Settings, System: one update status, and Install health as its own section - #312

Summary

Settings, then System showed "You're up to date (v0.8.32)" and, right under it, "Ready to update · 16 checks fine · See every check · Check again". "Ready to update" meant "the install's health checks pass", and "Check again" re-ran those checks, so the page gave two answers to "can I update?". Updates and the install's health are now two separate things. Version shows one update state with one action. Install health is its own section.

Changes

• Version shows exactly one state, each with one headline, one line of detail and one action: up to date, updated just now, available (with Major release or Preview chips and the auto-update window), available but held by a failing check, the model check, the updater not answering, preparing, updating, needs your OK, failed (didn't finish, couldn't start, or stopped partway), not listed on GitHub yet, couldn't check, not checked yet, and development build. Under the state is "Check for updates · Checked 2 min ago". When GitHub didn't answer, it says when GitHub last did.
• Install health is a new section. It reads "All 9 checks pass" (or N fail, or N need a look), with "Re-run checks" and "See every check". A failing check is listed with its fix, and one that holds updates has a "Stops updates" chip.
• Removed: "Ready to update", "Check again" for health, the "What stops an update" and "Read before updating" lists, and the duplicate Release page link. A major release's notes and a failed last try are said in the status, not as health items.
• The model check's button is now "Re-run the model check". On Setup, "Check again" is now "Re-run checks".
• The update card no longer names the stack in its text ("It changes 7 resources … in Api, Worker"). The stack and raw AWS errors stay under Technical details.
• New e2e/update-states.spec.ts covers every state on desktop and phone (E2E_SHOTS_DIR saves screenshots). The selfhost and models-switch specs are updated.

Verification

• npm run lint, tsc --noEmit and next build (static) pass.
• The full Playwright suite against the static build passed: 1334 tests.
• I reviewed screenshots of all 20 states at 1280 and 390 px against the copy matrix. No sideways scroll at 390 px.
