Add an @example for concatSeries (flatMapSeries) matching the mapSeries/filterSeries style. One-at-a-time iteratee arrays are concatenated. Related open examples: caolan#2106 mapLimit, caolan#2107 parallelLimit, caolan#2108 mapSeries, caolan#2109 filterSeries, caolan#2110 timesLimit, caolan#2111 concatLimit. Not covered by those.
