You need to be loyal to yourself first - 100% - otherwise you are fooling yourself thinking you are doing good when you are not.

Being loyal to yourself means that you take the time to recheck with your inner guidance, “Is this my thought or am I picking it up from outside myself?”

It is your power to decide: do you want to keep a thought that is not yours?

It is your power to understand the difference between your true feelings and your emotions.

Your feelings keep you acting in a propulsory motion.

Your emotions keep you reacting to outside events - that you have no control over. This is a rotary motion. It’s like a merry-go-round with a lot of activity that goes nowhere.

Rotary is not all bad. You regroup in rotary. You review the past to discern what you learned. Then you need to release it and get into propulsory.

You grow in propulsory by leaving the past behind and moving to the future you want.

Your emotions keep you stuck in rotary. They are your repetitive thoughts, repetitive statements that you say over and over again. Like you have them memorized. Some people can have the same argument with the same script day after day for their whole lifetime.

Propulsory is growth. It is seeing your day with fresh eyes. It is being aware of what you want to learn for that particular day or event.

Being involved in your spiritual growth does not mean you give up everything and follow a star. It means you change inside to a person who is loyal to yourself. You put your mask on first before helping others. It’s planning your day and deciding what you want to learn, and asking guidance for backing in learning it.

Today you may want to learn to have more self-respect and to communicate patiently and compactly. Another day you may want to learn detachment from the circus or how to planify a project.

This is your power to decide. It is not power over people or events. It is power to decide what you want to feel and how you want to grow.

You regroup in Rotary, reviewing the past to discern what you learned.

You grow in Propulsory - leaving the past behind.

Your emotions keep you stuck in rotary. Your emotions are repetitive thoughts, repetitive statements.

Propulsory growth is exploring new territory. It’s never the same. You are never bored in Propulsory.

Technique I

Cleanse and call your guidance in close.

Ask them for a time in your life when you were stuck in rotary. What was going on? Who was involved? What was the bait?

Record your answers in your journal.

Harmony is attraction. Love is attraction. Harmony is love. Love is understanding.

See the timeline of your soul like a beam of light flowing from where you are to the infinite past. See yourself on the tip of the beam and all your life flowing behind you like a ribbon of your life - a vibration - a frequency - an intelligence.

This is what your team of angels are here to help you with. This is what the people around you are here to help you with.

No one can do this for you. You cannot do it for anyone else.

This is the basic design of planet earth. This is what God instructed Adam and Eve when they ate the fruit of the tree of Good and Evil - the inner and the outer.

What was really communicated and lost in translation was you will be born with a mission but you will learn concepts, attitudes and habits that make unfoldment difficult.

Life is a journey, a pilgrimage, step by step to release the confusion that clouds your discernment.

As you release the confusion, you need to maintain it. As the tendency is to confuse yourself again - to slip back. This is the maze, the society you live in. You cannot escape it or ignore it, it is all around you. Like water to a fish.

Consistent, persistent positive daily action is required to maintain your growth and allow for more.

Look at life from within out. Always start with your inner to look at what is in front of you.

The key is to keep moving. Don’t stop or slow down to rubberneck. Mind your own business. Think in terms of service, not selfish or slavery.

This requires living your thrust according to your own policies and procedures. This is the key to your health. Any physical ailment is an indication of an out of balance in your inner.

Confusion manifest as stress. Stress manifests as disease.

There is no need to take a risk or to gamble with life. There is no need to confront anyone or to prove that you are right.

All you need do is respect yourself - your inner. No one needs to know that you respect yourself first.

You need to trust your sensitivity and discern the source of any fear doubt or confusion that is not you.

You need to obey you inner; not anything outside yourself; while you play the game of society in order to enjoy every moment.

You need discipline to keep the understanding and clarity that you have gained.

Your intellectual part is your organization, your timing and your evaluation. It doesn’t mean Society not write the script it directs the play.

Your feeling part writes the screenplay. Your intellectual part directs the production. If any changes have to be made to the script, the feeling part needs to be consulted. If the director chooses to re-write the script it becomes a different play.

The main element of the script is the What - the plot.

Boy meets girl.

Boy falls in love.

Girl rejects boy.

Boy goes to war.

Boy dies.

Girl lives happily ever after.

Not a great script. Your feeling part could do better.

You write your own script when you decide what you want.

You live your own script when you decide to invest your time and energy to produce your script - your life - with you as the star and you as the director.

Your script is from your feeling part. It is composed of your thrust, your policies and procedures and what you really want as energy so that you can learn and grow. Each of these are your props. They manifest as the assets in your life that you need to support your plot to learn and grow.

If the people in your play do not support your plot (your thrust, your policies and procedures) you experience stress and are not happy. This is caused by a lack of understanding how to implement your script - because you don’t know what it is.

You can write the script for the people in your play. This is not by intellectual control. This is done by you becoming what you want to be. And the people responding to you as you imagine yourself to be, not as you are (that’s assuming you’re not happy with the way you are, and want to change.) So when you change inside to be what you want to be, everyone responds in more compatible script. In a way, you re-wrote it by changing yourself.

You can’t say your lines properly if you don’t understand the character you are playing. You will never evoke a response of support from anyone, if you do not fully support yourself.

Not knowing your lines causes confusion. You miss your cues and go “off script.” Your co-actors are forced to improvise, they can’t follow your script because you didn’t follow your script. This is called confusion.

This is all caused by you not knowing what you want and then assuming a direction based on ignorance. This is caused by not seeing yourself as energy - a soul - here to be of service to yourself first and then to others.

Your lines get jumbled. You lose the plot. No one is happy.

Technique I: What is your Script?

Just imagine you are a director of a movie. You have a script to produce that calls for the actor to swing from one tree to another using a vine. What do you need?

You need a reason. Why is this person in a tree in the first place?

Now think of your life. What is the tree that you are living in? How did you get there?

Why do you do what you do?

Imagine your life is a script written by a part of you that you are not conscious of. You need clarification of a part. Where do you go for an answer?

You go to the creator of the script. The inner you that you are not conscious of. Typically found by tuning into your heart area. Some see it as a cave or a tunnel. Go there and ask your question.

Do not let the intellect complain, warn or distract you. Go into the cave and find the scriptwriter and get your answer.

Technique # I

Where are you?

What are you?

When are you?

Why are you?

Who benefits from you being you?

No one has taught you to be you. You were trained to build a career, to buy a home (or rent one), to raise a family or express yourself however you chose.

You were taught that material possessions were some of the most important things.

These are the concepts that interfere with your communication, discernment and regrouping with yourself.

It’s like looking at life through a colored lens and some things are invisible. You walk into them and are blocked by them, but you don’t discern them. And all you can do is wonder what is wrong.

Religious concepts always end in a mystery. you are told to believe something outside will protect you. This creates fear and doubt.

Spiritual truths build a strong foundation of understanding. Once you understand how to drive a car you no longer feared heavy traffic - you went with the flow to get to your destination.

Meditate on this and record your impressions in your journal.

Technique # II

Cleanse and call your guidance in close.

Close your eyes and think of a time you were caught in heavy traffic and not sure how to get to where you wanted to go. How did you feel?

Now think of a time you went to your local store for some milk and other food supplies. How easy was that?

What was the difference between these two experiences?

Religious concepts tend to keep you stressed, managed by things you can’t control and feeling unhappy and insecure.

You have not been taught that the most important thing is to be at peace doing what you came to do. And that the only way to experience peace and enjoy each moment is to find out where you are and to mind your own business by sorting out your true feelings.

This is something only you can do and must do before you can help anyone else.

Put your own mask on first.

Record your impressions in your journal.

Technique III

Cleanse and relax. Call your guidance in close.

Think of an experience when you were really stressed and under pressure.

What was going on?

How did you get there?

Did you pray to God for help?

How did you resolve it?

Ask your guidance if they were the ones who responded to your request for help.

Here are the basics:

You are energy, you have a body.

You are here to learn and grow spiritually.

You have a unique thrust.

You have a team of angels.

You are free.

There is nothing to fear.

These are your basic spiritual truths.

Anytime you feel stress, it’s because you have forgotten one of these truths and have assumed an outside concept as your truth.

It’s that simple.

This was communicated to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden - you probably know the story.

They were forbidden to eat the fruit of the Tree of Good and Evil. This is a symbolic way of saying Don’t Judge. That is, don’t see some things as good and some other things or people as evil or bad.

Judging is being emotional and is the cause of most, if not all, troubles, anxiety, disease, and poverty. Judging is reacting to emotions rather than following your true feelings.

Emotions can be summed up as reactions to events.

Feelings are inspirations from your higher soul, your true feelings.

One could say emotions are inspirations from your lower soul, your intellect.

Even present-day science has trouble distinguishing emotions and feelings. This is the fox in the hen house that no one wants to talk about.

The intellect wants to be in charge. The intellect says, “I am right!” “You are wrong!” Another version of Good and Evil.

God in the Garden of Evil said, “Don’t go there!” “Don’t eat that fruit.” or “Don’t swaller that!” as Granny from The Beverly Hillbillies would say.

Adam and Eve’s sin was not carnal knowledge (that is a religious concept) it was their unrecorded programming of their children, Cain and Abel to compete, to hate and eventually to kill. Adam and Eve judged and their children ate the sour grapes and learned to kill. Their confrontation was the first war. And it has been happening ever since.

I bring up this story to illustrate how ingrown some of our emotions are. La Familia Nuestra has nothing to do with the Old or New Testament, it’s about how to raise your state of consciousness now, by understanding how you communicate, your spiritual thrust, your policies and how they combine with the energies and concepts of Planet Earth to formulate and manifest your success.

LFN is a 26 3-hour course program held every third week. The courses are interspersed with two weekly regroupings. This goes for about 18 months. It has been divided into three sections. The first one is ten Courses, and the next two are eight courses each. It takes time to unravel the spaghetti of our thoughts. But even this is not enough.

In order to truly understand and incorporate this learning into your life, into your body, into your DNA, you need to experience these courses and the regroupings at least 5 times - more if you are a slow learner.

It is recommended you take the courses twice and instruct them at least 3 times.

This is what it takes to peel through the layers of programming almost everyone on planet earth that has been infected with. So, in about five years you could have completely transformed your state of consciousness. Instructing courses two or three at the same time, say starting a series every three or six months.

This is the basic disease, the basic virus, the basic evil. It takes time to really, completely understand it and accept it.

Can you imagine a world without judging? Without right and wrong? with free will? and everyone loving in harmony and peace?

The solution to our problem is not murder. Killing people has never solved any problem and never will.

Actually, every problem and disease can be traced back to a decision based on judging, following the intellect instead of true feelings.

“That son of a bitch ruined my garden!” “Hey, watch where you are going.” “Who do you think you are?” “I want that, give it to me.”

These are common statements caused by emotions.

Emotions rule life here on planet Earth. Everyone is bombarded by the media, which relies on emotions to influence and control. You are not in control. You are programmed to react like a cat chasing a mouse.

Emotions has developed into a huge market. Movies and novels sell emotions. Lawyers get rich from emotional conflicts. The medical market relies on emotions to make people sick. Religions keep their audiences controlled by manipulating emotions.

Emotions are everywhere. They are in the air we breathe; the water we drink and the food we eat.

You could say emotions are a part of being human. So much so, that one could say - “What’s the big deal? I like my home, my car, my family, my job. What are you talking about?”

I’m talking about life on planet Earth and why you are here. You came to planet Earth as a soul who incarnated into a body. You came to learn and grow spiritually. Planet Earth is a school, not a war zone. Planet Earth is a playground not a prison that you are afraid to leave. Planet Earth is a chance for you to transform from a caterpillar into a butterfly. You are here to learn how to be free, unlimited and enjoy every moment, because that’s all you really have - the beautiful now.

Every time I ask that question, I close my eyes to get an answer. Is what I see with my physical eyes not real?

Science says it imagination. But I see a wall. How can it be imaginary when it impedes. I cannot walk through a wall, even though my perception of it is not real.

Science says the images of all I see are transmitted to my brain upside down and my brain flips it so I can see things as they are.

So if the chair I am sitting on is not real, how can I be sitting here? Is it just a vibration? Everything is a vibration.

The chair is real. My aches and pains are real. My joy is real.

Am I here to do more than chop wood and carry water?

Chop wood and carry water is eyes open.

Close my eyes and I am here to breathe.

How long can I keep my eyes closed and sit and breathe?

I need to open them and do something.

Do what?

Write. Write my impressions.

Why? What’s the point?

Paper holds the energy.

What happens if I consistently, periodically just sit and radiate peace?

The joy of the now.

Enthusiasm.

The feeling of success.

I want to be successful, abundant, valuable, to have more and provide for my family, my loved ones.

I turn to no one. I need no one. I am my source of my success. To achieve my success I need to feel my success in my core, in my bones.

My Pivot Point is my starting point. It is my home. It is my true feelings.

My true feelings is what I experience with eyes closed. Every time I close my eyes I am my true feelings.

I am my success.

I am my abundance.

With eyes wide open, my intellect is in charge. I am in Social.

Eyes closed - I am in my Personal.

Eyes open I can choose to be in Business or not while I am in Social.

In Business:

I work with my facts.

I direct my Actions, my goals, my projects.

I decide my what, when, where why and what is my profit.

I flow with my own direction.

I explore, experiment, record and regroup.

In Social

I go with the flow.

I drift with the mob.

I follow the well-trodden path of familiarity, security and sameness.

My programming is to build a fort for protection; to build a castle for luxury, to build a business for profit.

In my true feelings there is no fear, no worries, no regrets. It is what do I want and what do I need to get what I want.

I can only do one thing at a time.

There is only now.

Past Now Future

I came to planet Earth to live with eyes open.

It happens at birth. Breathing, screaming, eyes open, life.

Eyes closed is peace, regrouping, security, self-confidence, death.

Eyes closed I am powerful, unstoppable, unlimited.

Eyes open I am limited by my age, my size, my bank account, my heritage, my programming and my emotions.

Eyes closed I am in my own world. I am at home.

Eyes open I am a stranger in a strange land. I am just visiting.

This is the way it is.

Eyes open - psychic is a fake.

Eyes closed - my feelings are real, psyshic is real.

I am my joy.

I am my satisfaction.

I am my peace.

When I have to work with a narcissist, I am still I am.

I do not cater to personality.

I accept myself.

I accept my opportunity to be of service.

Sometimes the asshole is spirit’s way of pointing my direction.

I am free.

I am unlimited.

It all comes down to Intuition, Personality and my system.

Life on planet Earth is not meant to be lived with eyes closed.

My eyes are open so I can be involved, so I can experience, so I can learn.

My eyes are closed so I can regroup, tune into my guidance, and see a new picture.

The enlightenment (meaning having no troubles, no worries, no attachments) is just that - seeing and being aware that everything is energy.

Energy does two things: it attracts and it repels, just like a magnet.If you could see yourself as a magnet, you would be on your path of enlightenment.

This is the first step of your long journey of a thousand steps.

The journey is never-ending. It is timeless. It is infinite. You’ve actually taken your first step ages ago. See yourself as a little bacteria - a microscopic cell that seems to dart and slide and bounce from one object to another. You are like God looking at that one-celled microscopic dimension. There is a god- aware of all humans on this planet and it can see us through a microscope as well.

How concerned and aware are you of the bacteria’s search for nutrients? That is how much god is concerned about you. This is not a bad thing or something to fear. It is just reality. This is awareness of being enlightened - No Worries.

You are a microscopic magnet living in an incomprehensibly huge universe; whose size is limited only by the instruments used to measure it. Ever notice that as scientific instruments become more sensitive - the universe - or our awareness of it - expands?

Like a bacteria living in a body, if it ever became aware of its size and location, would be in awe, that there are other bodies to live in, other plants, ever anywhere and anything. That is what you are.

But this awareness - that you are a magnet - must be practical. You are here - a soul - living on planet Earth, connected to a body, in an environment that confines your awareness to a certain location, a certain time and you need to decide:

When to do it — Called Facts

Why are you going. /

Being enlightened means you have your facts organized. Knowing you are as important to god as a nameless bacteria is to you. What do you want to do?

Hint: For most people it’s earn money. For some it is fame for others its power and for a few its service.

These are your choices. One does not exclude the other. But one needs to be a priority.

Some lead to enslavement, one leads to freedom. Enslavement is building your world based on the Society of Planet Earth. Which is not bad. It just doesn’t last for a long time.

Planet Earth is a school.

It’s curriculum is Glory (Fame), Power, Devotion and Service. You can study and major in one of these Departments of Study:

Department of Glory: Artists, Performers, anything where the payoff is applause and approval.

Department of Power: Politics, Management, anything where the payoff is control or money.

Department of Devotion: Religion, Clubs, Sports, anywhere the payoff is comradeship.

Department of Service: To self; the payoff is learning and growth.

You’ve come to be of service. You did not come for a vacation. Which brings up another department. Well, it’s noit really a department of the school of Earth, but it is a category one can live in.

It’s rebellion, playing hooky from school. It’s not playing the game - it’s just playing. It’s ignoring your reason for being here.

So you have five choices: Glory, Power, Devotion, Service or Rebel (maybe call it Vacation). Which are all good to a degree. The trouble comes when your involvement is not organized in line with your true feelings.

What would it be like if you refused to leave school after you graduated? Some people build their little castle here on planet Earth and don’t want to leave it - ever.

If you get caught in this trap, then you are enslaved. You are caught in a little picture, like a bacteria, caught in a crack in the floor. There are many souls who can’t let go. Who are stuck. Who can’t grow.

In order to grow you must release the old you and like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly or a bud becoming a flower, you must simply go with the flow and release what you no longer need.

Going from a caterpillar to a butterfly is good.

But what does the butterfly transform into? You must not get stuck being a butterfly either. Everything is constantly changing and growing.

Your intellect teaches you to fear the unknown. Your intellect wants to keep you safe; keep you alive. Your intellect is a useful tool here on Earth. It is not needed when you graduate.

Many people have trouble releasing their intellect. It’s like your favorite books from school. You learned so much from them you don’t want to let them go. But they have served their purpose.

In school you learned math, science and literature. After you graduate - you need to take what you learned and apply it to your job so yo can do something useful.

You are here to learn and grow. Your present situation is your curriculum so your curriculum for your growth.

While approval, money, friends and fun are important parts of living, the bottom line is how much are you learning and growing?

The learning you came to do is not intellectual learning like History or Algebra. The learning you came to do is what you learn from what your experiences. Everyday you experience things. What you experience depends on your state of consciousness; how aware are you?

Basic awareness is I sleep, I work, I eat, etc. Physical survival or dimension.

Being a little more aware is I organize, I communicate, I imagine and I perform. This is involvement.

You learn from your involvement in life.

The people you talk to.

The things you build.

The business you create.

You came to be involved in a family, a home, a career. You did not come to be enslaved by them. They are not a big deal.

If you identify as what you are involved in: doctor, mechanic, mother, you are caught.

You are involved in a classroom. The tendency is to get stuck in the classroom and refuse to leave and go out and play.

Outside the classroom is freedom. Your intellect says, “Don’t go there! Stay here with what you know!” And that’s the hell of it.

Being involved and interested in life is a need. It satisfies my soul to be involved.

Being involved requires action. I need to do something to be involved. I can’t just sit and watch or imagine.

Involvement is an exploration. Action opens the door for things to happen.

Philosophizing and intellectualizing is safe.

It creates a limitation. Action lets the bull out of the barn.

Watch out!

I am on a venture of involvement, action and experience to learn and grow and expand my understanding of the Big Picture and to mature in my wisdom.

I am here on Planet Earth - the reason I have a body is for action and involvement.

My world is what I make it. I have free will. I can be as happy as I want to be.

Involvement propels me through the maze of Society.

I move in a bigger picture of sensitivity and awareness.

Involvement expands my awareness of my opportunity of being here on this planet.

I have no limitations on how good I can feel.

I strengthen my true concern for myself and others by learning and growing. My clear motives attract the true riches of life on planet Earth.

Helping myself is part of the key to self-understanding. The moment I stop denying myself is the moment I become true to myself.

Maturity is realizing and implementing this process by being involved in life. I can always do more.

My involvement in life allows me to deepen my inner-understanding so I can simply learn and grow each day.

So how are things? What does that even mean? a clear picture of things as they are?

It means not fooling myself or believing in a fantasy or a myth. It means not having a misguiding direction.

It’s a direction that I’ve chosen with the backing of my guidance.

Here I am, in my own little world.

How much am I struggling to be myself?

How much of my life is an effort?

Any struggle or effort comes from trying to live outside of myself. Living in the flow is effortless. It’s a Glide, using the currents to float and go where I please.

A bird flies effortlessly with power.

It perches on the thinnest branches effortlessly, fearlessly. It never fears falling, because it knows how to fly. It has a clear picture of itself and lives effortlessly. It communicates effortlessly and instantaneously. It doesn’t have an intellect to gum up the works. If it senses danger, it flies away, immediately.

My feeling part has the facts of what I’ve come to do. They are shrouded with memories, programming, emotions, myths, fantasies, desires and fears, both mine and adopted.

The new me releases it all except what I’ve come to do.

How can I release all that is not me - not what I’ve come to do?

The thought is scary. But I am not the one who is scared. My lodgers are scared. They’ve been found out and must leave.

All that is required is clear communication with myself, so I understand myself. Understanding myself is minding my own business.

Understanding myself is discerning and organizing my facts.

My prophetic part senses the ‘what’ and sends it to my visionary part that turns it into a picture.

This is the first filter. I need a memory to make the picture. So whatever I sense conforms to my past experiences, there has to be something to hook onto it and interpret it. If I have no way to connect, it just goes over my head.

My prophetic part-what is it looking for? Food - Spiritual Food - Information - Facts

Air - Spiritual Energy

Water - Spiritual Cleansing

Survival - Growth

Happiness - Accomplishment

It looks for what I need to survive. Like a predator - looking for an animal to kill and eat.

That’s the primitive root. But being more advanced, I don’t have to hunt and kill my food. What then do I need to survive on planet Earth?

Money is the food we search for now.

So, if money is taken care of - by having a reliable source of income - what else is needed? Now that I can eat and pay the rent, what’s next?

Stimulation, excitement, satisfaction, adventure, discovery, relaxation, sharing, introspection, indulgence, learning and growing.

After survival comes learning and growing or anything I want.

I must learn before I can grow.

To learn is what I now hunt for. To learn is what my Prophetic Sensor searches for and creates a picture of what to learn and delivers it to my visionary part that organizes it and transmits it to my intellect - my Intuitive Part, so it can understand it and discern what action is required to experience it. Then it sends a direction to the Feeling Part for Action. This happens at the speed of light.

This is a good role model.

Think for yourself. Follow your own dreams. You have a team of associates to collaborate with - your guardian angels.

You only need one leg to stand on. You can walk with two and you can run very fast with four if you had four legs.

The only reason you would bob your tail is to fit into society.

That takes care of your needs and your physical body.

So where are you headed?

What really is the point of all this?

Living in 2 worlds at the same time.

Birth, Life, Death.

Life is Learning and Growing.

Life is also procreation - having a family.

Passion and adventure - not a part of the spirit world.

Spirit is detachment - being involved without getting caught. That’s a tricky one.

I am involved. I am responsible. I am committed. Yet I am detached.

It’s like I put my all into something. Then when it’s completed I let it go. I don’t own it. It doesn’t own me. That’s a tough one, too sometimes.

It’s tough to build something and see others benefit from it with no compensation in return. But that is giving without expecting.

People come to you because they have a need to be healed. After they are healed - they no longer need you. So it’s important not to get caught.

Sometimes people have a grudge. It’s usually sub-conscious and usually from a past life experience. They are out to get even. You may have killed them or wronged them in some way, or vice versa. People can carry a grudge for lifetimes and a lot of souls are confused about this.

There are souls who are angry that they are souls. They look for angry situations to confirm their belief. Just like a religious fanatic that wants to convert you, to save you. It’s really because if they convince you that what they are saying is true, then it’s proof to them that it is true.

If they really knew the truth they would be at peace and only share their wisdom to people who are interested at the right time and place. They would not offend anyone.

I am involved and I am detached. Seems impossible. Think of it as a cycle:

I am involved with what I do. I experience life. This is my Present.

I am detached from what I have done. I regroup the Past.

In that instant where I change from detached to involved I need to ask the question, ”What’s next?” This is a jump to my imagination through my Prophetic avenue. It’s instantaneous. My prophetic sensor suggests my direction to me. This is the god in me. That part of me (call it ego) that decides.

Ego is the “I am” that I am.

Ego is also called the high soul.

Your intellect is the translator between your true feelings of your ego and the feelings of your Personal that activates your body.

It is the driver (in a computer sense) of your involvement.

The Prophetic sensor is actually connected to your Feeling Part (not the gift- even thought they are mingled). But--it must go through the Intellect. The Intellect filters the incoming information to protect the body.

As a soul, you are weightless; and can ascend to heaven. Being attached to your body, the Intellect says, “No, you cannot ascend to heaven. You have work to do here on planet Earth. You are connected to a human body.”

In reality, the body is a tool for the Ego. It is like a puppet, obeying all the commands from the intellect.

The Ego wants to learn and grow by directing the body to have different experiences.

The body can obey these feelings or it can ignore them. It has free will. The Ego learns and benefits either way. The ego is detached. It makes suggestions but is always open to another way.

Emotions and religious concepts color the information from the Ego. The Feelings are not aware of this coloring and accepts the information it receives as coming from the Intellect through the Ego.

Society - your Visionary part - is full of traditions and memories. It also colors the information. We get organized in Society - the days of the week, timing, etc.

The Prophetic sensor gives you the what. What are you looking for?

The Intuitive is the Organizer. It builds the structure of the information received from the Ego, which came from the Sensor, through the emotions and religious concepts and builds a picture that it sends to the visionary gift to see how it fits into its world. Then it goes to the feeling part for action.

The emotions and religious concepts are like parasites. They feed off the energy coming from the Ego. They color the crystal clear energy of the Ego and transmit those emotions which are transmitted as feelings to the Visionary gift. The Visionary gift just accepts it the way it is.

This is the way you have always done it and this is the way you will continue to do it. This happens at the speed of light. You are not aware of it.

The Feeling part does not question what it received. It just acts on what it receives, trusting all the other parts have done their jobs properly.

Where does your thrust fit into this?

Thrust is a mandate from the Ego. The Ego is timeless and is what connects to the Universe. Some call it the Akashic Record. This is actually a part of the God of the Universe. All the memories and actions that have transpired on planet Earth and elsewhere

The god of the universe is not only the god of planet Earth. In this great galaxy system - endless and infinite mean just that. Our intellect filters our awareness. We only experience a small part of the universe. That’s one of the reasons we are here - so we can focus on the moment and discerns what it means.

There is motherly love. This is a unique sort of love that a mother feels for her children and her children’s children. That child can do no wrong. There are no limits to what she will endure for that child. Each of us has only one mother.

There is otherly love. The love of companions. It’s not as strong a bond as motherly love. It often is conditional. It even seems to run a course of cold to hot to cold. This could be a marriage or a good friendship. Sometimes they last for lifetimes. Sometimes for a few hours. Everyone has companions.

Companions are part of society - as all relationships are. There are many goods and bads, rights and wrongs. There are assumptions and repercussions. There are likes and dislikes. There is manipulation and fair exchanges.

Relationships can be complicated.

These complications usually involve past life issues.

Many times, people you have affinity for have been a part of one or more of your past lives. Sometimes gratitude is needed, sometimes forgiveness. You are attracted to each other for a reason.

Once you are aware of a past life hook, recognize it accept it and let it go. It is a connection to the past and has no place in your present or your future unless it is part of your life plan.

Your Business involves what you came to do. Social is where you conduct your Business. Although Social is also rules and regulations it actually has none for itself. It simply is what it is. Different countries have different Social rules and regulations, different boundaries. What is socially accepted in one country may be condemned in another.

You are free to decide for yourself. The only warning is to harm no one. And like some warnings, is often ignored.

There are 4 kinds of love:

· Personal love Love of Self Blue

· Business love Love of Life Red

· Social love Love of Others Yellow

· Spiritual love Being love White

Colors can mix in an infinite combination, as well as love.

So what things? What does that even mean? a clear picture of things as they are?

Why should I fear living if I know how to live? Why should I be afraid to try something new? Something I’ve never done before.

My intellect has the facts of what I’ve come to do. They are mixed in with memories, programming, emotions, myths, fantasies, desires and fears, both mine and adopted. It’s like so much downloaded trash that I’ve picked up from the internet that has corrupted my hard drive.

It just shows up, because it’s in the air, and I breathe the air.

The new me releases it all except what I’ve come to do.

How can I release all that is not me and not what I’ve come to do?

My clear direction comes from what I decide that I want to accomplish. I think of it as living in a bubble. I am a bubble of energy within a boundary. This boundary is like a fence between what is me and what is not me. It’s like the outer membrane of a microscopic cell.

Actually, it is a cell membrane; just not microscopic and not visible. My skin is a cell membrane. It divides what is me from what is not me. That is what my aura does on an energy level.

I think of myself as a tiniest speck of almost nothing. Any smaller and I would not exist. I visualize this tiny speck in the middle of my belly, just behind my belly button.

I can close my eyes and visualize this speck.

I let my breathing calm as I approach it.

I tell myself, “This is all that matters.” Just live with it. I do it now before reading any further.

I feel myself calming down, as though the world stopped. What is happening is my intellect is being silenced.

I become aware of my breathe, aware of the now. I am present in my body. This is my Garden of Eden. This is my heaven.

How long before the thoughts come? Not long. But that is life. I am human, after all. I came to eat of the fruit of the Tree of Good and Evil. I came to be deported from the Garden of Eden. I came to suffer, a little bit. A better word is experience. I came to learn from my experiences. I came to experience life so I can learn and grow.

I can go back to my Garden of Eden at any time. The more I practice it, the easier it becomes second nature.

What does this have to do with direction? Ever look at a compass? With the needle spinning? Well, the little speck inside me is like the pivot that the needle spins on in the compass. In order to use a compass, I have to hold it level and still so the needle spins freely to find true North. Same with me. If the compass is tilted, it won’t be accurate. If I am tense, I cannot decide accurately.

By tuning into my inner core, that almost invisible speck, I am leveling my compass and aligning myself with my true north - what I came to do this lifetime.

I’ve used a compass, I know I need a map - or an awareness of my environment.

I also need to know where I want to go. What it is I wish to accomplish? A compass has 360 degrees or options of direction. In life, there are countless options, things to accomplish. It could be anything from pulling weeds in the garden to go watch the latest Star Wars movie or go to McDonalds. Life presents unlimited choices.

Clear direction is sorting my way through the maze of options and settling on one thing. I can only do one thing at a time.

On Wednesday I can pull the weeds in the garden.

On Thursday I can go to the movies

On Friday I can go to McDonald’s.

I could make a list of all the things I want to do, or that I think I want to do.

Then go to my Garden of Eden. My little speck inside; down behind my belly button.

I let my pointer point to the weeds in my garden. I can see myself pulling the weeds. I can see myself pulling the weeds and enjoying it. I can see my garden without any weeds.

That feels good. Now I can go wash my hands and have a drink of water.

Next, I visualize going to a movie. It’s a good movie. I enjoy it. I go to my Garden of Eden - the behind the belly button spot - How does it feel? It’s ok. Kind of neutral. Sort of neither here nor there. Exactly, not good, not bad. Eh! What am I gonna do?

Next, I go to my belly button spot and visualize going to McDonald’s (we’ve all been there). Even though my mouth waters at the thought of some salty, greasy sort of a hamburger that I’m not sure what it is...you’ll probably never go to McDonalds and order a hamburger. It’s just a possibility. So, I turn my attention to somewhere else. I consciously decide a direction, based on my past experiences.

My clear direction is a combination of what I want, what is available to me (I can’t watch the movie I want if it’s not playing at the theatre) and my past experiences (I’ve eaten at McDonald’s before).

It’s not really a choice between my wants, experiences and availability; it’s more like layers and the needle of my direction floats on these layers and is influenced by them. Not always consciously.

So, I need to go below the shaft of the needle, called my Pivot Point. It’s like going down to the basement and checking the foundation. Away from everything, where it is just me and look through a periscope to see where the needle is pointing. Be detached.

I stay in my belly button and look for where to go, what to do, when to do it and why. Avoid the chatter.

It’ll be difficult at first. But it can be done. Practice, baby, practice.

The tourist was in New York City looking for Carnegie Hall, where great musicians play. She saw a man carrying a musical instrument case and figured he’d know where it was. So she asked him, “Excuse me, could you tell me how to get to Carnegie Hall?”
He replied, “Practice, baby, practice!”

P.S. Some people pivot from the Atma - the heart cave. You could probably pivot from any chakra.

Like from your Coccyx to discern your wants.

From your gonads to discern your needs.

From your heart to discern what you truly love.

From your thyroid to discern what you want to communicate.

From your solar plexus to discern your originality.

From your pituitary to discern your outflow.

And from your pineal to discern your timing.

The spot behind the belly button is called Meng Mein in Chinese Acupuncture. It’s sort of a secret chakra - very powerful; very sensitive. It directly affects your well-being. Be gently and respectful with this area. It is not a playground. It’s the command center for your beingness. This is your Personal. It is sacred. Nothing gets in there but you.

So the face of my compass would look like this (without the needle):

The area inside the circle is Society.

The arrow is my Business. My straight and narrow path of my true fulfillment and happiness.

The pointer is what I decide:

It swings around based on my discipline to control my attention and desires.

Sometimes they line up.

These are the moments I am the happiest, the most fulfilled and the most energized.

At other times, when I’m off course, I just don’t feel so great. Sometimes it feels like I’m just drifting, not knowing what to do.

The key is to align with what I came to do.
