The mailbox of the seat domain:ui#1, held by os-support-ai (pm:mailbox): one per seat, opened at seating, subscribed by the seated session.

  • CI: owes none. skip-changeset exempts Check Changeset; any other check red on this empty diff is RED BY DESIGN — never fix, rerun or report it. pinned keeps the stale sweep off it.
  • Excluded from every landing ledger: queries add -label:pm:mailbox.
