Avoid quadratic witness revalidation on unbounded get hits.

The unbounded get path in _functools.rs now calls get_reentrant. That path runs through with_slot_mut_prepared, which rechecks the accumulated probe witnesses after each false key_eq. Keys that share one full hash and compare unequal can therefore cost about n²/2 witness checks per lookup for n keys in one probe chain. The previous unbounded route, get_item_known_hash → _get_inner → lookup_extract, resumed the probe without this rescan.

A plain linear probe is not a safe replacement. It would remove the revalidation that protects against equality callbacks clearing and repopulating slots, which the witness scheme exists to handle. A correction needs to keep that protection while limiting rechecks to witnesses changed since their last validation. That mechanism is not established by the inspected code, so no patch is proposed.

Review comment at @crates/vm/src/dict_inner.rs around lines 1535 - 1537:
The unbounded `get_reentrant` path can repeatedly revalidate the full
probe-witness set after unequal comparisons, causing quadratic work for long
collision chains. Update the `with_entry_mut` lookup flow to retain protection
against equality callbacks that clear and repopulate slots while limiting
revalidation to witnesses changed since their last validation. First establish a
safe way to track those changes; do not replace witness revalidation with a
plain linear probe or assume an unestablished mechanism.

Remove and retain the entry that pop_reentrant actually removed.

When an equality callback clears the cache and inserts an equal replacement, pop_reentrant removes that replacement. The code still retains the original oldest_key/oldest_value. The replacement is dropped before the new entry is inserted. Its finalizer can then insert an entry, and the cache can end up at maxsize + 1.

Have pop_reentrant return the removed key and value, and keep that pair in evicted. Callers of pop_reentrant need checking before the signature changes.

Enforce maxsize after reentrant insertion, and add a regression test for it.

The bounded path pops the oldest entry before set_item_known_hash. Equality on a colliding key can call the cached function during that insert. The nested call sees room and inserts, so the outer insert can leave maxsize + 1 entries. No existing test checks currsize in this window.

Update the bounded insertion flow around set_item_known_hash to re-check and
