Before, at the 18.1.0 pin on 76e90df6 (os-dev-report 6461924763): 0/5 runs green; action-modal, both master-detail cases and screen-flow failed identically on every run, and only saved-view-filter passed.

Wall times are shared-box seconds. One backend process served all five runs.

• The lane stays runnable by hand only; no workflow runs it. The required wiring, and the retirement of this published-package pin, belong to step 2.
