“You deserve better” is a better phrase than “leave” but….. WHY?

We were not given the same choice and our responsibilities is different. If you wanted to stay, then stay as much as you want…..but you already know that

YOU DESERVE BETTER!

You also deserve what you’ve tolerated.

Seeing people and friends of mine lose their mind because of someone made me think, why do they stay? when they knew it to themselves that they deserve better, they deserve more than that.

I always tell them to leave but then one night, it hit me, we were not given the same choices, and of course, it is hard to just leave someone you treasure and love. I do not have the right to say to them to just “leave” instead I should tell them that “You deserve better” because eventually that was up to them if they will stay or not because we simply deserve what we tolerated. They are not child, they are someone that knows how to make a decision on their own.

I also have this belief of mine that if a person will get tried, they will eventually leave. Sometimes even we knew in ourselves that we deserve better, we still choice to stay because we care for them and that’s why we are not perfect.

“LOVE”

Humans became different when it comes to love, 4 letters but so powerful, there are many died and sacrifice for those 4 letters.

Growing up always having an achievement, exceeding people’s expectations. They always have positive expectations of you, expectations that they think are success. That was actually great because they are people who believed in you, but what if I tell you that was different? The people who expect and the people who actually truly believed in you.

Those people who have expectations already have a set version of you in their head, and those people who believed in you is someone that will support you and believe in your decisions and capability to handle things on your own without having those high expectations.

Having expectations is not wrong; however, when it becomes too much, it will become a burden to someone. There are expectations that is actually positive and expectations that can actually make someone feel pressure; it can become an unhealthy expectation.

Pressure is part of human life; however, it can also destroy someone. Growing up carrying those burdens was not easy because not all the time we function, and not all the time we are someone they expect us to be.

What to do?

I believe that whatever they expect from you, what you need to do is you must think first about what you want. Or was that what THEY wanted? In the end, you are the one who can answer those questions. No one can except you.
