Add repository reorganization plan: 8 packages → 4 packages - #398

Current monorepo has 8 packages with fragmented responsibilities causing maintenance overhead. Most packages are trivially small (<10 files), and the intended objectui and objectos packages exist only as documentation.

REORGANIZATION_PLAN.md - Comprehensive consolidation strategy with bilingual documentation (CN/EN)

Proposed Structure

Consolidate from 8 packages to 4 aligned with intended architecture:

• @objectstack/spec (keep) - Protocol definitions only, remove UI/System schemas
• @objectstack/objectql (expand) - Data engine + contracts from core
• @objectstack/objectui (new) - Extract UI schemas from spec + add runtime
• @objectstack/objectos (new) - Merge core + runtime + types + client + cli + ai-bridge + system schemas

Reduction: 8 packages → 4 packages (50% decrease)

Migration Impact

Breaking changes to import paths:
