Summary
Pins the dashboard to CoderHelm/coderhelm@ae22eb3 (CoderHelm/coderhelm#310). That commit adds Check for updates and "Checked just now" to Settings, System, Version, and makes Update install the newest release at that moment. It uses the route and updater changes from #462.
