Add write_noraise to the unsupported crt_fd implementation.

threading enables shutdown_io_lock independently of host_env. On wasm32 targets other than WASI, crt_fd resolves to crt_fd_unsupported.rs, which has no write_noraise, so the call at this line can fail to compile.

Preserve the abort path and return the unsupported descriptor error from the fallback:

Add the missing write_noraise fallback to the unsupported crt_fd implementation
with the API-compatible signature and return the unsupported-descriptor error.
Preserve the existing abort path that calls write_noraise and then os::abort.

Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Invalidate the cached reader when the terminal changes.

If a caller changes TERM or replaces a terminal on standard input between input() calls, this slot reuses the old editor. Rustyline records terminal support when it constructs the editor and retains unread input after a successful read. A later input() can therefore use the wrong editing mode or return input buffered from the previous terminal. Track the terminal identity and relevant settings with the reader. Create a new reader when they change. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @crates/vm/src/stdlib/builtins.rs around lines 823 - 824:
Update the INPUT_READLINE cache used by input() to retain the terminal identity
and relevant settings alongside the reader, and recreate the reader whenever
either changes between calls. Preserve reuse when the terminal and settings are
unchanged, while ensuring unread input from a previous terminal cannot be
returned.
