Bring release 0.12.0 from dev into main, including fixes for query semantics, recursive initialization, cursors, sliced prefetches, bulk returning, tenant isolation and migrations. Expand contract matrices and update the English and Russian documentation. Add UUID version constraints and DTO/Pydantic extra and related fields.
Breaking changes: VersionedModel and OutboxEvent identifiers require UUID7; makemigrations --rename rejects answers that rename nothing. See CHANGELOG.md for the complete release notes.
Includes the Dependabot updates to sha2 0.11.1 and actions/setup-python v7.
