watchexec-cli v2.5.0 bumped its MSRV to Rust 1.93.0, but the Dockerfile uses rust:slim (1.86.0). Pin to v2.3.2 which was released when Rust 1.86 was current and has no such requirement. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
