This PR add and update content related to the dashboard:

  • Added a new "Dashboard" section in the TOC.md.
  • Updated dashboard-related documentation with detailed information, including features, install instructions of fluid kubesphere extension

NONE

Ⅲ. List the added test cases (unit test/integration test) if any, please explain if no tests are needed.

No new test cases are added in this PR. Since this change only involves documentation updates without affecting code functionality, no tests are required.

Ⅴ. Special notes for reviews

  • If there is an independent dashboard in the future, the corresponding documents can be added in the 'docs/en(zh)/dashboard' directory, and the link can be supplemented in TOC.md. The current document only covers the kubesphere extension plugin for fluid
