I architect systems that think, defend themselves, and serve the public good.
Security, governance, evidence, and observability belong in the architecture.
I am a self-directed systems engineer and architect whose public GitHub is the record of an ongoing technical laboratory.
I have developed this portfolio while maintaining full-time employment and without institutional infrastructure, dedicated compute clusters, or a large engineering budget. The work has been built primarily with consumer hardware and whatever open-source, local, or low-cost resources are available.
That constraint shaped the way I work:
learn the missing capability → build the experiment → define the invariant → test it → document the result → discover the next problem
The repository count is intentional. These repositories are separated learning vectors, experiments, architectural sandboxes, and evolving systems—not claims that every repository is a finished commercial product.
The public portfolio is therefore a curated view of a much larger engineering laboratory.
The active portfolio is converging around CIVINTELLIGENCE: a civic application and integration spine connecting Watchtower, Cell Titan, operator tooling, and supporting data/security surfaces.
| Surface | Current role | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| CIVINTELLIGENCE | System of record and cross-repository integration spine | Current history |
| CIVWATCH App | Operator/application surface | Current history |
| Cell Titan | Specialized detection / intelligence rail | Current history |
| Watchtower | Monitoring / oversight rail | Current history |
Acceptance discipline: integration status is not treated as proof of production readiness. CI, tests, builds, security gates, and operational validation must earn that claim.

Deterministic language systems · reversible codecs · reproducibility
A deliberately scoped systems experiment built around deterministic generation, reversible encoding/decoding, runic orthography, explicit specifications, and a round-trip invariant.
decode(encode(x)) === x
The project includes unit tests, a regression fixture, CI verification, machine-readable specification, and a live browser implementation.

Repo-owned SVG. No trophy renderer, proxy service, or third-party image generator is required.
The contribution snake is generated by GitHub Actions and committed to the repository's dedicated output branch.
Architecture: agent governance · distributed systems · civic data · zero-trust · observability · deterministic simulation · public-source intelligence
The repository ecosystem contains several kinds of work:
Flagship — substantial system with meaningful implementation depth.
Experiment — focused technical investigation or learning vector.
Research — hypothesis, measurement, or reproducibility work.
Prototype — deliberately exploratory implementation.
Archive — retained for history, reference, or lessons learned.
The existence of a repository does not imply that it is a finished product. Scope is determined by the repository's own status, evidence, tests, and documentation.
- Governance is structural.
- Security is foundational.
- Evidence comes before inference.
- Failures are data.
- Constraints are design inputs.
- Build the system that can be audited, not merely the demo that can be shown.
