Dematic — DevOps transformation for warehouse automation leader (6,000+ FTEs, Amazon as client). GitLab and Azure CI/CD platform. Reduced proposal turnaround from 8 weeks to 1 day and simulation times from 11 hours to 24 minutes — 98% reduction in time-to-solution.
CERN — Kubernetes and CI/CD architectural review for Large Hadron Collider control systems. Delivered recommendations that shipped to production infrastructure.
