Problem
This repository already carries the reviewer configuration, but the three twin governance repositories drifted: the
PigbibiandGdeiAssistantcopies lack it, both of their READMEs point at adocs/private-repositories.mdthat does not exist, no repository declares the shared revision, and nothing detects divergence.Changes
pr-governance/: the reviewer configuration stays, the private-repository README paragraph now describes the local track without a repository-specific path, and one README text serves all three organizations.VERSION(3, the policy revision).pr-governance/scripts/check-twin-drift.shand.github/workflows/governance-drift.yml: weekly and on demand, they comparepr-governance/andVERSIONacrossPigbibi/governance,GdeiAssistant/.githubandQuantStrategyLab/.github.The matching change is open in
Pigbibi/governance#10andGdeiAssistant/.github#8; the drift workflow reports success once all three merge.Validation
node --test pr-governance/scripts/test-*.cjs— 164 tests pass.python3 scripts/test_style.py— 52 tests pass;python3 scripts/check_style.py --phase 2reports no blocking finding.sh pr-governance/scripts/check-twin-drift.shafter the sibling merges.Risk and compatibility
The gate scripts are unchanged apart from the shared README paragraph; the drift workflow is advisory (weekly schedule and manual dispatch) and does not gate pull requests.

What changed
The three organizations run one reviewed governance engine, name its revision, and report drift.
