I’m sure this type of article has been done many times before, but here is my take, formalized in an article. It is important in some ways, especially legal contexts.

The social media network “X” offers the Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool, “Grok.”

My question to Grok:

What was the definition of ‘pandemic’ in 2019? What was it in 2021?

Grok’s answer is misleading:

In 2019 and 2021, the core dictionary definition of “pandemic” (noun) was essentially the same: “an outbreak of a disease occurring over a wide geographic area and affecting a large/significant proportion of the population. Minor wording refinements appeared around 2020, but there was no major redefinition comparable to the ‘anti-vaxxer’ updates.”

Grok further stated,

October 2019 Wayback Machine archive of Merriam-Webster defines the noun “pandemic” as: “an outbreak of a disease that occurs over a wide geographic area and affects an exceptionally high proportion of the population : a pandemic outbreak of a disease.”

By a September 2020 archive (and in later versions through 2021 and today), the wording was refined slightly to: “an outbreak of a disease that occurs over a wide geographic area (such as multiple countries or continents) and typically affects a significant proportion of the population.”

Before getting into the definition of “disease,” an examination of the differences by year is important in the context of what Grok says are “essentially the same.”

Are the following “essentially the same?”

Former: “affects an exceptionally high proportion of the population”

Current: “typically affects a significant proportion of the population”

The Former uses the verb “affects” without qualification of an adverb. Thus, it is an absolute that the noun (outbreak) impliedly always affects the object (proportion). The Current uses the adverb “typically” to qualify the verb “affects,” thereby reducing it from an absolute, leaving wiggle room for a variety of exceptions not expressed.

The Former uses an adverb-adjective combination to describe the amount of the proportion to be “exceptionally high.” The Current uses the adjective “significant” in place of “exceptionally high.” While neither term is definitive, any English speaking person will conclude that “exceptionally high” carries a meaning that is more than a mere significance.

I went back to the source that called them “essentially the same.” Here are my question and the response from Grok.

My Question:

“Compare the terms “exceptionally high” and “significant” by their dictionary meanings and in context of qualifying the noun proportion. Would one imply a much bigger proportion than the other?”

Grok’s answer:

Yes — “exceptionally high” implies a substantially larger (or more extreme/outlier) proportion than “significant” typically does.

Dictionary meanings

Exceptionally (adverb):

• To an exceptional degree; more than average or usual (Merriam-Webster).

• In a way that is much greater than usual (Cambridge).

Related to exceptional: rare, unusual, or superior/better than average; something that stands out as an exception to the norm.

Significant (adjective):

• Large enough to be noticed or to have an effect; important; having or likely to have influence (Merriam-Webster).

• Relatively large in amount or quantity; important and deserving of attention (Dictionary.com).

• Important, large, or great, especially in leading to a different result or important change (Cambridge). (It also has a statistical sense of “unlikely due to chance,” but that is less relevant when simply qualifying a proportion in ordinary language.)

In the specific context of “proportion”

A significant proportion means a share that is large enough to be noteworthy, consequential, or worth attention. It signals “this is not negligible / it matters,” but the actual size is relative and context-dependent. In ordinary usage it often refers to a substantial but not extreme fraction (commonly in the broad range of roughly 10–40% or whatever is material in the domain, though there is no fixed number).

An exceptionally high proportion means a share that is unusually or remarkably high—much greater than the average, typical, or expected level. The intensifier “exceptionally” elevates “high” to something rare or outstanding relative to the norm.

Direct comparison

“Exceptionally high” is stronger and more extreme. It communicates that the proportion is an outlier or far above ordinary levels. “Significant” only requires the proportion to be large enough to matter or be noticed; it does not require (or imply) that it is unusually or exceptionally large.

In short: a significant proportion is noteworthy; an exceptionally high proportion is strikingly or unusually large. The latter implies a much bigger proportion in most ordinary contexts.

Conclusion regarding changes in definition

Grok not surprisingly contradicted itself, and confirmed what any normal English-speaking person already knew.

They changed the definition in two ways. The first change was from an implied “always” to a one that is qualified by “typically,” leaving the definition open-ended. The second change was from an “exceptionally high” proportion of the population to a mere “significant” proportion of the population, thus changing the meaning “significantly,” which is not “essentially the same.”

The most important word appears in both Former and Current definitions. Both begin with “an outbreak of a disease …” What is a disease?

Merriam-Webster defines disease as:

a condition of the living animal or plant body or of one of its parts that impairs normal functioning and is typically manifested by distinguishing signs and symptoms : sickness, malady

In order to achieve a “significant proportion” of the population to be labeled “Covid,” they used PCR tests. Without any impairment of normal functioning and without any manifestations of signs or symptoms of a sickness or malady, people were labeled en masse with “Covid” due only to a mere positive test. This is an indisputable fact.

Drawing the distinction between a disease and a positive test in the context of the definition of “pandemic,” it cannot be verified that there was a pandemic. The best one can argue is that there may have been a pandemic. The number of people who manifested maladies is not know in the context of the words “significant” or “exceptionally high” when applied to “proportion of the population.”

Overall Conclusion

What a mess this all is!

Always consider the complements, the opposites, and the omissions relating to the subject matter of declarations and actions. Think of it this way. How easy would it have been for them to report the number of those who manifested symptoms rather than those who tested positive? Why did they not focus on reporting the numbers of diseased people? Such an omission must have been intentional.

In some settings they did keep statistics on manifestations of symptoms. However, the numbers reported to the public through news media and government were “cases” based upon positive tests and not based upon symptom manifestations. Thus, the reporting had nothing to do with a “pandemic.” The reporting rather brought us statistics of a new term coined a “test-demic.” This new term is accurate and true in the context of Covid reporting of a “pandemic.”

Legally or colloquially, Covid cannot be considered a pandemic because it falls far short of the definition and its component words. There simply was not a pandemic by the new or the old definition of the word.

Whether there were regional epidemics of a new disease is a different issue to be addressed in a subsequent article.

In the article, Steve paraphrases the same tired, old excuse that CDC/AAP surveillance authors have used throughout Covid.

VAERS is a voluntary, unverified reporting system. It cannot establish causation and is not designed to. Using it to declare a product “safe” is a category error.1

Thesis

VAERS is designed to facilitate the establishment of causation by narrowing the field of investigation into an economically efficient and manageable endeavor.

Argument

Example: Assume 100 million are vaccinated, one million are injured or killed by such a vaccine, 10,000 reports are made to VAERS, and 1,000 of those reports involve death.

VAERS has alleviated contacting 100 million people to determine the results of their vaccinations. Starting with deaths, the worst possible outcome, a team of investigators can easily manage forensically investigating 1,000 records, especially if many died from the same deleterious effects. If there were 200 pulmonary embolism-involved deaths, then only a sampling of the 200 would need to be performed.

Someone in Silicon Valley or Wilsonville, Oregon at Mentor Graphics Corporation coined a term for their Calibre product in the 1990s—“hierarchical injection.” If you can identify like-things in large group of things, then you only need to verify one, and by something akin to associative property, all the others are verified as well. Some Calibre creator will probably take umbrage with my simplistic rendition here, but I think I made the point.

If forensic investigation of 20 individual medical files of pulmonary embolism (PE) deaths is performed by 5 physicians over a one week period, and if in all 20 it is found that a Covid vaccine caused clotting that caused the PE death, then one can be fairly confident that the 200 PE deaths were cause by the vaccines. Further, one fifth, or 2,000 of the 10,000 reported deaths, are likely PE deaths from Covid vaccines.

Extending it further, if, in the higher abstraction level of data, there are 33,000 excess PE involved deaths in the United States since Covid vaccines began, and such excess began in 2021, then there is a great likelihood that Covid vaccines killed 33,000 Americans via PE (clots in lungs).

That “33,000” figure of excess PEs in USA is real. That’s the number the CDC is avoiding, turning a blind eye to, and omitting investigation of. Others they are avoiding involving other causes of death are: acute kidney injury (AKI), thrombocytopenia, stroke, immune mechanism dysregulation, Guillain Barré Syndrome, and many others.

Statistics are not enough without individual forensic investigations.

The Sin, The Crime, and The Ruse

While most scientists and physicians look to the one tool in their toolbox, research papers with statistical inferences, the conclusive evidence lies in individual medical charts (files, histories). Forensic investigation of individual medical files is the only way to determine causation. Statistical methods can only narrow the field of investigation to something manageable, as VAERS also does. Finding a needle in a haystack is not that difficult if you have a magnet near the power of an MRI machine. HHS agencies should use the tools available. VAERS is the MRI machine in the data haystack. CDC, NIH, and FDA won’t press the on-switch though.

CDC is purposely not investigating VAERS records. The records themselves are not the conclusive evidence of criminal conduct on their own. However, when you correlate a VAERS record to a death record to add the name of the medical examiner, name of the decedent, causes and contributing conditions to death, and other information, then you have conclusive evidence that the CDC omitted dutiful conduct. Id est, the CDC committed criminal omission of dutiful conduct to investigate deaths reported to them.

If a lifeguard is hired to watch the pool and save children from drowning, and she pulls out a sandwich and eats lunch while a 6-year-old girl drowns as she watches, that is not negligence. That is a crime of at least involuntary manslaughter, more likely murder. She omitted her duty to save the child, the only important duty for which she was hired.

The CDC is not just ignoring reports of death. It is actively hiding them, deleting them, and covering them up. They offer lackluster excuses that VAERS is not reliable. Individuals (that should be named) at CDC are guilty of murdering more than a million Americans by omitting their primary duty of health vigilance.

Horrific examples

Posted below are death records correlated to VAERS reports. In order to show how egregious CDC’s omission of dutiful conduct is, these are records of infants and toddlers receiving non-Covid vaccines, each with massive numbers of antigens. Vaccines are known to cause encephalopathy and sudden cardiac arrest.

Here are the records taken from THE ACIP MEMORANDUM.2 VAERS Reports are depicted above each correlated state Death Record.

The death certifier blamed asymptomatic influenza A for encephalopathy because the 4-month-old infant had the flu 3 weeks earlier. However, Anthony was given about 20 antigens in multiple vaccines only 2 days before death by encephalopathy, the known condition of death caused by many vaccines. This set of records and reports is the level of omission of investigation that happens every day across the United States.

The author of the VAERS report was reluctant to write it. They specifically stated that “PCP wanted VAERS filed.” Imagine if the PCP had not insisted. The author of the VAERS report already made up their mind that vaccines were not at fault, which I derive from the ridiculously useless statement, “No reported reactions to vaccines.” Why do I call it ridiculous? This infant is only 44 days old. What time in Uzziah’s short life did he have an opportunity to develop any reaction. I would also say that this “death” is a reported reaction to vaccines, quite a reaction. Why did a 44-day-old infant need a Hep-B vaccine? They killed him and ignored the evidence.

Cecilia was acting normally only an hour before death, which was 4 days after receiving well over 20 antigens at the same time. The medical examiner used the replacement language for SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). The replacement is now SUDI (Sudden Unexpected Death in Infancy). Is this marketing words, or propaganda? You can decide what that is. When the public becomes weary and begins to make a connection between something like SIDS and vaccines, one way to switch it up in the minds of the public is to remove the term “SIDS.” Of course, they also got a positive Covid test on Cecilia and assigned U07.1 to the death record for some type of payout from CMS.

Savannah died at 9 weeks old, only ONE DAY after more than 20 antigens given at once. She was deemed another SUDI death with no mention of vaccination on her death record.

Remember that the crime, the sin, and the ruse here are that no investigation was earnestly performed to investigate a possible link of vaccination to death. Thomas was only 4 years old. He had a personality, and a life, and a family who loved him. Thomas was taken from them only ONE DAY after the MMR, flu, and DTAP vaccines were given all at once. The investigation is pending as of the time I received these records in 2025.

Jeremiah died at 4 month old only ONE DAY after a cocktail of more than 20 antigens given at the same time. In this record, the medical examiner, Christopher Perry, used another tactic to deflect blame from the vaccines received ONE DAY earlier. Perry blamed the mother. This is a sick practice that doctors do. Perry wants to protect vaccines so badly that he is willing to make the mother feel that she killed her own son by “co-sleeping” with him. Sleeping with your baby has been done by mothers since man was set on Earth.

Conclusion

The scientists, physicians, epidemiologists, and the non-profits in the “movement” have taken the bait and are now in a sixth year of doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. They are trying to prove causation using statistical methods. Statistical inferences can only ever rise to a persuasive level of evidence. They can never rise to a conclusive level of evidentiary proof.

Proven in this article, beginning with Steve Kirsch’s paraphrase of the propaganda statement about VAERS not being able to prove causation, and ending with six records of infants who died days after vaccination, is that the CDC omits required dutiful conduct.

CDC is part of a RICO crime syndicate that hides, deletes, covers up, and obscures evidence of vaccine injury and death. This is proven in many of The Real CdC’s articles.

Some of the bereaved victims of hospital Covid treatment protocol murders asked me to seek to testify before Senator Johnson’s panel discussion in Washington DC sometime this month. Below is my letter, which outlines a plan to provide an investigation and solution for the million-person killing protocols that were implemented in the Covid era.

I believe that odds are very low for me to testify unless the voices of the people speak up and strongly request it. I do not know how else to get the ear of the Senator.

Dear Mr. Chairman:

Hearing the stories of the bereaved and injured is important because, as you told me when Mary summoned me to your table in Avon, CT in December 2024, “Everything hinges on public opinion.”

You also recently stated that we need to make sure this “never happens again.” The only way to do that is to perform a management systems analysis and remediation of the “whole system.”

Respect is rightfully given to subject matter experts—doctors and scientists—who testify before you regarding Covid protocol and vaccine deaths and injuries. They are tactical evidence bringers.

Respect should now be given to executive management systems experts for their ability to create and manage a strategic plan to analyze, document, and remediate the million-victim killing system comprised of the HHS agencies, NGO certification boards, state licensing boards and health departments, and industry corporations and their lobbyists.

Government agencies are not inclined to self-evaluate and self-correct. The only plausible solution is a citizen-based executive management team engaged to perform a whole systems analysis. Such a team would assemble, manage, and optimize tactical expert resources—doctors, lawyers, and scientists—to develop and execute forensic investigations, and to recommend to your committee subpoenas and subpoenas duces tecum for government databases, medical files, and other evidence.

The healthcare killing system was implemented, in large part, through behavior modifications of hospital administrators and physicians. The nexus of how it happened spans law, psychology, sociology, economics, finance, politics, and a small amount of healthcare and biology.

A systems analysis would: (1) quantify deaths by cause (e.g., AKI, stroke, PE, lymphoma) and attribution (e.g., vaccine, remdesivir, ventilator); (2) explain and model organizational behavior that flows from laws and regulations (e.g., CARES Act, PREP Act, NCVIA); (3) detail system blocks such as monetary incentives (CMS NCTAP), medical justification (NIH funding), public opinion shaping (CDC recommendations), and legal justification (FDA authorizations); and (4) detail mass-coercion of medical professionals (FSMB coordination of certification boards). EUAs enabled the Covid killing system.

The management team members recommended are Edward Dowd of Phinance Technologies, Roger Cunningham, known as The Ethical Skeptic, and John Beaudoin Sr of Summa Logica LLC. We three provided the most accurate and robust modeling since 2020. I am confident that Ed and Roger will join the effort. Your subcommittee has nothing to lose. We will deliver remediation plans for legislative, executive, and judicial branches to monitor and thwart future healthcare systems from mass killing again.

Covid vaccine-caused deaths were hidden by state and federal agencies. Brianna McCarthy 30yo is one story out of hundreds of thousands. Early this morning, I received a text from Kathy Barnette with a link to a DailyWire article, Josh Shapiro Eyes New Powers That Make COVID Restrictions Look Like A Warning Shot, found here.

Kathy has run for office in Pennsylvania and is vocal on many issues there. According to the article, Governor Shapiro wants to add laws that would give the governor and Department of Health more emergency powers to trample Constitutional rights, especially during outbreaks of disease.

This article will focus on evaluating CDC data regarding Pennsylvania to evaluate how the Commonwealth did during Covid. If you want to know the details of tyrannical power sought by Shapiro, then please follow the link to that article. How Shapiro and his administration did during Covid should be considered against Shapiro’s new quest for even more power to force vaccinate and mask and lock down.

All Cause Excess v. Covid

Many say that Covid must have caused the All-Cause excess deaths because the two are aligned in 2020 through 2022. The most concerning aspect of these graphs is that there are purportedly more Covid deaths in 2021 than there are All-Cause excess deaths. How can that be?

Do not forget that the border opened in January 2021. Fentanyl poured into the nation causing an excess of hundreds of thousands of overdose deaths.

In 2022, there were 57% more Covid deaths than excess deaths. This is not plausible.

Clearly, the government has fostered the now-standard practice of labeling deaths from other causes as “Covid” deaths merely upon a positive Covid test. Already proven in the Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Connecticut death records is the rampant fraud perpetrated on The People by over-inflating Covid deaths to sow fear and panic. Blunt trauma deaths, fentanyl overdose deaths, and Covid vaccine-caused deaths were labeled as Covid deaths en masse. Pennsylvania, by the simple data study above, is now persuasively proven to be complicit with this illegal practice that is now standard among medical examiners and other death certifiers.

All-Cause Excess, Covid, Pneumonia, Kidney—Ages 15-54—Fiscal Years

The age group of 15-54 strips away the issues of dry tinder and elderly being more susceptible to succumb to disease. This age group is relatively healthy and represents well what is happening at any given time.

Fiscal year graphs beginning July 1 and ending June 30 offer a better view into northern climate geographies like Pennsylvania because the seasonal waves of respiratory illness span two calendar years each winter, which creates a poor representation in bar graphs. Think about it this way. The first wave of Covid was March, April, May 2020. The second wave was November 2020 through February 2021. Thus, the calendar year 2020 has the entire first wave and the first half of the second wave. The calendar year 2021 has the second half of the second wave and the first half of the third wave.

Ergo, the calendar year bar graph is not representative of a progression of seasonal disease through time. The fiscal year bar graphs only have one season per bar (in northern climates) and are better representations of disease progressing through time.

2019/2020 Fiscal year

Notice that there were only 128 excess All-Cause deaths in the first wave, while U07.1 Covid deaths totaled 305. Covid is again greater than All-Cause excess likely because they are labeling deaths as Covid deaths than were Covid-caused deaths. J18 Pneumonia deaths were 151, which is in the ballpark of 128. “N17 or N28.8” Sudden Kidney Failure involved deaths were only 25 in excess, which is similar to the winter of 2012/2013. If Covid caused kidney failure, would we not expect more excess kidney failure in 2020?

There are more questions than answers when analyzing the data because the disease of Covid can be ruled out as having caused most of the deaths once all is considered.

2020/2021 Fiscal year

All-Cause excess, Covid, pneumonia excess, kidney excess all rose at the same time giving the appearance that they are all connected to the disease itself. The issue with that correlation is that kidney failure the prior year was at a very different ratio to Covid. Kidney failure is known to occur from remdesivir and remdesivir was heavily incentivized to be used on November 2, 2020 found here.

Remember that nothing can be proven by data or statistics. The way to conclusively determine causality is forensic investigation of individual medical files. However, narratives can be persuasively disproven via data studies such as these. Imagine a disease that kills by pneumonia and not kidney failure one season and then in the next season, the disease adds kidney failure to the list of how it kills contemporaneously with the introduction of the use of a drug known to be toxic to the kidneys. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Josh Shapiro would have us think this is simply a coincidence.

2021/2022 Fiscal year

Covid doubled and excess pneumonia and kidney failure nearly tripled, while All-Cause excess increased only about 30% to 40%. The timing here must take into account the Covid vaccine delivery to this age group. Some did take it when they could in May, June, and July. However, most in this age group faced mandates for school, athletics, university, corporate and hospital mandates, and end of summer back to work in August, September, October, November 2021.

A more detailed set of graphs by month instead of by fiscal year provides for a better view into the timing of anomalous excess deaths by cause.

Monthly All-Cause, Covid, Pneumonia, Kidney Failure raw data vs expected values

Some observations:

• Look at “N17 or N28.8” Sudden Kidney Failure in the bottom plots - the excess began its continuous effect in November 2020 upon the NCTAP CMS incentives for remdesivir. If someone had a $1M ICU stay, then the hospital got an extra $200,000 just for running remdesivir through their veins based only on a positive Covid test.

• After Covid was around for more than a year, and after this age group had encountered the disease, and upon this age group being mandated to take a Covid vaccine, only then did the greatest wave of Covid, Pneumonia, and Acute Kidney Injury reach its greatest number of deaths. This is consistent with other areas, but it is not consistent with a seasonal respiratory virus in the northern states.

• Covid effectively ended in March of 2022, approximately four and a half years ago. Why has the government, especially the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, been pretending that Covid is a dangerous disease for the past 4.5 years?

Summary

People who know my writings know that I advocate for a forensic investigation of individual medical records and for a “whole systems analysis” of the Covid murder system.

The graphs above clearly show that there are questions of mass deaths that are not from Covid. The government of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is responsible for implementing federal government recommendations that killed ~40,000 Keystoners via hospital Covid protocol murders and Covid vaccine murders.

The government of any state can conclusively end all debate by analyzing the records they have on their servers. This is a job of about 5 doctors for 2 weeks.

Why does the health freedom movement not demand the simplest, easiest way to solve the debate over vaccine harm? Why do they talk about every research paper and set of statistics as if the next set is going to make any difference.

FINAL WORD - If the governor of Pennsylvania gets any more power, more Keystoners will die en masse just like the Department of Health did in the past 6 years.

Hello All,

I attempted to write a substack article about an hour ago. As I began, the negative tone, feeling, and thesis seemed wrong. In a moment of anger and despair for the situation among the health truth movement, I almost wrote a scathing article that might have been perceived as a slap across the face for some people.

I opt now for something more positive after I deleted the first few sentences of the article and left the substack site. I, then, came across an email from my TheRealCdC.com website where I sell my books. It perked me up as it was sent at just the right time. So, I will publish it here. I hope this does not betray the author of the email and that he is okay with publishing it here.

Dear John Paul,

I purchased your complete “The CD Memoradum (TCM) and the Bundle of both TRC and TCM” back in 2024.

I would like to state, in light of Anthony Fuaci’s testimony or lack thereof, before the US Senate today, that I felt it appropriate to compliment you on the thoroughness of your previous project.

It seems clear that the American people in general, and the health professionals who questioned the policies and honesty of Fauci and the CDC, and subsequently suffered harm physically, professionally, and financially will not be able to obtain resolution or closure at this juncture. Fauci’s pleading of the 5^th amendment, while well within his constitutional rights, shows that he remains unrepentant and that he is certainly not an advocate of open and honest science.

From a legal point of view, Fauci has the benefit of a presidential pardon to absolve him of any recourse so long as he doesn’t perjure himself before the US Senate. I can only surmise that if he were to speak honestly and reveal the true facts, that his attorneys have advised him that he would be personally exposed to civil liability.

While today’s Senate hearing is very disappointing, I am reminded of the many brave individuals who stood up and questioned “The Science” and are still paying for the vilification heaped upon them by Fauci and his cohorts.

It is also very troubling since so many individuals and families lost their loved ones and were harmed and continue to be harmed by the unproven MRNA vaccine’s after effects.

Once again, thank you for your very comprehensive scientific research as presented in the bundle.

My intention in publishing this letter is to let you all know that a few kind words mean much at times of despair. I was talking last night with someone about whether to go on investigating, analyzing, writing, and publishing. It often seems like it does no good. I read “bombshell” articles from far more popular authors that state what I wrote four years ago. I don’t care about credit for content as much as I do about the lives lost because people did not have the evidence I provided in all these years. The suppression from our health truth and freedom movement is greater than from the pro-vax army of trolls and social media controllers. The hubris and envy among the doctors and scientists is evident in the lack of interest in actual evidence far greater than research papers and statistics.

God bless you all and thank you for the support, book orders, notes of encouragement like above, and donations to this substack account.

At the end of the month, I have a couple weeks off between trimesters in law school. I hope to add a few articles then. Also, I am committed to entering a letter into the Senator Ron Johnson hearings about hospital protocol homicides.

Dr. Lynn Fynn-derella (ret) reposted an old video post on X (found here) in which a nurse was being fired and escorted out of a Kaiser Permante hospital for not taking the Covid vaccine. Her name is Tori Jensen, per Lynn’s post.

First, a note on Lynn. She is one of the most objective and balanced people in all Covid public commentary on X, and likely elsewhere. Yes, she is a doctor; and some doctors consider themselves scientists. She is in the elite few of those professions for having remained objective and having followed “the evidence”—not “the science™”.

“The Science™” is nothing more than a propaganda term. Lynn followed facts and reasoning rather than following fraudulent research papers, solicitation via money or positions of power, and coercion via threats of licensing or certification suspension or revocation.

Lynn is not a hero. I am not a hero. None of the Covid doctors or nurses or outspoken rabble-rousers are heroes. Lynn just did the right thing as anyone with an intact conscience and empathy would do. The only hero I’ve seen is the guy in the park in Australia with blood running down his face; but that’s a story for another day.

The question we should ask is—why are there so few like Lynn? Shouldn’t her behavior be the standard of scientific inquiry? The very basics of science are to actually inquire … and not just accept whatever a corrupt and compromised government entity tells you. Just keep asking questions … forever. That is “science,” and there should never be a definite article in front of it.

Asking questions was suppressed during Covid. And a large portion of society was propagandized into suppressing, stifling, choking, and retarding “inquiry” itself. People like me and Lynn and Tori were side-eyed just for asking questions.

Please watch the video and understand Tori’s stoicism in the face of losing her job, being escorted out of the hospital by security, losing contact with her social support system of coworkers, and many other losses that come with such an immediate life-changing event.

Conclusion

Nurse Tori and Dr. Fynn won. They both won. As soon as Tori refused that needle, she had won. Her stoicism and calmness derives from the knowledge that she was doing the right thing. No job is worth sacrificing your health. Lynn won for not taking the Covid vaccine. I won for not taking it despite my second career being trashed and my future income being blocked.

Ask a billion people if they would rather 1) live a humble life for 20 more years in a shack with a view of the mountains, ocean, or other of God’s creations, or 2) be bed ridden in a small room with clots, impaired mental capacity from strokes, and a prognosis of a long, slow, miserable death over the next 5 years. I doubt you will find one in a billion who would take that kind of chance with the Covid vaccines IF they were fully informed before making that decision.

Soon, I will get back to writing some articles with new discoveries about Covid and “science.”

First, I must take the time to thank you so much for all the support throughout the years. I never intended to be a writer or investigator or “whole systems analyst.” I just wanted to live out my life quietly and perhaps alone. Covid changed all that. God delivered a message to me … then another … then another. He gave me a purpose in life again. And you see that manifest in what I have done in the past few years.

The video linked below is going to be difficult for some people. Many have come to hero-worship some of the doctors and scientists. In this video, I candidly discuss how anyone can be used by nefarious forces. I think this is an important video for people to watch.

There are no heroes. There is only truth. Humility is a virtue. The pandemic is of hubris, not virus.

Every once in a while, there is a post or thread on X that is succinct, packed with information and references, and well worth repeating. Since my X account is heavily suppressed, I figured I’d post the thread here on Substack also.

This article is a thread by Kenny Carmody (@KennyCarmody on X). Kenny’s life was changed when he got vaccinated. He used to hike and was physically active until that was stolen from him by a “vaccine.” Kenny is basically housebound now and barely leaves his bedroom. Hopefully, one day, there will be a way to reverse the effects of the “vaccine.”

Kenny is a believer in God and Jesus Christ our Savior, a prolific X poster of vaccine truth commentary, and just a great soul.

Here are his posts that may enlighten those who do not know some of the names in this truth movement.

John Beaudoin went where regulators refused to go. His forensic analysis of VAERS data and death certificate records exposed what institutional reporting was structured to obscure, a signal of vaccine-associated mortality and serious adverse events in children and adolescents that was being systematically miscategorized, underreported, and buried beneath cause-of-death attributions that could not survive honest scrutiny. Beaudoin did not speculate. He worked the data.

He cross-referenced records. He identified the gap between what the death certificates said and what the temporal and mechanistic record supported. What emerged was not background noise. It was a pattern of harm in young, previously healthy individuals that the institutions responsible for detecting it had every structural incentive to leave undetected.

The risk profile for children was never acceptable. Kevin McKernan’s warnings on cumulative dosing and lipid nanoparticle efficiency carry amplified implications in developing bodies. Pediatric cells divide rapidly. A growing genome exposed repeatedly to foreign DNA with integration potential, contaminated plasmid DNA encapsulated in delivery vehicles engineered for cellular penetration, faces integration risks that compound with every dose in ways that were never studied before mandates were issued. The SV40 promoter sequences McKernan identified in Pfizer lots facilitate nuclear entry in adult cells. In rapidly dividing pediatric cells, where replication creates repeated windows of genomic accessibility, the integration pathway is not theoretical. It is mechanistically heightened. No pediatric genomic safety study was conducted. No long-term cancer surveillance program was established. The recommendations came first. The science that should have preceded them was never done.

Arne Burkhardt’s autopsy methodology is yielding findings in younger cases that replicate what his adult series documented, spike protein in cardiac and vascular tissue, lymphocytic infiltrates, inflammatory patterns consistent with immune-mediated damage in bodies with no competing pathological explanation. Healthy young people are appearing in post-vaccination autopsy series while their official cause of death reflects whatever attribution creates the least institutional disruption. The forensic evidence connecting mechanism to outcome in these cases is being generated by independent researchers working against active institutional resistance, not by the government infrastructure that mandated the product and bears responsibility for monitoring its consequences.

Regulators made a calculation. Coverage numbers mattered. Individual pediatric risk profiles did not. The healthy child with near-zero statistical COVID mortality risk was assessed against a safety profile that had not been established for their age group, by agencies whose authorization process prioritized speed and uptake over the longitudinal safety data that experimental technology introduced into developing bodies requires. That calculation was made without honest disclosure to parents. It was enforced through school mandates, sports exclusions, and social coercion that removed meaningful consent from families who asked legitimate questions and were told the science was settled. The science was not settled. It had not been done.

Beaudoin’s work, alongside McKernan’s contamination findings and Burkhardt’s pathological documentation, forms a convergent evidentiary record that the institutions responsible for pediatric health policy have refused to engage honestly. They have not produced counter-evidence. They have produced dismissal, platform removal, and the institutional silence of agencies that cannot afford to acknowledge what independent forensic analysis keeps finding. Every child who received these injections under mandate deserved a risk-benefit analysis grounded in their individual health status, honest disclosure of the contamination profile McKernan documented, and the long-term safety data that was never generated because generating it was never the priority.

This is an experiment conducted on the young and healthy without adequate safeguards, without honest consent, and without the post-market surveillance infrastructure that the scale of pediatric exposure demands. The next generation is carrying the consequences of decisions made for them by institutions that will not be accountable for those consequences unless they are forced to be.

Demand immediate reversal of every remaining mRNA vaccine recommendation for children and adolescents, suspended pending a full independent safety review conducted without manufacturer funding or regulatory conflicts.

Demand mandatory long-term

follow-up tracking cardiac function, immune profiles, genomic integrity, reproductive development, and malignancy incidence across every child dosed under these programs. Demand that Beaudoin’s data analyses, McKernan’s contamination findings, and Burkhardt’s pediatric autopsy results receive formal, transparent, institutionally rigorous investigation rather than the dismissal that has substituted for engagement until now. And demand individual accountability, named, documented, legally pursued, for every official who looked at the pediatric risk profile and called the mandates justified. Our children were not theirs to experiment on. They never were.

CONCLUSION

In this medical freedom, vaccine truth movement, there are few who bring conclusive evidence that will stand up in the courts of law and of public opinion. The evidence from John Beaudoin Sr, Kevin McKernan, and Dr. Arne Burkhardt is irrefutable.

The government and pharma industry oppositions draw people into debates over research papers rife with conclusions derived from inferential statistics. Such research papers can never be conclusive. They always leave reasonable doubt. That is the nature of inferential statistics.

Certain personalities in this movement are elevated by social media algorithms because they focus on research papers rather than conclusive case studies. Most case studies are even toothless because they are required to be anonymized to preserve privacy.

The real evidence is in forensic investigation of individual decedent records.

Please don’t pick heroes and organizations a your champion gladiators here to fight on your behalf. Choose instead to run for board of health or board of education in your town. At lease, try to convince a friend to do so.

In this article, “They” refers to oligarchs and those whom “they” program to follow “their” anti-God agenda. Whether you are religious, agnostic, or atheist, you should be concerned about those who now rule over the United States’ puppet administration, Congress, and the Courts. It is obvious that “they” hate God and all He created. There is no longer any doubt. To believe in no god is better than to believe what “they” believe. “They” want to destroy and replace everything God made.

Genesis Chapter 1 is a checklist for “them” to destroy.

“They” are trying to block the sun … purportedly to cool the Earth because man caused too much climate change. The false religion of climate change has no scientific basis. The same people who want block the sun, stop cows from belching, put solar panels and windmills everywhere, make everyone drive electric vehicles, demand everyone live in 15-minute cities, are the ones who have no issue with AI data centers consuming electricity at a rate never needed before by an industry at any time in history.

11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

“They” irradiate our vegetables and fruits purportedly so that they do not spoil. “They” coat them with chemicals to preserve their appearance. Radiation and chemicals come with negative externalities, ergo, a price of human fatality and maim. Long term studies were not done unless they were corrupted and controlled by the same company wishing to profit from these products and procedures.

Worse than that, “they” are genetically modifying crops and attempting to “vaccinate” the population through fresh produce oral vaccines.

20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

“They” are vaccinating our fish, fowl, and livestock to ensure that we end up getting demonic RNA or DNA into us. “They” drop treats in the woods laced with vaccines. “They” want to rewrite the genetic code of deer, squirrels, fisher, coyotes … everything. Why? There is no pandemic or epidemic other than the ones “they” are creating in labs and releasing in the public to drive vaccine uptake and alter human DNA.

22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.

“They” believe the Earth is overcrowded and wish to bring the population down from around 9 billion to under one billion. Many of “they” have stated this openly in interviews. Their religion follows Robert Malthus’ view of economics, overpopulation, and scarcity of resources. Malthusian economics has never been proven valid. Food production adapts to demand and there’s plenty of room to grow. To “they,” it is just a religious mantra of hating God’s creations, including humans. They want to kill babies in utero through abortion. They want to kill and sterilize children and child-bearing aged women and fertile men using modRNA injections they call “vaccines.”

24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

“They” want to replace man made in the image of God by man made in the image of man-made electronic devices. Trans-humanism is their goal and “they” mean to make it happen soon. You will be able to get a chip implanted in you from which you can make phone calls in your head, join conference calls in your head, play video games in your head, and perform preprogrammed tasks for the greater good of the world collective. You, as an individual, will be lost. Your soul will be relegated or destroyed.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

“They” hate God’s creation of males and females, the differences of which have strengths and weaknesses. “They” hate that women bear and birth children and the men protect their mates and children. “They” indoctrinated generations of children to believe that a man can become a woman and a woman can become a man; that women can be as good a police officer or fireman as a men can be; that men can be as good at making a home and breastfeeding as women can be. “They” are insanely illogical in their thirst to change and undo what God has done.

Conclusion

None of what “they” attempt to do will end well. Society is programmed into obsessions of hatred based on a false morality built on an amorphous foundation.

Even if “they” succeed in vaccinating everyone and all animals, it would only take 2 generations to have all that genetic crap deselected and expunged from the genomes of the species. The death and maim and rot worldwide will be devastating, but it will be corrected nonetheless.

If “they” succeed in something, “they” will quickly lose their gains because God does exist and He will ensure that His plan is the only plan.

Regardless of your religious affiliation or void thereof, you must worry about the war against God by Globalist Communists. “They” are more than a political movement. “They” are demon worshipers who absolutely hate God. Atheists don’t believe in God. Why would atheists care to attack God if they don’t believe He exists? Atheists have always been among us and have never attacked like this. The current attacks on all God’s creation is organized by a false religion of Satanists and Luciferian cultists and worshipers of Ba’al and Molech and who knows.

Be ready for the coming war for truth and life and the way.

Covid era laws and policies operated adverse to freedom, health, safety, and truth. In this example, the laws and policies surrounding hospital staff vaccination rate are explored.

The government, under Operation Warp Speed (OWS), desired maximum vaccination rate for Covid vaccines. States received federal money for Covid. Hospitals received state and federal money for all matters related to Covid.

The easiest way to explain the strategy used on staff is by hypothetical example.

Given:

• Hospital X staff comprises 50% pro-vaxers, 40% don’t care, 10% will not take a vaccine

Strategy “% Vaxed”

If a vaccine mandate incentive from the state to a hospital requires 80% hospital staff vaccination rate in order to earn the incentive funds, then 50% “pro-vaxers” and 30% “don’t care”s will take the vaccine, achieving 80% vaccination rate. That leaves 10% of the staff who are “don’t care”s and another 10% who are “will not take a vaccine”s. These 20% of the staff are a threat to any vaccine “safe and effective” narrative purported by government.

If the requirement is 90%, then only the “will not take a vaccine”s will forego vaccination. That still leaves 10% who may spread vaccine hesitancy. At 95%, the hospital has to terminate employment of 5% of the staff.

In the above examples, the vaccine exemption committee and policy will achieve what is put before them. Without incentive for more, it is human nature to stop when you’ve achieved your objective, especially when termination of employment or another significantly equivalent detriment is on the line.

Is there a strategy that would maximize vaccination rate and not leave anything on the table? That is, how can you incentivize the hospitals to lean on their respective vaccine exemption committees to not stop at any given percentage, but rather to maximize vaccination rate?

Strategy “Top 4 Contest”

If the state tells all hospitals that the top 4 highest staff percentage vaccinated hospitals will receive $500,000 each, then each hospital willing to compete will push past the 95%, likely to 99% or more. The objective will be to terminate anyone not complying with vaccination. The vaccine exemption committee will be ordered to deny as many exemptions as possible. Then, human behavior will resort to favoritism. Some human resources staff, who are friends with the exemption committee members, or friends of executives, or other “special - who you know”s will get exemptions. All others will be terminated in order to reach the highest percentage possible. The objective is not 80% or 90% or 95%. The objective is 100% and terminations will dominate the exemption applications.

Results?

The largest hospital corporation in Massachusetts achieved around 99.7% vaccination of their staff. They own at least 14 healthcare facilities, most of which are hospitals. Did they receive the $2 million? Who knows? Maybe a state public records request should be submitted to find out.

Effect

The most important aspect of such a strategy is that the remaining hospital staff in most hospitals will be comprised of those who are compliant with vaccine mandates. In fact, most will feel that if they had to take it, then you should have to take it. That’s how human behavior works. If you show up to their emergency room/department, or their ICU, or their imaging offices, then they will cringe to learn that you are unvaccinated. They will treat you as less of a human being than the vaccinated. Why? Because they work with a staff that is 99.7% vaccinated and to be unvaccinated, to them, is lunacy. They don’t know anyone not vaccinated and all the professionals they work with are vaccinated. Remember — all the doctors and nurses who refused it are gone — terminated.

The culture of all the hospitals were shaped around vaccine idolatry. When someone does die from a Covid vaccine (examples: 11yo Ian, 7yo Cassidy, 16yo Avery, 12yo Amaya, 17yo Eden, and tens of thousands of adults, all in Massachusetts alone), then the staff will look the other way, bury the information, and not mention vaccine as the cause. They cannot resolve their idolatry with reality.

Real Contract

“Amendment #3 to the Third Amended and Restated Primary Care Accountable Care Organization Contract for the Accountable Care Organization Program”

“Section 2.11 COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive” states,

Section A. The Contractor [e.g. Massachusetts General Hospital] shall make best efforts to maximize vaccinations of their members in accordance with the Department of Public Health guidelines. . . .the Contractor shall receive a COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive Payment …; and

Section A. 2. b. The Contractor has one of the top four highest percentages of Enrollees fully vaccinated …

Section 3. B. COVID-19 Vaccination Incentive Payment For Contract Year 2021, if the Contractor achieves the vaccination target set forth in Section 2.11, EOHHS shall pay the Contractor a vaccination incentive payment of $500,000 …”

Conclusion

This is but one small example of how federal and state statutes, codes, regulations, and laws modify behavior of large swaths of society in a very short period of time. They sell them as benefits for the sick, underprivileged, victims of disasters, or other class of person that elicits sympathy. You can be sure that all the money behind these programs do not get to those who are the purported beneficiaries of these programs.

In the case of Massachusetts, simply look at the $20 billion non-profit (laughing aloud) hospital network to see where all the money goes. While other hospital presidents did not receive their executive bonuses because the hospitals performed poorly by financial measures in the year of vaccine mandates, the president and CEO of the hospital network with the greatest vaccine mandate terminations received her full bonus, PLUS an unexpected $2 million. Where did that come from? Aren’t non-profits supposed to be barred from paying out extra cash to executives? That defeats the non-profits status, doesn’t it? Ask all the terminated doctors and nurses how they feel about the president and CEO making extreme bonuses. You cannot ask all the ones who reluctantly took the Covid vaccines because many are dead.

The hospital network is Mass General Brigham (MGB). The president and CEO is Dr. Anne Klibanski.

Klibanski received ~$8.4 million in fiscal 2024, ~$6.0 million in fiscal 2023, ~$5.9 million in fiscal 2022, ~$4.3 million in compensation in fiscal 20211

MGB is the largest grant funding recipient of the National Institutes of Health. They are tightly intertwined with Moderna, Harvard University, and Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). There is hardly a distinction as to where MGB begins and government ends. The more they vaccinate the world, the richer these people get. The economy of Massachusetts depends on vaccines.

Today, someone mentioned they were going to be speaking to a mixed crowd of vaxxed and unvaxxed. I’m not one to avoid offering my unsolicited opinion in situations of Covid era truth-spreading. So, of course, I hit them with the following message:

Ease into the vaxed crowd. You already know that.

There’s something I say to those who say that the vax can’t be causing so many things.

The blood goes everywhere in the body and supports every organ and tissue. So if this vax affects the blood, which we now know it does, everything is on the table as a potential result. And it is almost random wherever those little particles end up. It is a random lottery of dispersion. Some do fine and clear it. Some have skin problems. Some have lung, heart, kidney, marrow or immune system problems. Some have brain or neurological problems. Or other problems. It’s a roll of the dice.

I hope the recipient doesn’t mind my posting it here in Substack. I haven’t written an article in a while.

Blood components are made mainly in marrow and lymph. If, in the creation process, the mRNA affects the very early stem cells (hematopoietic stem cells) that are later differentiated into red blood cells (RBCs or erythrocytes), platelets (thrombocytes), or white blood cells (too many types to list - leukocytes, lymphocytes, T Cells, B Cells, neutrophils, eosinophils, et al), then anything can result from such changes. Leukemia is the production of abnormal white cells. Rouleaux formation is the stacking of RBCs due to proteins or immunoglobulins changing the charge status on the surface of the cells. White fibrin clots form from mis-folded proteins in the blood. Platelets use fibrinogen and thrombin to produce fibrin that creates a structural mesh trapping RBCs to form clots. If platelets are dysregulated in their creation, then there could be hyper-coagulation (many clots all over). There can also be concomitant lack of platelets causing hemorrhage situations because platelets are being gobbled up too quickly by aberrant macrophages (another type of WBC).

All sciency stuff aside, the summary is that if the blood formation is dysregulated by genetic material from Covid vaccines, then almost anything can happen almost anywhere in the body. So, when people say that the Covid vaccine cannot be causing all these different issues, ask them where blood goes in the body.

You have a revolver with 500 chambers. You put in one bullet, hold it to your head, and pull the trigger. Congratulations. You just survived a Covid vaccine. “Well, I took it and nothing happened to me.” Someone you know was that “1” in 500.

I need to find another analogy for injury. It seems to be more than 1 in 10 though.

How about this? You boil 11 out of 12 eggs. Someone takes one egg from the dozen and smashes it against your head. What are the chances you will have to wash your face and clothes? Don’t be the raw egg recipient.

I just wrote this on X. It seems like a good idea to post it here.

I was cautioned on writing some of the parts on the bottom because it paints me in a bad light if people do not understand how the whole system works and how someone with skills in manipulation can temper those skills with Christian values. But this is important and must be told. 99% or more of society has never encountered such psychological modeling and planning and cannot believe that Covid could be done so easily by government. Well, it wasn’t easy. But it was planned for a very long time. I’ll just let you read my post, unedited, probably full of spelling errors and autocorrects gone awry. People need to understand that government has a lot of resources and they used them against The People and murdered a MILLION Americans.

This is why I wrote the book. There are those who say that everyone can’t be in on it or evil or whatever. Those people do not understand “whole systems.” Only the few at the top knew the whole plan and even they were met with serendipitous results (their serendipity is our mass murder). In the “EBM and Dr Backer” chapter of my book, I explain the advent of “Evidence-Based Medicine.” EBM. In the mid 1960s Canadian healthcare reform act that poured money into schools, such as MacMaster University, where EBM was funded and born. Papers became popular, it was focused and then by 1992 ALL North American medical schools had standardized on EBM, which became the bastardized scientific method it is. They effectively created a cult of central authority and mantra of EBM where all doctors would bow to the CDC and NIH papers as the authority for anything new or controversial. The behavioral modifications of medical board certification (stick) and state licensing boards (stick) and insurance and government (CMS NCTAP) incentive plans (carrot) created behaviors among doctors, who, individually, were all different in their reasons for doing what they did during Covid, which was to kill people and then lie about what people died from. Some did it purposely (very few pathologicals out there - about 1 in 1,000 or fewer). Some did it knowingly (a substantial portion, but no where near 50% - these are people who just wanted to keep their jobs and not be attacked by the boards and by their hospital administrators). Some did it recklessly (they chose not to look into the details and just took the CDC recommendations at face value. Some purposely avoided knowing and some were just lazy in keeping up with actual evidence instead of curated CDC/NIH/FDA evidence). And some were simply negligent in not looking at or recognizing real evidence. The boards are all captured by pharma money and internally justify this by accepting whatever they are told by drug companies. The really evil people like Bill Cassidy KNOW. He’s a bad bad bad person. Once the path to unrighteousness is stepped upon, then it is one short step after another toward hell as your soul slips away. Cassidy is such a type. So ... for example ... you have 60% captured by recommendations and who believe they’re doing the right thing or don’t want to find out that they’re doing the wrong thing, then another 30% captured by coercion from cert and state licensing boards whom they know will suspend their license or investigate them. Then another 5% holdouts are captured by making public examples of Meryl Nass, Mark Trozzi, John Littell and some others. And the last 5% is easily dealt with by termination of employment, freeze out of hospital privileges, suppression of social media accounts, etc. Add to that the fact that Emergency Departments are a grind for younger and middle aged doctors. Why is that important? Because all the doctors from med schools before 1992 would not go along with the Covid nonsense as they were not indoctrinated into the cult of EBM. They ask questions. They learned the scientific method, not the bastardized version of EBM that turned it on its head. The “whole system” is behavioral at the core as are most. It is not biological. Covid was an intricate matrix of behavior modifications put in place from decades ago to just before Covid. They modeled societal and professional responses to certain stimuli and events. Those models fed to their overall strategic plan. And none of us had a chance against decades of planning and modeling actions and responses. They changed the definition of both vaccine and antivaxer in official dictionaries. They had papers ready to go. They had Mass General Brigham doctors ready to write papers with NIH grants to say that the staff was no threat to patients in 2020, then when the vax came out in 2021, the staff was a direct threat to patients if they were not vaxed. Same author, same funding source. Michael Klompas. Look him up. Where did ventilators come from on a protocol? No one seems to know. Well, look at MGB and who ran a 3-person panel that made the recommendation to CDC, while working under an NIH grant. And in March April 2020, ventilators became the protocol and no one ever went back to look at it since then. They murdered hundreds of thousands of people with ventilators because of one paper with scant cases in March/April 2020. When you gather all the facts and put together ALL the carrots and all the sticks for every issue, you will begin to understand that this was all orchestrated through behavioral modification techniques including propaganda, social media, classic media, RICO level med boards, FSMB, etc. No single view can see the full scape. It seems impossible to those who’ve not put together strategic plans to twist the minds of a group of executives and board members around a large contract. You have to use a different approach with a CFO than a CEO than a COO than a VP Mfg than a CTO than a Chief legal counsel. If you’re trying to win a big deal among stiff competition, you should know how to talk to each of these people differently. Know how to plug holes, set land mines for competition. Say the right things over a dinner or lunch or at a World Series game. Say the right things in front of his people with the exec at a meeting or not at a meeting. Know how to pit people against each other who work together 8 hours a day, 5 days a week while you are only there for monthly meetings. It all sounds nefarious and it is. Only very few people are trained in this type of war strategy. Very few in the military ever get into such elaborate plans involving psychology, politics, finance, marketing, sales, law and contracts, etc. Maybe I’ll just post this to an article. I’ve not written one in a while. Been busy. But it takes a certain type of personality, life experience, training, education, professional experience to step back, step up, and look at the ENTIRE system of humans to understand Covid. The scientists and physicians tend to be wrapped up in cells and molecules and such, when most of Covid was behavioral modifications set forth in policy and law. Enough for now. God bless everyone.

This memorandum provides evidence regarding purposeful omission of investigation of vaccine safety by the CDC, other HHS agencies, and state health departments. In this package, there are many documented vaccine-caused deaths, many of which were labeled as covid deaths without any mention of vaccines as the cause of death. The certifiers, in many proven cases, knew that Covid vaccines killed decedents by stroke, pulmonary embolism, sudden heart failure, or longer term by Guillain Barré or Glioblastoma, but did not mention it on the records.

There are many certified blunt trauma and fentanyl overdose deaths where they had a positive covid test on file or tested the dead body for covid and counted it as a covid death. This is felony fraud. 18 USC § 1035, 1040, 1343 ACIP has a legal duty to review these facts and refer this to the DoJ and HHS for verification and investigation of the 221 pages and hundreds of documented vaccine deaths.

If this document is not investigated, then breach of duty may be a criminal offense. At the very least, the public is going to get this document and know truth.

There is no amount of peer reviewed research papers that can stand up to the facts in THE ACIP MEMORANDUM. Statistics based on corrupted data cannot be relied upon. Peer review and journals are inherently corrupt and we all know it now.

Only forensic investigation of individual case files can determine causality. These documents show you where to start looking. CDC can easily perform these investigations in weeks. Why have they not done so already.

These documents prove the complete failure of the CDC, even if they want to deny vaccine caused these deaths. The proof is that they refuse to even look and do their jobs.

I am often misquoted regarding my take on myocarditis and acute kidney injury, aka acute renal failure. This article is a quick and dirty rendition of my opinions formed from analysis of data and experience in human behavior analysis.

Human behavior analysis is at the root of most of everything we deal with in Covid and Covid vaccination, not data, not science, not biology or virology or immunology. Those are downstream from human behavior.

This article could get very long, very quickly; so I will try to limit it to my opinions.

Myocarditis does not just happen in young, male athletes. It is not even more prevalent in young, male athletes. It does not even manifest in data as being more prevalent in young, male athletes. So, why do doctors and scientists on both sides of the debate refer to young, male athletes when discussing myocarditis from the Covid vaccines? The bad guys (vax pushers - government and pharma) want you to believe it is only that narrow band of young, male, athletic people, being a small percentage of the population, who are susceptible to myoc from the vax. This is called a limited hangout. They admit to the iceberg portion above water, while knowing, but not admitting that the iceberg is much larger, but unseen under the water. This protects the reputation of the Covid vaccines among the general population, who then think, “Oh, I’m not a male; so I do not have to worry,” or “Oh, I’m not athletic …” or “I’m not young; so it does not pertain to me.” This is the behavior of real people. They do not think, “Well, if it is happening to the youngest and strongest of humans, imagine what it is doing to me.”

The truth is that far more older people have died from myocarditis from the Covid vaccines that anyone knows. How can I write that? Older people died from congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiac arrest, cardiac arrhythmia, and other such things that are listed on death records … within a few days of Covid vaccination. They were not autopsied. They were not investigated beyond the cursory. They were old. Myocarditis as a clinical diagnosis was not pursued by the death certifier. Thus, it does not appear in data to any great extent. Because I’m in the records as much as I am, I know this is the case. I cannot prove it. There is no peer review. But very many people of all ages died from these purported afflictions. I have death records of many 18-22yo’s who died from “arrhythmia” or “afib” or something like that “of undetermined etiology.” Thy don’t know where it came from. That’s because they did not do an autopsy and check the hearts of these young people. Why? We always used to autopsy the young deaths. Many states have a law or code that requires it. I believe the medical examiners did not want to know the true cause. There is no other explanation for the omission of so many investigations of so many dead young people, who have abstract diagnoses at death.

Back to myoc vs AKI — myoc does not appear in data that much. That does not mean it is not happening en masse. And there is no way to compare with AKI in numbers. I fully admit that it is likely myoc incidence rates as caused from Covid vaccination are greater than AKI incidence rates as caused from Covid vaccination. The reason I harp on AKI so much and compare the two is that the data clearly shows AKI as associated with the Covid vax and it should be studied as soon as possible. My former rate was 150X more AKI in the data than myoc. My new rate, based on the N28.8 artifact code, is probably around ~72X greater than myoc. It was cut in half, but still is far greater. That does not mean that AKI is happening more often. It only means that the data shows it. Why? AKI degrades the human it happens in to the point that the human goes to the hospital and is tested by objective testing. That means that they have numbers from urine and blood samples that provide a clinical diagnosis and treatment regimen or end of life palliative care plan. Because it is objective, tested, and known, it ends up on death records.

See the difference? It’s about human behavior. The recording process on death records is such that myoc escapes capture because someone dies suddenly somewhere and they do not autopsy the body, whereas AKI is a degradation process that lands a person in a hospital with objective tests and diagnoses.

If you want evidence the vax is killing people, then studying AKI data is a good place to start. Then study those who died from AKI because all the hospital information and files are full of timeline events such as hourly vital signs, daily blood labs, liquid and food intake orally or IV or IM recorded to the minute. When someone dies from myoc in their bed at home, there is no medical chart or file full of information. The information is scant. I believe that when they do go to the hospital, the hospital everything they can to prevent the information from being recorded. Ian Shumaker 11yo in Massachusetts apparently got the shot, had chest pains, went to the hospital, and died there. When they tried to donate his heart, they could not use it because it was full of clots. Was “myocarditis” written on his death record? No, it was not. Did he have myocarditis? Probably.

No, for doctors on the good side (seeking truth and knowing the Covid vax killed many and injured millions), I don’t know why they fell into the trap of limited hangout regarding “young, male athletes.” Young male athletes stress the heart upon peak performance, which causes fibrillation and death. We see the athletes dropping not before, not during, but shortly after a peak performance stress event like a football play, or a drive to the hoop, or driving to the soccer goal. Because it is seen on a 2D screen so much, people make the attribution to young, male athletes. Look up Anna Burns death in Massachusetts. 16yo girl running cross country in high school. Abby Fitzgerald 20yo from New Hampshire attending university in Massachusetts also died from myocarditis. She was a field hockey player. Avery Autumn Zaleski 16yo from Connecticut died from a stroke. Was she vaccinated for Covid? Was she post-mortem tested for myocarditis in addition to the stroke? We will never know the answers. But I know. I know in my heart. My heart is not peer-reviewed. So, most will not listen to me in this regard. Why, indeed, are doctors on our side continuing to espouse the limited hangout qualifiers of “young, male athletes,” when discussing heart issues? IT’S EVERYONE, NOT JUST YOUNG MALE ATHLETES. And I mean EVERYONE in terms of incidence rates. There are far more myocarditis deaths in middle aged and older people than younger people. They are just not objectively test for it upon death.

I wanted to be short, but ran on a bit. Sorry to the readers. I am very short on time and will get back to proofread and edit this at a later date.

Lastly, everything you read from everyone, regarding data studies that are broad, is likely wrong. At the very least, it has very low integrity measured against truth and fact. When talking about absolute rates, only smaller statewide data studies can be measured and not in the absolute number. The value in this aggregated data is in the first and second derivatives in time. That means, the rate of change over time and the rate of change of the rate of change over time. Think of it as the velocity and the acceleration of changes in data over time. Something may be going up at 10 per year for 10 years and then go up 100 in the eleventh year. That is a change in the rate. And that can only point an investigator to the records that should be forensically investigated.

The only way to determine causality is via forensic investigation of individual records. Data is only good at quantifying the number of deaths from a cause AFTER the cause has been conclusively determined through forensic investigation.

If scientists and doctors concentrated on case reports and histology rather than data, we would all be better off. That is science. Instead, they have been lured to the ridiculous field of statistics through “evidence-based” medicine, which is a cult mantra taught in medical schools. They tell me that I don’t understand, while they don’t account for polymodal distribution functions in reality and they apply normal distributions to everything all the time. Epidemiology is a mess. They do not know what they do not know. Let me pick 5 electrical engineers and we will advance epidemiology a hundred years in only a few weeks.

After posting a beautiful blue waveform graph on X, I was confronted by posts suggesting that a code shift change was responsible for most of the excess acute kidney injury (AKI) involved deaths. It was stated that ICD-10 code N28.8 “Other specified disorders of kidney and ureter” decreased almost as much as N17 “Acute renal failure” increased. Signal 2 is the code shift artifact excess.

Those who posted about N28.8 attribute the remaining balance of excess (Signal 1) to Covid disease per se. Whereas, I propose that Signal 1 might be from Covid treatment protocols as a majority of Signal 1 excess with Covid per se as a minority of Signal 1, though I do not commit to anything. Only forensic investigation of individual files can answer that question.

For a refresher, Figure 1 is one of the many slides I have used for explanations of Signal 1 and Signal 2. You will see in subsequent graphs that Signal 2 is indeed the result of the coding shift.

Before reviewing the highlights of yesterday’s revelations, Figures 2 and 3 are the two pertinent posts on X. They depict the difference between N17 on its own and N17 combined with N28.8, the latter of which accounts for the code shift.

Highlights of Revelation

• Disambiguation of signals, Signal 1 and Signal 2, is a good methodology that works. The field of epidemiology should adopt this method.

• Signal 2 is almost entirely due to a code shift from N28.8 to N17

• Excess deaths involving N17 is > 280K. Excess deaths involving code shift (N17 or N28.8) is >137K. Thus, the excess sudden kidney involved deaths are cut in half, but is still the largest single cause of excess.

I cannot say how relieved I am that I no longer have to worry about making an error. I felt like a pitcher in the bottom of the ninth inning, facing a batter with 2 outs, no walks, and no hits. For the Europeans, try to remember when Manchester City was playing Queens Park Rangers in extra time in the last game of the season. Kün Aguero scored the game winning goal deep into extra time to wrest the English Premier League Championship from Manchester United, who were watching the City v. Rangers match immediately after their own match that started at the same time.

I am happy. Why?

The monkey is off my back. After 6 years, I’m not perfect; and Signal 2 always bothered me as highly unlikely to be real due to its perfect shape.

My automated system addressed the new information (N28.8) and provided an answer in minutes, proving that it could be a real time health vigilance system if connected to government databases.

The thesis that AKI is the greatest signal of excess deaths is still valid. 137K excess is still the biggest excess deaths total from an objective diagnosis.

The demand for forensic investigation of anomalous data findings remains the most important thesis I propose.

This code shift revelation by someone on X saved me a month of time writing a paper and the potential embarrassment of learning of about N28.8 after publication.

Conclusion

Perfection is elusive and hubris-driven. “Iron sharpens iron” is an appropriate adage here.

Science progressed well over centuries through the acts of scientists putting their hypotheses, methods, and findings in the public sphere of scientists, having other scientists attempt to repeat the methods to achieve the same or similar findings, and then communicating their corroboration or refutation to the public.

Currently, there are for-profit entities controlling the flow of peer review and publication of scientific information. The entire system is corrupted. What did we do for centuries before “evidence-based” cultism that corrupted science 34 years ago?

After years of posting AKI graphs, someone finally brought N28.8 to my attention. The adjustment was made in minutes. This is how real peer review used to work.
