderful moon cycle 🤍
Michał

Life is good.

The madness of June is now over, and I feel fully transitioned into a different mode of life.

Nowhere was a great shift - providing a clear deadline to close all the digital things and take some time offline to be present NOW HERE, and enjoy the magick of building another sailing ship on the Playa.

This time I felt like leading the whole shipbuilding workshop – we made 3 sails (including long night sewing sessions), weaved a net to chill in, and added a second mast, inspired by the one-and-only Grayhound.

(just keep on sewing that sail)

One of my favourite memories was inflating 2x 25-people life rafts right after the sandstorm and watch a whole bunch of hippies in a frenzy of saving their lives and hopping into the rafts. It was so delightfully absurd. I love Nowhere.

Ah, and there was a special honour and treat – I got invited to officiate my fourth wedding, this time of a trio. I love officiating weddings! 😎

It feels great to reflect on these memories.

After the Playa came a day of decompression at Rich and Nati's (what a treat to be in that place again, you should check it out) and then the adventure gods took me to Ibiza to connect with a very exciting sailing project in collaboration with Piratas do Amor and Juntos Farm – a 40 metre sailing ship with a very unique set of features currently going through a massive refit (or the Greatest Refit as we called it) getting ready for epic adventures starting from Spring 2026.

(That’s how she looked in her prime time...)

(… and that’s where she is today)

I'm very curious how this will unfold. I'll be traveling to another island soon, to advance the conversation and see what will be my involvement.

Ibiza itself was a strange mix of meetings, heat, shaping futures, and pathfinding wilderness (which unfortunately is not easy to come by). It was great to feel myself grow on that crazy rock. Thank you 🤍.

(That day when people kept asking if we know about the performance on the beach, and we decided that we are the pre-performance.)

After Ibiza I had a fantastic day in Barcelona with a dear friend Lucile, which served as a well needed transition into the next chapter, and the summer highlight I was looking forward to for a while – the business bootcamp in the wonderful Swedish archipelago.

It's quite amazing to be here, seeing new horizon of my professional life and steadily moving towards it.

Excitement, determination, and lighthearted chill summer vibes.

Sending Love,
Michał

I've spent a cycle in Faial, to reconnect with my favourite archipelago and check out how would it feel to live on the island that always felt like where the metaphorical grass is greener.

Funny enough, what I found that while being in Faial the grass looks greener on Pico. I sense a lesson here.

I've been sucked into a vortex of work work work. I think I didn't go insane due to magnificent support from Darya, and the fact that I absolutely love all the projects that I was shipping, and that I'm just a fucking tough guy with infinite energy. But even one of my closest friends noticed a point that was growing inside for a while – I'm working way too much, and now I finally do wish to change that.

It's of course not that simple. Prioritising priorities is not an easy task for me. I get excited about so many projects and I love to help and I love to give energy to things I believe in. And then I get overstretched between multiple projects and that's where I don't want to go again.

It's becoming quite clear what the priorities are. And as my career grows it becomes more important to say "no" to things that are not fully align. I guess I'm writing it here to reinforce this idea for myself. Thanks for witnessing.

So, what this Wizard was up to in the last month?

Finishing the Cultivating Neighbourhoods book and shipping the gorgeous first copies! As my partner in the Tree House Collective pointed out it's the third book we printed in the last 12 months. Incredible!

(first ever printed copy held by one of the authors)

Finishing the Microsolidarity Deck – my first b2b cardification assignment and a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with a human that has been a big inspiration for my entire community building journey – the Rich himself.

I absolutely loved facilitating at Casa Tilo – a beautiful house surrounded by a lush forest and hills with a sea view. Daily plunges in the pool and barefoot walks in nature were a big treat. I felt inspired, energised, and supported by the space, and even more so by the wonderful team running it. As a result, the whole group had a fantastic time.

The deck gave me an opportunity to work on the production aspect of cards. It's a whole art in itself – finding the right suppliers, coordinating the team, making sure the product is as high quality as we can get it to be in a given period of time. It feels like the wildcards are stepping into a new era.

Speaking of the new era...

Summer Solstice marked a transition into a new one. It felt so clear to my wizard self. It gave me a sort-of graduation feeling – I worked fucking hard to get here, and now it's time to celebrate and harvest the rewards.

My next steps:

Nowhere – chill and fun
Ibiza – connecting with the potential flagship for my sailing life
Sweden – deep business incubation time with my business coach
Poland – chill and family time

And then Pico to finally start building that wizard cabin in the woods that I've been dreaming about. See you soon, Azorean fam 🤍

In the meantime I had a call with the captain of the ship that took me to Antarctica, and we're negotiating the deal for our next voyage, taking us beyond the Antarctic Circle – where not many boats go. If you're feeling the call for an adventure of a lifetime send me a message 😎.

Wishing you an incredible Summer 🌞
Michał

I'm back to Azores after a long time away for a minimum viable hop (1 month), and this time I felt like checking out how it is to live on the neighbouring piece of rock.

I've been here for only a week, so no solid conclusions yet, although (surprise surprise) I'm already noticing things I love and things I don't like so much – shocking insight, I know.

Looking over to Pico, from Horta – the first port of entry in Europe.

Before coming here I took a few days break in Pico, connecting with my friends, revisiting the island, and checking out the pile of rocks on my land that want to become a house.

Every time I'm here I'm noticing myself going into a cabin-building mode, and this time it somehow got more alive. Wouldn't it be delightful to build a little forest paradise? Even if I wouldn't live here full time (I'm way too semi-nomadic for that), there's something amazing about having a space where I can chill for some time, and invite friends to. I can almost feel a Wish forming in me to call a Burn in 2026, get a team to the island, and together build something really cool in record time.

But I'm jumping ahead.

Because there's still the 1%.

The most annoying, difficult, feeling like at least 55%. The one percent separating me from completing two massive projects. And I promised myself - no new projects talk until the painful 99% turns into shiny 100 ⭐️.

The last moon cycle has been somewhat insane, while also being absolutely great.

Let's start with the Microsolidarity Deck – my first b2b deck making gig, for the project that reshaped my community building career. Over 5 days we crafted the core of the deck with 18 people, only to realise during the Open Day playtesting that some critical deck mechanics don't work forcing us to pivot. While somewhat annoying (more work) that's precisely what playtesting is for. And the deck that is almost ready to be shipped feels much, much better than the previous version.

Still - the last 1% feels heroic. It is not only the battle with polishing, consolidating, proof-reading, fixing typos, but most importantly the internal battle with the perfectionist self wanting to make it the best possible thing. It's gonna be. And, yes, I'd be better if we'd spend another 6 months playtesting, but that's what second editions are for.

If you want more context of the deck, have a look at the 32 min recording of the Open Day walkthrough, where I got to wear my funkiest costume so far :)

Meanwhile, the Cultivating Neighbourhoods book is also in 99% done. While the book itself was finished in April, there's a whole load of work that goes into getting it ready for publishing, and this time that work expanded significantly, as we finally setup a company for Tree House Collective, and started moving all the three books to print-on-demand.

It's aaaaalmost there, well, at least the Cultivating Neighbourhoods book is. Still, the last 1% is a crazy push, and I'm definitely noticing that having two projects in that final phase is not very healthy for my sanity. I end up overworking myself and then crash and not have capacity for anything else. Luckily the island is here to hold me, with all its nature and delightful swimming spots.

This coming week is the completion week. I said it last week, and it didn't work. This time it will.

It's time to ship.

It's time to switch to looking ahead.

It's time to swim.

(one never regrets a swim)

Wishing you a wonderful moon cycle,
Michał

ps. Next steps after Faial: Nowhere. Find me at Sheepy Ship if you're around and see the improvements to our vessel 🐑⛵️. Baaah!

Let's go!

(Btw, we'll have a 32-minute online event showcasing what we're doing this Saturday. You can join here.)

As I ground in the space and prepare for creating another cool thing I can sense the performance anxiety creeping in. I wish to deliver absolutely maximum value. I wish to create a world-changing deck of cards. I wish to springboard to more organisations wanting to hire my services to play together.

I'm a performer by nature, so while stressful, I know how to turn this feeling into fuel. All I need is to ground, exhale, and put myself into a position of catalysing flow.

And hey – feeling all that means that I'm expanding my capacity.

The last moon cycle was a lot about that.

(very serious facilitator face)

I hosted another month-long mastermind resulting in an actionable field guide designed to catalyse positive shifts within neighbourhoods in urban and rural contexts.

12 people. One month. 3 hours of co-creation per day. A lot of fun and a lot of challenges. It was tough to harmonise the group into the collective flowstate. I felt stretched with too many tabs open. And some of the interpersonal dynamics added a degree of complexity that was constantly pushing my limits.

In the end, friendships were forged and the book was created. And it's quality is far beyond what we've done before, so I guess it's a good moment to appreciate the challenges that made it possible. No need for AI, just humans sense-making together with all the delightful chaos.

Flames are needed to forge 🔥

And we forged quite something: Cultivating Neighbourhoods: Spells, Quests, and Scribbles for Thriving Together.

The book is now in post-production getting ready for print. You can pre-order here and we’ll be shipping it by the end of the month:

After the mastermind I traveled to Berlin for the retreat of Enspiral Europe. I have now a whole deck of cards filled with notes and the renewed commitment to this network and people who make it what it is – a generosity paradise. Enspiral literally transformed my business, and gave me access to a diverse group of amazing humans constantly expanding my perspective.

This gathering felt somewhat different to the previous ones – there's more of a springy growth feeling. Our node is expanding, both in terms of new people and the capacity for creating impact. And with a few thousand euros of collective money we've finally reached the point of having meaningful discussions on how to spend it.

In the meantime my brain is a bit in overdrive.

(happy overdrive though)

I have a few balls in the air and I'm noticing a deep desire to slow down the pace of movement and bring more focus and depth into my professional life.

Do 3-month-things rather than 1-month-things.
Focus on cards as a facilitation tool and as an interactive art.
Create epic sailing expeditions.

I'm so grateful for receiving support at different stages of my life helping me navigate all the conundrums I'm facing, designing the life I want to live, and actually living it.

I'm soon heading to Azores to reconnect what used to be my Home. I'm so curious to feel the islands again – will it remain my base for the years to come? There's only one way to find out!

Wishing you a delightful Moon cycle!
Michał

ps. Silvia, one of my closest humans and my all-time-fav visual artist is making a special thing – an illustrated book turning hundreds of anonymous submission of shameful things into a story. I've had some early sneak peaks and it gives me shivers. Have a look at the crowdfunding page and consider getting a copy of the book!

pps. And now, the moment you've been waiting for – Quest Antarctica Trailer Video.

If you'd like to join the expedition in 2026 let me know 😎 It seems like there's enough momentum to start organising the crew for the expedition to the Continent of Ice.

As I've been flying over the Atlantic my subconscious was trying to process all that has happened on the Other Side. But flights are just way too fast. While my body is definitely here, my spirit still has quite some way to catch up with it. Perhaps this electronic letter will help to reunite the two?

Soo... Brazil. I was really curious what it has to offer, and the wildcard below sums it up pretty well:

My plan was to avoid big cities and explore nature. The journey started with visiting my friends Chris & Raissa in TIWA - a new-born project stewarding a 300ha (soon to be 700ha) of Atlantic Rainforest, apparently the most biodiverse forest in the world.

Darya and I were the guinea pigs prototyping what it means to be a guest/volunteer in TIWA. As a Catalyst Wizard (at your service, 🎩!) I've supported the core team of four with a series of wildcard sessions aimed at gathering context of the current state of the project, clarifying the vision, identifying challenges, and suggesting next steps to move towards the big vision effectively.

The result was a 4-page Wizard Report (my business coach would be proud) planting the seeds for a long term collaboration. Long story short - I'm planning to go back to TIWA in October to develop an art residency & stewardship program working towards building a permanent immersive art installation focused on forest education. It feels amazing to bring my mix of skills into this beautiful project, and bring more energy into the art pathway of my life.

During my stay in TIWA I had the first opportunity to spend time with the indigenous people from the Guarani tribe. The meeting touched me deeply. While I found it quite difficult to relate to their mode of being (it feels completely different from what I know) I could feel a lot - including the deep sadness, which seemed derived from the result of what our "wonderful" culture did to theirs - the classic mix of rape and plunder ⚔️. I can't even imagine what the indigenous went through to survive until today. Instead of focusing on living in harmony with nature and cultivating mega-abundant forests they are forced to play the games of ownership and get brainwashed through the so-called "education". While I sit with this pain I also feel the light and abundance of nature, shining through their songs. And there were sooo many songs. In fact, visiting Tiwa somehow liberated my voice, which felt absolutely wonderful.

Here's a beautiful moment around a gigantic Kopaiba tree, with my favourite Guarani song which can be roughly translated as the forest singing that it is always there waiting for you.

I also had the opportunity to join a non-classical Daime ceremony with Ayahuasca served as a honey - a rare and amazing experience. After my Bufo ceremonies three years ago I felt that Aya is my next master plant teacher and it was clear that I want to do it in Brasil. I'm so glad that I waited. In two ceremonies, I went through my limiting beliefs, lack of self-worth, scarcity mindset, and other shadows and purged it with delight and support of a wonderful group of people. The native songs kept on flowing, and I found myself tuned into the familiar field with my voice fully open. Such a beautiful moment and it will stay with me for a long time. I get shivers now just writing about it.

The next step - an expedition on a Holopuni Canoe - a traditional 4-people vessel from Hawaii designed to row, sail and surf (yes, surf the waves like a surfboard). So we went to Bahia, hopped into the canoe and went South for 2 days learning how to play with this amazing vessel.

The mix of rowing, sailing and surfing is just perfect. Rowing sent me into a meditative embodied state, sailing is just sooo nice and fast, and surfing is pure excitement. And after all the time on tall ships it felt so good to be very close to the water.

Next stop - Piracanga - an intentional community in a paradise setting, right next to a river and a beach, that transformed into a community village. It's a fantastic place to chill. I also had my community builder hat on and gathered context of the place - learning about the different stages of its evolution and the current state of dynamic equilibrium. To me, the current iteration of Piracanga feels more like a village neighbourhood with a very strong community culture and infrastructure and it felt like a perfect model for me. I definitely took some notes for my upcoming book writing project (more on that later).

Next stop - Itacaré - a cute surfer town eaten alive by tourists. We stopped there for one night (which already reached my capacity for the place) as my shaman Brian played his new album on a beach party and then evacuated ourselves South to Serra Grande - a beautiful tiny town and a hub for the local "alternative" community.

It's kinda funny - the "alternative" community is very much my day-to-day reality. Connecting to "my people" in Brasil only reinforced the insight that the mainstream just doesn't make any sense, and I am very happy not to be living within it. Projects like TIWA, Piracanga, TDF, and others definitely have their shadows, and yet the quality of life they offer and the positive impact they create are worth all the challenges. And I'm very excited to be playing my part in creating a world full of amazing projects.

On the last day in Brasil I planted a seed on a dream beach, bringing all the energy from this incredible voyage and placing it back into the world. I feel so full of light and love and gratitude. It's a great feeling. The next step is of course to embody the upgrades as I journey through Europe. I feel ready!

The path seems to be unfolding wonderfully for this next months. A quick visit to TDF to reconnect with one of my homes, and then I head to Switzerland to write a book about building thriving neighbourhoods. If you feel like a last-minute hop-in, then send me a message - our mastermind still has some spots left 😎.

Then it's time for Berlin and another Enspiral Gathering, Barcelona and creating a deck of cards for Microsolidarity, Amsterdam and building an artcar for Nowhere, and then finally heading to Azores to spend some quality time with my favourite islands in June.

And then the Burn season starts again. I just got my ticket for Nowhere (building another ship in the dessert with my lovely barrio Sheepy Ship and then another sailing burn - Muddy Tales 2, the return of the mud (here's the video from the first Muddy Tales). Wanna join any of this adventures? You know where to find me.

Finally, I got 2 out of 3 rolls of my analogue photos from Antarctica developed and there are some real goodies in there. I'm so happy I took the step to get an analogue camera for this trip. It gives me sooo much pleasure!

The next step is to make a short video trailer... There's just sooo much footage to go through. But hey, it's gonna be worth it! And I see already that the crew for the next Antarctic trip is slowly forming… Let me know if you want to be a part of it 🧊⛵️.

Infinite Love and Light,
Michał

A friend shared with me recently that reality always beats the dream, even the wildest one. After returning from Antarctica I can't help but fully agree.

WTF IS THIS PLACE???!!!

My mind is BLOWN. I'm sitting here waiting for my flight to Brasil and processing all the insanity of the last Moon Cycle.

We sailed 1900 nautical miles on the most amazing ship Tecla with the most amazing captain (epic sailor with a lighthearted vibe feeling like a Wes Anderson movie). We crossed the infamous Drake Passage twice, and once in a storm with 45 knots of wind. I found a crazy kink for ice, icebergs, iceshelves, all things ice basically.

How could you not?

For 23 days I was what felt like a different planet, with no internet connection (gods bless the boats that refuse to instal starlink!), with amazing group of humans that answered the call to explore the most remote part of our planet. The continent of ice, completely unspoiled by humans, and what I discovered to be the very beginning of the world, rather than its end.

(Antarctica-shaped ice)

I watched Albatroses soaring above the waves with majestic effortlessness. I walked amongst hundreds of penguins, learning their language ('ICE! ICE! ICE!'), and observing the chillest funkiest social interactions. Penguins have the absolutely flawless vibe. I miss them sooo much already!

And then there were whales.

Not just whales around us doing their majestic blows and dives. Whales dancing for hours right around our boat, singing for us, looking at us with their massive lidless eyes... Whales responding to our waves with turning around themselves, and playing a game with us - sailing underneath the ship to the other side, waiting for us to run there, spinning again and diving under the boat to the other side again. This went on, and on, and on, and on, and on, and we were crying, laughing, completely hypnotised and touched to the deepest core of our souls.

(This video is a small sample of the magic we experienced.)

I still can't believe that I was able to be there. So much fucking gratitude. So much heartfelt confidence from being able to put this whole thing together. Recruit 16 people, rent the ship, sail it there with a wonderful crew, and experience it all together.

It all now waits to be processed. I have the most incredible artefact - a log of our travel which I hope to find a way to digitise and share with you. I have 3 rolls of analogue photos waiting to be developed. There's thousand of photos being looked through. And finally, there's the absolutely kickass material for a short documentary film about the unprecedented success story on the planetary scale - the Antarctic Treaty, which is basically an agreement between most countries to keep Antarctica untouched and not belonging to any humans.

The result is incredible. The wildlife. The scenery. The energy of the place.

The only place that left a dark mark was the Deception Island, which we called the Desolution Island - a 30km diameter still active volcano into which you can sail into (wtf wtf wtf!!!). Within its shore there's a ruined whaling station and you can still feel the cries of thousands of whales butchered for meat and blubber.

One of our crew captured the vibe of the place in a poem:

The Antarctic Treaty is bound to be reviewed in 2048 which could open the doors for changes. I so hope and wish for the world to keep it going and keep this majestic continent intact. It gives me so much hope to know that it is indeed possible for the big players to agree to keep a continent untouched. What a beautiful legacy to preserve for generations to come.

I'll be taking time to process all the magic of Antarctica, and the beautiful relationships and art pieces that were formed onboard during our journey. For now, I'm excited to visit my dear friends Chris and Raissa from Piratas do Amor, help with developing their land based community project and dream up more epic sailing voyages for the upcoming years - another sailing burn, a voyage to Ikaria, Atlantic Crossing, Pacific, and hey maybe another Antarctic voyage in January 2026 because I feel I'm not done with this place and I have such an obsession for icebergs that I need to see them again. If that's an instant fuck yes from you, send me a DM.

I'll be in Bahia for most of March (with Darya and Brian 🙌) so if you're around let me know. And then it's time to head to Europe and co-facilitate Wilderness Skills retreat in Traditional Dream Factory, and then go to Vermont Hub to write another book, this time about building thriving neighbourhoods. There are still spots for both of this adventures if you'd like to join :)

There's also the whole chunk of life processing that happened on the Antarctic trip. I have pages and pages filled with GOODSTUFF, and I'm excited to land on a beach, fill my wizard batteries with sun and fruits, and then go into full on wizard mode and make epic quests happen this year. It's gonna be a good one!

Sending Love and Light and wishing you a super inspiring Moon Cycle!
Michał

I'm writing to you from one of the ends of the world, on my 36th birthday, as I'm about to embark onto a journey into another end of the world - Antarctica.

Fuck.

Life can be surprising. One thing leads to another and here you are - in the Southest town in the world, Puerto Williams, looking at a beautiful sailing ship ready to take you on an adventure of a lifetime.

The last moon cycle, took me on a journey from Amsterdam to Cascais by sea on a beautiful 35-metres schooner Twister. Crossing the Biscay in winter seemed like a crazy idea (weather-wise) and yet we found a super chilled weather window and enjoyed the sun and gentle winds throughout most of the journey.

As usual I documented the trip in a form of a collective journal which stayed onboard Twister, as well as an-under-a-minute video.

(click here if the video doesn’t load.)

Arriving to Portugal by ship felt delightful. I've spent a few days in Lisbon catching up on all the land-life things and finishing all the logistics for my upcoming adventures. Ah… And receiving a magical upgrade to my body and soul from a fellow brother wizard Jeremy (Shadow Alchemy).

And wow, this year seems absolutely wonderful, and also intense.

From Lisbon, the adventure took me to Chile - my first contact with South America. The capital welcomed me with powerful sun and a feeling of chill and ease. I really enjoy the vibe of Chile. It feels safe, somewhat familiar, and hey - I already met a Chilean witch and a card wizard. Not a surprise at all 😎

The city vibe of Santiago is not for me though. I was happy to get out quickly and head to Puerto Williams. I love it here. People are so incredibly chilled, I'm staying in a hostel run by a woman who makes everyone feel like a part of the family, and the forest around feels fresh and welcoming, with the rough mountain peaks towering in the horizon. The Beagle Channel hosts numerous expedition sailing ships, including the famous Vinson of Antarctica and of course - the floating Home I'm about to embark on later today - Tecla.

The Sun is shining and it still blows my mind that I'm here.

A few months ago, when studying at my sailing school, I was reading a book about the history of Cape Horn sailing. I've learnt about the insane weather, the many European expeditions, and the sad story of the wiped out indigenous people.

Now I'm about to experience this powerful place and cross the infamous Drake Passage into the most remote part of the world, together with a group of friends. And that last part is the most precious.

With all these experiences I've been designing throughout my life, and with all that's coming up next I can see clearly how the curation of people and creating the Vibe is key. This year will be full of opportunities to practice:

• Quest Antarctica (starting today)

• The Wilderness Retreat

• The Thriving Neighbourhoods Mastermind

• The Azores re-immersion

• Building the Sheepy Ship at Nowhere

• Muddy Tales 2: Return of the Mud

• The LeaderShip Quest

and who knows what else…

It feels wonderful to have all these lined up and also it makes it clear to me that I wish to be gradually reducing the amount of events I'm hosting and focus on the magic Four. Less is always more, and as the quality of the invitations I'm able to make increases, I'm really happy to keep reducing the quantity, slow down the pace of movement and focus my infinite energy on what feels the most exciting, terrifying and impactful.

Starting with sailing to Antarctica.

Wishing you a delightful Moon Cycle, and see you on the other side!

Michał

ps. Bonus from life - a friend made a game and I became a card!
