COVID Narrative on trial

Thu, 22 Oct 2026 23:30:53 GMT

“What makes these proceedings so extraordinary is the scale of what the court is being asked to confront. The plaintiffs allege intentional and unlawful deception concerning the pandemic and the necessity, safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 injections, and seek to hold the defendants personally liable in civil law for the resulting harm.“

The 17 defendants:

Dr. Everhard Hofstra (Physician; OMT member; media personality)
Dr. Jaap van Dissel (Virologist; RIVM-CIB (Dutch CDC) Director; OMT chairman; media personality)
Dr. Marion Koopmans (Microbiologist and veterinarian; OMT member; media personality)
Mark Rutte (Prime Minister, 2010-2024; NATO Secretary General from 2024)
Sigrid Kaag (Minister of Foreign Affairs, 2021; Minister of Finance, 2022-2024)
Hugo de Jonge (Minister of Health, 2017-2022)
Dr. Ernst Kuipers (Minister of Health, 2022-2024)
Dr. Diederik Gommers (Physician; OMT member; media personality)
Wopke Hoekstra (Minister of Finance, 2017-2022; Foreign Affairs, 2022-2023)
Cora van Nieuwenhuizen (Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management, 2017-2021)
Albert Bourla (Pfizer CEO; veterinarian; vaccine supplier)
Giselle van Cann (News editor, NOS - Netherlands Broadcasting Foundation)
Paul Jansen (News editor, De Telegraaf)
Feike Sijbesma (Special corona envoy; facilitator, diagnostic-test procurement)
Bill Gates (Gates Foundation; GAVI; vaccine-development and supply funder)
Agnes Kant (Medical scientist; Lareb pharmacovigilance director)
State of the Netherlands

The Case:

“The defendants in these civil proceedings are being held personally liable with their private assets on the grounds of tort. Through their actions and omissions, they unlawfully misled the seven plaintiffs, as a result of which the latter received a Covid-19 injection, causing serious damage to their physical integrity and their mental and physical health.”

Expert Testimony

“The plaintiffs have assembled a group of international party experts whose evidence addresses central scientific, medical, regulatory, legal and financial issues arising in this case. Their substantive written evidence—supported by brief video evidence—was submitted to the District Court on 7 December 2025 and forms part of the evidential record in these proceedings.”

Alberta - documentary about separation

Sat, 17 Oct 2026 01:30:24 GMT

On Oct. 19, Albertans go to the polls. section 38, the new documentary written and directed by Mathew Embry, comes at that moment from three directions: Keith Wilson, K.C., a leading voice of the independence movement; Danielle Smith, in a forgotten interview from 2019; and John Perkins (author of “The Secret History of the American Empire: The Truth About Economic Hit Men, Jackals, and How to Change the World”), looking at Canada from the outside. Together, they tell a cautionary tale about the fate of a country, and ask a hard question: how did a nation with so much promise end up here?
Embry began following the independence movement seven years ago, in the bitter cold of a Wexit rally at the Alberta legislature. He kept filming as it grew, behind the scenes with the voices leading it. Along the way, he was joined by producers Allan Thrush and the late Peter Beyak. Among the voices Embry followed is Wilson, a constitutional lawyer and arguably the most prominent advocate for independence in the province today.
In 2019, Danielle Smith sat down for a long interview, much of it never seen. At the time, she was a broadcaster. She remembered the boom years, when forecasts had Alberta producing seven million barrels of oil a day and it seemed the sky was the limit, and traced how that promise gave way to Western alienation. Then she made a stark prediction: “I don’t think Canada will exist in a decade.” Yet she believed the country could hold, and said how.
Wilson lays out the legal path: a 1998 Supreme Court of Canada ruling that, he argues, makes Canada the only modern democracy with a constitutional route for a region to vote its way out.
Then the film steps outside Canada altogether. On Bainbridge Island, Washington, also in 2019, Embry filmed John Perkins who opens a window onto the hidden history of American economic strategy and warfare, and leaves a warning that now reads like prophecy: “Canada should be looking at Venezuela very carefully.”
“This isn’t a simple film, because this isn’t a simple moment,” says Embry. “Some will say I’m too sympathetic to separatists. Others will say I’m too hard on them. But their concerns are real, and so is the case for a united Canada. I’m not here to tell anyone how to vote. I’m here to share perspectives.”

TheyLied: “metastatic cancers spiking in patients under 50

Wed, 23 Sep 2026 01:06:33 GMT

“These products were classified as vaccines rather than gene therapies, so they were able to skip oncogenicity [cancer causing] testing altogether. The clinical trials were stopped early when the control arms were unblinded a mere two months into the study, and nobody looked for cancer – or other – biomarkers before hundreds of millions of healthy people were injected.” ~ Deanna McLeod

Listening to the Covid Injured - broadcast live from Parliament Hill in Ottawa

“I retired in 2022 after 44 years as a general medical practitioner or family doctor, having worked across three continents. Being a doctor is one of the most privileged occupations in the world. It carries immense social and clinical responsibility, you are awarded the profound trust of your patients, and you have a sacred duty to uphold the principles embedded in the Hippocratic Oath:
Professionalism Autonomy Privacy Informed consent And, above all, non maleficence
‘Primum non nocere’, or ‘First, do no harm’, is a widely known medical maxim and often quoted, but there is a second and perhaps more important guiding principle, and it is the Precautionary Principle, which urges humility and caution at every clinical intervention.
Over the decades, I have witnessed a steady erosion of professional independence and the creeping encroachment of bureaucratic and corporate control over the doctor patient relationship. Guidelines and protocols increasingly replacing thoughtful individualised care.
By early 2020, I sensed something was deeply wrong. The Covid Pandemic was not unfolding naturally; it was being orchestrated. What struck me wasn’t just the clamour of the content but its delivery; synchronised slogans, coordinated and identical media messaging and scripts, and government sponsored fear and silly distraction campaigns, like ‘Clap for the NHS’.
Governments in my opinion have a fundamental responsibility to communicate clearly and truthfully with their electorates, and to do so with reassurance, grown up to grown up. That would be real leadership.
What we actually got from our governments worldwide was ‘The Narrative’, composed of fear, propaganda and outright lies about everything: Covid, its origin, its spread, transmissibility, the value of previously lauded effective cheap medications, the “saviour vaccines”, their safety and efficacy and the data that supported this, the science behind masks and social distancing, or lack of it, the fabricated need to shut down a healthy productive society, the appalling injuries and deaths caused by the vaccines. One has to ask how this was orchestrated, because it certainly wasn’t a natural series of events.
We got swamped by a series of master classes in misinformation and disinformation. They did not, could not, would not tell the truth about any of it. And they still can’t!
This wasn’t leadership; it was theatre. That was when my red line was crossed. I began to question everything I was being told.
We were told to “trust the science,” yet any principled or evidence based alternative views were mocked, censored, or punished.
The truth was out there all the time, spoken by respected voices in their fields but not covered by the MSM. Sadly, they were ignored, silenced or destroyed.”
~ Dr. Philip Bradfield Stowell

TheyLied: HHS Seeks Public Input on Federal Vaccine Recommendation Categories and Shared Clinical Decision-Making

Thu, 10 Sep 2026 22:49:12 GMT

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
August 21, 2026

HHS Seeks Public Input on Federal Vaccine Recommendation Categories and Shared Clinical Decision-Making

WASHINGTON, D.C. — AUGUST 21, 2026 — The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) today announced a Request for Information (RFI) seeking public input on the categories used in federal vaccine recommendations and the role of shared clinical decision-making. The RFI advances President Trump’s Executive Order Delivering Gold Standard Childhood Vaccine Recommendations for Americans and supports the Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines.

Through the RFI, HHS seeks input on whether the three categories currently used in federal vaccine recommendations — routine (universal), risk-based, and shared clinical decision-making, also referred to as individual-based decision-making — are adequate, clear, and well understood. HHS also seeks input on whether it should adopt additional or different categories.

The RFI invites public input on several considerations that could inform vaccine recommendations and category assignments, including:

The availability, quality, and strength of evidence;
The appropriate approach when randomized controlled trial evidence is limited or absent;
Individual autonomy, informed consent, and religious freedom;
The legal and programmatic consequences of recommendation categories;
How shared clinical decision-making is understood and applied in practice, and how the category could be improved; and
Communication practices necessary to earn and maintain public trust.

Clear, evidence-based, and transparent recommendations help Americans make informed healthcare decisions for themselves and their families. Under the Trump Administration, HHS is examining whether the current recommendation framework appropriately reflects the strength of the evidence, accounts for individual circumstances and values, and supports informed discussions among patients, parents, and healthcare providers.

Public input received through this RFI will help HHS and the Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines evaluate whether the current recommendation framework adequately advances scientific rigor, informed choice, and public trust.

More information about the HHS RFI can be found at the Federal Register.

Comment period ends Sep. 20, 2026.

TheyLied: 911 conference Sep. 10-13, 2026

Wed, 09 Sep 2026 22:32:02 GMT

“One may argue why should we dwell on an event that happened such a long time ago.
Surely we have more pressing issues to be concerned about such as mRNA gene interventions, the climate hoax, 15-minute cities, censorship, Big Pharma, indoctrination of our kids, fake wars, migration invasion, 5G, EMF poisoning, non-existent democracy and the endless drive towards totalitarianism?
9/11 wasn’t just the start of the “War On Terror”, it was the modern-day start of the War Of Terror Against Humanity.”

Turning the Tide 2026

… is a four-day conference being held in NYC on the 25th anniversary of 9/11 to amplify the growing movement for truth and justice and a more peaceful and accountable government (Sep. 10-13, 2026):

“There is a growing trend among parents who are turning away from the public school system and are embracing homeschooling. While initial concerns—such as exposure to SOGI content, DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) policies, and social-emotional programming—spark the decision to withdraw, many families soon discover that the long-term rewards of home education are both profound and lasting.”
