docs/qa/platform-checklist/areas/cli.json. Each of the card's 12 lines was re-read againstorigin/mainat9753d163before editing. All 12 are stale ledger text; none turned out to be a product defect. Every touched item gets arevisionbump and ahistoryentry citing its run record (QA runs #25812, #25815, #25817; wave anchor #25807, which stays open).cli.organization-ownership-ceremonyrewrite; the 18.0 upgrade notes give the same order). steps[1] runs the ceremony withOS_AUTH_SECRETor--dev, else it blocks atauthored-conversion. steps[3] runs the reactions conversion first, becauseapply.tschecks the comment-reactions gate before the ownership gate. steps[4] gains--yes. acceptance[0] uses--maxWorkers=1, as RUNNER's environment facts say. New knownGaps[1] records what each pin reaches (a pin run scores acceptance[1]–[4] and negative[0] partial at most).
