CellCanvas is an open-source platform for interactive machine learning applied to cryogenic electron tomography (cryoET) data. It enables researchers to segment and annotate complex three-dimensional cellular structures by combining human expertise with modern ML methods.
This project is developed in association with the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
