I think it's good. @KamiQuasi has done it. Plus, It's not easy to test. I don't expect someone to tear-down their env and start again. |

I've updated the docs to focus on the Docker+Drupal developer environment. I've removed the Awestruct dev-environment instructions. I've also re-ordered the doc to follow a chronological ordering and to also be task focused to help developers do day-to-day tasks once the initial environment is setup and working.
This document was tested by @KamiQuasi when he was on-boarded to the project.
