Welcome to Kingstack, a publication by Kingsley Uzuh. These Terms of Service govern your use of Kingstack, including its articles, website pages, newsletter, subscriptions, comments, and other content or features made available through Kingstack and its Substack publication.

By accessing or using Kingstack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the publication or its services.

1. About Kingstack

Kingstack publishes essays, observations, and commentary about culture, people, modern life, human behavior, creativity, writing, internet life, and related subjects.

Kingstack operates through Substack, which provides the underlying platform used to publish and distribute our content and manage subscriptions.

Your use of Substack is also subject to Substack’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

2. Using Kingstack

You may read, share, and interact with Kingstack’s publicly available content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you do not:

• Copy or republish substantial portions of Kingstack’s work without permission.

• Present Kingstack’s work as your own.

Kingstack may offer free and, where applicable, paid subscriptions.

A subscription may provide access to additional articles, posts, archives, or other subscriber benefits described at the time of subscription.

Subscription benefits may change over time. Kingstack does not guarantee that a particular benefit, publishing schedule, number of posts, or feature will remain available indefinitely.

Subscribing to Kingstack does not transfer ownership of Kingstack’s content to you.

4. Payments and Refunds

Where paid subscriptions are offered, payments are processed through Substack and its applicable payment-processing providers.

The price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and other applicable payment conditions will be presented to you before you subscribe.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Kingstack, payments are generally non-refundable.

Questions concerning billing, payment processing, or cancellation may also be subject to Substack’s applicable policies.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the subscription and account-management options provided by Substack.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for a payment that has already been processed.

Kingstack may suspend or terminate a subscription where reasonably necessary, including for abuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, or circumstances affecting the continued operation of the publication.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the articles, essays, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, original written material, and other content published by Kingstack are owned by or licensed to Kingstack and/or their respective creators.

Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to access and read Kingstack’s content. It does not give you ownership of that content.

You may share links to Kingstack articles and quote reasonable portions for purposes such as commentary, criticism, review, or discussion, provided that appropriate attribution is maintained and applicable copyright law is followed.

If you would like to reproduce, republish, translate, commercially use, or substantially adapt Kingstack content, please contact us for permission.

7. User Comments and Contributions

Kingstack may allow readers to comment on posts or otherwise interact with the publication.

You remain responsible for anything you post or submit.

By submitting content to Kingstack’s comment sections or other interactive areas, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

You must not submit content that is:

• Threatening, harassing, abusive, or defamatory.

• Hateful or discriminatory toward individuals or groups.

• Fraudulent or intentionally misleading.

• Obscene or unlawfully explicit.

• Invasive of another person’s privacy.

• Infringing of intellectual-property rights.

• Spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional material.

• Intended to facilitate unlawful activity.

Kingstack reserves the right to remove comments or other user submissions and to restrict or terminate access to interactive features where reasonably necessary.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Kingstack may occasionally link to third-party websites, products, publications, services, or resources.

These third parties operate independently of Kingstack. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, security, or practices.

Following a third-party link or using a third-party service is at your own discretion.

9. Accuracy and Editorial Content

• Kingstack will always be available;

• the publication will be uninterrupted or error-free;
